- Mark (10/5): - Large clean room, excellent food for a three star hotel. But more choice at breakfast and fresh orange juice without paying extra for it would make it perfect. Great pools and an excellent private beach. The staff were always there to help you and couldn’t do enough for you. Overall for a three star hotel, it was excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. La chambre avait vue piscine et vue mer. Petit bémol avec les soirees, la musique etant trop forte et qui finit jusqu a tard dans la nuit.. tout le reste était parfait !

- Cheraz (10/5): - Tout d'abord c'est la 2eme année que je sejourne dans cet Hôtel et j'en suis toujours satisfaite. Accueil : la réception vraiment 10/10 rapidité et accueil tout pour nous facilité on est arrivé le matin et on a pu faire le checkin a 10h et récupérer notre chambre et j'avais demandé a avoir la même et ils ont très réactif a ma demande. Repas : Excellent il y a du choix pour tout le monde, légumes, viandes, poissons, plats Tunisien, desserts, boissons. Animation : Bravo a cette équipe qui ne cesse de divertir les clients du matin au soir, BRAVO A TOUS. Chambre : chambre en face de la mer au calme magnifique. Un sejour inoubliable un grans merci à tout le personnel.

Restauration variée et globalement qualitative, choix large. Bémol sur le petit déjeûner (pas de beurre mais seulement de la margarine, laitages, fromages et charcuterie pas du tout à mon goût) Belle plage où on arrive quand même à trouver un transat malgré les réservations intempestives dès 7h du matin Massage de très bonne qualité et très bon accueil du spa

The beach is fantastic for anybody who loves to swim or enjoy the view. Food is plenty but may require some attention to quality over quantity. It was quite a pleasant surprise and will come back again.
- Ugur (6/5): - Ich kann nicht verstehen wieso das Hotel so gut Bewertet ist. Der Service war sehr schlecht. Am Strand und am Pool gab es nur ein oder zwei Bedienung (bei so vielen Menschen). Wir brauchten ein Taxi der Lobby Mitarbeiter hatte kein bock Taxi zu rufen. Man sagte uns dass, wir raus gehen solle aus dem Hotelgelände dort gebe es genug Taxis. Was das Essen angeht es gab viel zur Auswahl jedoch kann ich sagen das es nicht so gut geschmeckt hat.

Tout le personnel est très gentil et toute l’équipe d’animateurs est sympathique et jeune. Il y a beaucoup d’activités proposées et l’hôtel bénéficie de belles infrastructures comme le théâtre en plein air pour les spectacles et la discothèque à ciel ouvert.

- Catherine (8/5): Hôtel club très propre bien situé - merci à Tarek pour le surclassement, étant une bonne cliente et surtout je recommande cet hôtel à beaucoup de clients habitants sur l’île. Nous avons eu la chambre à 14h rendue à 11h30 car on se sent vraiment surveillés Ayez confiance à vos clients. La propreté est de rigueur partout. Bravo pour les transats neufs ainsi que les matelas autour de la piscine. Les buffets sont mariés très correct concernant le rapport qualité prix. Les prix ont beaucoup augmentés l’hôtel Rest un 3 étoiles. La nouvelle équipe d’animation fait de son mieux . . l’année dernière il y avait de très bons éléments et une superbe ambiance. Et une meilleure qualité concernant les sports presque Tout le personnel a changé ça m’a fait un choc en arrivant !!! Bravo à nour pour son sourire et ses conseils, avisés. ainsi qu’à Litfi au bar pour son professionnalisme. Et à toute ce l’équipe des boutiques

Le personnel de chambre et restauation très discret et sympathique. L'équipe d'animation est bien présente et agréable. Le jour de notre départ à 6h00 du matin on a servi un petit déjeuner, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans tous les hôtels. Belle piscine extérieur et intérieur. Transat sur la plage. Réstaurant extérieur le midi au bord de la piscine avec vue plage. Au dessus de nos espérance, je rajouterais meme une étoile en plus.

Serviette de plage disponible av caution et règlement de 2dinards50 par jour et par personne. Cela vous permettra d’avoir plus de place dans vos valises. Et un prix attractif...Pour le reste, on peut attendre mieux : beaucoup trop de clients pour une structure qui manque de sièges, d'espace ...Et l'on ne peut pas se rabattre sur la chambre, humide...et sans wifi !

