- Geney (2/5): Good hotel bad staff members - Jackson, the General assistant manager and the young friendly woman were the only two at the front desk who was nice during our stay at the Home2 suites. Everyone else was rude and impatient. Randy the breakfast attender was very unprofessional and rude. We won’t be returning to this hotel again. You would think that someone who has booked at this hotel, so many times and for long period of times that they would make us feel welcomed, but we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Staff members would give us bad looks for no apparent reason whatsoever.

- Elaine (8/5): - Our rooms didn't come with an ironing board, we had to ask the front desk for them. Also the tap water had a horrible taste and we could only drink bottled water that we purchased. Lastly, we had 2 rooms booked and would have appreciated the rooms being connected, and that wasn't the case. We were on the same floor, but very far from one another. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and will come back. Staff was awesome, beds were super comfy, breakfast in the lobby every morning was superb and so convenient.

- Schubert (8/5): We were there with friends and the rooms are big enough for all of us to gather. - I liked the location. Our TV didn't work and my husband is a big sports fan. We tried to fix it, but couldn't make it work. I reported it to the front desk but there was no one on call to fix it. It was frustrating but we were at a Twins game with friends so thank goodness their TV worked. I like watching the news while I'm getting ready in the morning so that was disappointing.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Just ok - It wasn’t a horrible experience, but the hotel smelled weird. My kids complained about that a lot. One of the elevators was broke down and the other one got stuck between floors while I was on it. Kinda scary. Our room had no ice bucket, I asked at the front desk and she said sorry I guess we’re low on them. The breakfast was good. Pool was small and really cold. I didn’t end up in the kind of room I requested. Most of the staff was friendly.
- Stephanie (8/5): - Front desk took a while to check in. There were two people there but it lookied like one was brand new and getting trained in. The pool was ok- we have littles and its not designed for the littles. Plus the water was fridged. There were conflicting/ hodge podge blankets on the beds- and the back up blanket set for the pull out couch never has the same bedding as the actual beds. One bed had a long comforter- the other bed had what looked like a pillow top cover sheet as a blanket. Reallythe room was super narrow. Setting up pack and plays for the ba ies was a challenge to find room. Breakfast was really good- i liked the menu suggestion cards- but there was zero nutrition info available- and the staff had no clue on allergin information.

- David (8/5): - Housekeeping is only done every 3 days we stayed 6 so Housekeeping only came once even though we had requested Housekeeping every other day. Like what was stated in the room signs. One of the elevators were inoperable. And knone of the luggage carts were available. Also there was always a cad parked at the main entrance so loading, unloading was done after finding a parking place.Also we were staying there for a family wedding and my wife had the walk out the car in the parking her formal gown because the was car parked at the main entrance blocking me from picking her up. Im sure to most this sounds petty but I do try to be a gentleman and pick my wife up at the front door.

- Jodie (2/5): - Was guaranteed a connecting room when we rang up 3 days before to confirm that everything was okay with the booking. Then we arrived we were told that we don’t have the connecting room and that they never guarantee rooms. They said that they had a stay over and that was why even though a connecting room was booked they couldn’t give us the room we booked. I find this highly unprofessional. Not only the issue with the room but also the elevator smelt TERRIBLE and only one was working.
- Catherine (8/5): - This is our third visit to this property. Over the past few years we have seen some changes that are not so good. The breakfast was so amazing before. Now it’s all pre made tasteless, and room temp. Out of regular coffee every morning. One of the elevators was down, and overhead a couple who said it’s been that way for over a week. This place was like a shiny penny when we found it. Each time we come back it seems to tarnish a bit. It is on the cusp of falling into just another hotel. I hope management really will not let that happen. We want to always use this location, but we hope they don’t let it fall into disrepair.

The only rhing i didnt like was that we asked for our room to get clean sheets and restocked towels after our first night and although the bed was done and the trash taken out, we recieved no towels and none of the trash cans had liners in them. I would stay again if i had to.

