- joel (8/5): - Belle vue de la chambre mais du vis-à-vis de chaque côté du balcon..... Nourriture épicée dans l'ensemble avec malgré tout de la recherche dans les plats, assez variés. . Sinon grand hôtel comme tous ceux de Djerba., Resto bruyant,... (Cantine).
- Abdo (8/5): - The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air circulation was quite poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work during my stay, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm hours. Overall, it’s a nice place, but I wish the ventilation or AC worked better during this period.
- Courtne (2/5): - Totally Misleading – This Place Is a Dump Do not let the photos fool you. This property looks nothing like what’s shown online. It’s much older, run down, and has a noticeable smell throughout — like there was a past sewage or water damage issue that never got handled properly. Rooms and facilities are outdated and absolutely not worth the price being charged. The place felt cheap, but with a high price tag — nothing about it matched the cost. Restaurant service was especially bad. If you speak English, prepare to be ignored or treated rudely. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like fresh food or service, and often got attitude or was flat-out refused until I found someone else to help. Drink machines barely worked, and when they did, they dispensed the bare minimum. If you don’t have a car or aren’t arriving on a tour bus, getting to the property is a headache. And once you're there, the surrounding area is a disaster. It’s literally full of trash and looks abandoned — not somewhere you'd want to explore or relax in. Bottom line: This was one of the worst value stays I’ve experienced. It’s overpriced, poorly maintained, and completely misrepresented online. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent or quality experience.

Par contre nous avons dû changé de chambre l deuxième jour, en arrivant nous avons eu une chambre standard sans balcon sans terrasse …pourtant nous avions réservé avec petite terrasse ! La réceptionniste très aimable Amina nous a expliqué qu’Hotel. Com n’a pas préciser et la réservation était chambre standard. Heureusement que l’amabilité du personnel de réception ont bien voulu nous satisfaire. Merci de bien vouloir nous dire d’où vient cette erreur ? Autrement un lieu à recommander, tout est extrait, animation , repas, bienveillance de tous le personnel et du staff ,,, cet endroit va nous manquer. Seul point négatif le jus d’orange pressé au petit déjeuner est payant 7 dinar DOMMAGE , car ce n’est pas préciser dans tout compris !!!!

Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. Ingen välkomnande känsla överhuvudtaget, vilket satte tonen för resten av vistelsen. Jag hade förväntat mig en helt annan standard och service. Rekommenderas tyvärr inte.

La plage est très sécurisée. Le restaurant est à l’extérieur les jours de soleil, c’est super sympa et ils font des excellents bambaloni pour le goûter. Et la citronnade est très appréciable. Je suggérerai tout de même plus de plats tunisiens, ce sont les meilleurs. Le personnel nous a même proposé de prendre un café et un petit déjeuner froid alors que le taxi nous attendait dehors, à 4h00 du matin. En résumé : on reviendra, excellent rapport qualité prix. - Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent établissement - D’après tous les locaux, c’est le meilleur hôtel 4 étoiles de Djerba. Et je confirme qu’il est super. Les employés très accueillant très sympathiques. Tout étaient super. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. L’aspect chaleureux de l’établissement. Les seuls défauts : la connexion internet et l’impossibilité d’avoir des lits vraiment séparées. J’ai essayé un autre établissement 4 étoiles et honnêtement Je recommanderai à mon entourage l’établissement Telemaque. Pour les activités, demandé NAGUI sur place. Il vous fera les meilleurs prix. Un gros coup de coeur amical. Une personne vraie et très correct.

- CYNTHIA (10/5): - Cet hôtel est vraiment excellent, particulièrement le personnel de l’hôtel qui est exceptionnel, tout est bien pensé, organisé et de qualité j’ai fait plusieurs séjour en Tunisie c’est de loin le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu faire, j’espère pouvoir y retourner très vite !
- Samir (8/5): - Personnel aimable avec la volonté d’une satisfaction client permanente. Clin d’œil au chef cuisinier pour la cuisine locale que je conseille vivement ! Un vrai régal pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine tunisienne. Et si vous avez la chance d’être servie par Bilel ou Elyes, alors c’est sûr, votre dîner ou votre dîner se déroulera à merveilles. Concernant le café, je vous conseille vivement si vous voulez un expression réussi dans les règles de l’art de le commander auprès de Sadok, il maîtrise parfaitement sa machine et le café est un délice. Et enfin, le personnel de chambre au 3e étage a été magnifique avec une attention différente chaque jour et une volonté de bien faire en se rendant disponible quand nécessaire. Merci.

- Nadia (6/5): - L’eau minérale n’est pas minérale c’est de l’eau du robinet filtrée. Pas de wifi dans le chambre ni la 4G La nourriture est de mauvaise qualité. Les agents de sécurité disent des gros mots et boivent de l’alcool tout au long de la journée

Bilel et Nizar au restaurant sont vraiment très professionnels... Adel bar piscine est un garçon très agréable et attachant... bravo à vous tous... Nous avons été très ravis de trouver du porc au buffet, même si mon compagnon est musulman, il était content pour moi... Juste un petit truc négatif, c est qu'on a remarqué que la police de la plage demande aux personnes des chevaux et des chameaux de quitter l endroits ou ils ont l habitude de se mettre... c est dommage, car vraiment, ils embêtent personne

- Verified traveler (4/5): Décevant - L’hotel st en pension complete avec boissons au verre et non all inclusive, les bouteilles d’eau sont payantes ainsi que les serviettes de plage, le coffre fort... Restauration en intérieur avec une faible climatisation, personnel peu qualifié et service très moyen. Les chambres sont bien et les animations et spectacles aussi. Clientèle essentiellement russe, à éviter.