- Cheraz (10/5): - Jai été vraiment heureuse de séjourné da s cet hôtel, l'accueil, le professionnalisme du personnel tous serveurs, reception, femme de chambre, animateurs,.... Ma chambre en front de mer magnifique avec une terrasse loin de la musique au calme. La nourriture excellent vraiment rien à dire je suis rester 1 semaine et je n'ai jamais été déçue, plats tunisiens et plat internationaux,les fruits de saisons, le poisson grillé, la viande grillé ou en sauce... bref tout etait excellent. Je le recommande également pour les familles et personne à mobilité reduite tout est fonctionnel. Une belle découverte. Un grand merci à tous le personnel.

De belles animations pour enfants, des logements super sympa avec vu sur mer. Le personnel de ménage fait un travail remarquable et cela tout les jours. Quand au restaurant vraiment décevant,pas bon du tout.plat répétitif sans goût.dommage.
- mohamed (8/5): - On a aimé notre sejour juillet 2024 , bonne ambiance, bonne animation, merci au animateurs pour leurs efforts, il faut aller tôt a la plage pour reserver une parasol sinon tu ne trouve pas au cours de la journée, la restauration est moyenne il y avait des jours mieux que d'autres ils y a un BBQ sur la piscine c'est bien, mais avec la file d'attente c'est lent souvant la viande n'est pas bien cuits ce qui me ramene au point de gaspillage... bref .. La qualité de notre chambre est moyenne , mais le service de ménage est bien.

- METRAS (10/5): Sejour très agréable , personnel au petit soin - Séjour en pension complète très agréable. Piscine et mer côte à côte. Hotel Très propre, personnel très à l'ecoute et fort sympathique. Seuls bémols, les gens se jettent sur les chaises longues des le matin sans forcément les occuper...et les boissons à volonté très mauvaises, alcool ou soft. Mais je retient un séjour de repos très agréable.
- Paulina (6/5): - Very average hotel, we booked room with 2 double beds and sofa bed and when we arrived we were inform that they dont have that kind of rooms in hotel, and we get 2 single beds and 1 double, which was very uncomfortable because we have small kids. Beds made of stone with matress inside. Food almost every day same, 3 same fruit every day, nothing special. Good cleaning ladies, room was always clean and tidy. The animators was probably the best what we get from there. NO AIRCONDITION!! They opening from june, we have been there end of may and it was already some days 32 temp and no aircondition, we have to open doors and balcony in day, at night balcony and because of it we were bitten every single day by mosquitoes. In 4 th day we all get sick very badly, with diahrrea and fever. Around hotel nice area with nice beach. Hotel is 3 stars, first time I booked 3 star hotel, I was not sure but that I read good opinions that is even better than some 4 stars hotels, but sure is not.

- FAIZA (6/5): - Lhotel est vraiment un 3 etoiles pas plus comme l'indique certain commentaires. La nourriture cetait tres cantine mais bon cest un 3 etoiles. Les chambres minimum syndical lavabo bouchée...piscine froide et pleine de sable. Lhotel est jolie pour la partie batiment intérieure. Personnel tres sympatique et investit.

- Katharina (4/5): - Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt, teilweise unsauber, das Essen war bisher das Schlechteste welches ich je hatte (zum Großteil nach nichts geschmeckt, Auswahl oft gleich, teilweise kalt, übergart, usw). Getränke auch nur teilweise vorhanden. Service war teilweise sehr nett, aber auch einige die sehr gernervt und unfreundlich waren. Der Großteil der Urlauber sind aktuell Polen, Tschechen und Franzosen. Fast gar keine Deutsche. Kein Haartrockner (kostet 5€ pro Tag, für Strandhandtücher, Safe und Kühlschrank muss man auch zahlen). Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen

The food is plentiful but low quality, the same applies to drinks. Overall it’s okay but I’m surprised by the high overall rating which should be much lower.
- Régis (6/5): Séjour hotel al jazzira - Ayant connu l'hôtel al jazzira avant le covid 19, nous voulions y retourner car a l'époque c'était un super hotel.... Aujourd'hui cela a beaucoup changé surtout au niveau de la restauration et de la propreté. Malgré cela nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci à l'animation et a la reception qui rattrapent les mauvais points.