- jodisM2011ZA (4/5): Vehicle vandalism - There were sketchy people coming in & out on Fridays night that were talking to hotel front desk person. Then, there was a random guy that came in and talked to hotel front desk person. Next, he went in to the bathroom in the lobby and was in there for about 45min. He left through the dude door due to one of our friends knocking on door repeatedly. Our vehicles window was smashed in along with 10-12 other cars. Plus, 3 cars were stolen. We had to write down what our vehicle was when we checked in, however no one at the hotel let us n os our vehicle was vandalized. We found out from another person. Luckily, nothing was stolen as other people did have things taken. There were no cameras in the lot either. The hotel said it wasn’t there problem, but we are wondering if the front desk people could be in on it…total speculation but seemed possible.

- Barbara (9/5): Perfect location and room amenities if going to the ballroom for a concert and staying a few nights! - The staff was friendly and always acknowledged you, even walking in from outside! The breakfast, though I didn't partake in much of it, looked plentiful and a variety. Coffee was delicious and hot and I, personally, always appreciate bananas offered for a fruit selection. I also appreciate when laundry service isn't available daily, that there were enough towels already in the room. Also really enjoyed the dishes and sink and large fridge in the room The elevator had some creepy electrical sounds and seemed uneasy at times. There was a plunger and sacks of garbage left outside a couple rooms for more than just one night. The bed wasn't super comfortable to me, a little hard for my personal liking.

The pool was out of order BUT the front desk arranged for us to be able to Use the comfort inn next door!! That young man was top notch.

- Jeff (10/5): - Room was very spacious and quiet even though close to elevator. They just finished cleaning carpets recently, so room was clean and fresh and very spacious. Within minutes of check in the desk attendant came up to make sure everything was in order as the note about carpet cleaning was still on door. All well! Breakfast was good and Breakfast attendant was awesome! She gave a quick description of what was offered and where it was on the counter area. She offered assistance as to if she could adjust the TV's to accommodate our preference as she saw we had Viking attire, and the London pregame game show was on next.
- 357ibor (6/5): Decent Home2Suites - Nothing per se wrong about this hotel, but nothing truly jumping out making it a 5 star stay. It was lacking the little stuff - a working TV, full bottles of conditioner/shampoo, trays at breakfast. Carpet was a bit stained in the room, although the room was massive. If it’s the right price, I’d stay here again, but wouldn’t be jumping through hoops to do so. Decent restaurant in the parking lot is a bonus!

Rooms were large, clean and decor was tastefully done. Even enjoyed the pool though it had a loud echo due to being inside. I would definitely stay here again and would feel comfortable putting visiting family here as well.
- 815casiec (2/5): Don't stay here! - We stay in hotels almost every weekend for hockey and we will never return to this one. There were questionable guests coming and going. I didn't feel safe for my daughter. Down to 1 elevator working on a busy weekend. Hotel didn't feel clean. They charged us more than we booked for online and were extremely rude when we called to get it corrected. This could be a nice hotel if ran better

- Amanda (2/5): Not good. - I had customer service reach out, and I replied to her and explained a few of the things that were missing and broken and unchecked in my room and explained that it made the stay inconvenient. I have any going to say anything. There were missing items in the shower, the blow dryer didn’t work, the chain to the window blinds (the heavy blackout one) was broken so I couldnt let any sunlight in and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet. It was a bad morning. The customer service lady OFFERED to discount my room … I checked my bank account … and rather than get a discount, I was charged $50 more than I booked the room for. $253 for a single bed in a room that didn’t have have the amenities it said it would. It made the stay not very nice.

Nothing on shelf’s, had to ask several times just for bread. Not a thing for kids unless your child’s into buckwheat waffles. Carpets in halls and rooms are filthy. Beds are springy. Pool is tiny. Elevators and halls were about 90 degrees. Front desk staff were friendly. Only positive. Not a fuss bug, but dirt is not cool. Not sure how it got the Expedia rating it did. Avoid this place. Part of Hilton chain.

- Tisharra (4/5): A security detail is needed to help eliminate the chaos that ensued. - It was clean and the rooms were large enough for our family to move around in. The neighbors to our room were distributive, loud, and using drugs on site. The staff said they’d take care of it. Several complaints were made and others families left. We also ended up leaving at midnight because the room was not settling down.

The staff could not fix the problem so we crammed five people into this room. We slept on the floor. The hotel did not offer a refund either. They blamed it on Expedia.
