• David (10/5): - What a great place to unwind and clear your mind - quiet, calming and space to wander. Great little units and ensuite, kitchen is open 24/7 - vegetarian only (BYO). All of the facilities you need to recharge.

• Pui Lee (8/5): - i like the people there and the environment as well but you need a car if you live there for everything. if you want a quiet place for you to escape, this is the place you are looking for. the koala centre would take about 15 to 20 minutes walk. it is worth to go too. i enjoy my stay here!

• Shelley (6/5): - Yes I realise this is a cheap bed in Brisbane but that is all. It is a very basic donga. You need to bring everything. Even your own Zen. I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and did relax in the peace and beauty of this location. But no one spoke to me except one guest. There was no information about meditation or sharing the facilities. You really are on your own. It would be very hot in the accomodation in summer.

• Teresa (10/5): - Loved it, was not completely aware it is a Buddhist meditation center, but it was a pleasant surprise. A bit far from the train station but this made it nice and quiet. It was a good reset and reminder of the beauty in simplicity and discipline. Overall a lovely place to stay on my journey.
• Minola (10/5): - If you need somewhere to unwind relax and peace, this is the retreat for you, kangaroos gumtrees and 10 acres of serenity, i have immensely enjoyed my stay and the neighbourhood is a enjoyable area filled with Australian residents who are friendly and pleasant. I would highly reccommend this retreat for anyone who need peace and quiet from the hustle and busy life of the inner city limits. Top rating of 5/5. Thankyou Springwood QLD. Minola M C 😁
• Edith Sophia (10/5): - a gem 🙏 everything i could ask for plus beautiful people, practice sessions you can take part in on donation basis and a peaceful forest full of wallabys.
• Ning (10/5): A nice place to stay - The condition is not exactly the same as the pictures when I saw online but it is super clean. The mattress is not comfortable because it is too thin to sleep on. The staff are very friendly.

Rooms are clean, no meat or alcohol allowed in the premises since its also Budhist place, a nice place for who are interested in meditation, yoga and are looking for peace.

• Kent (6/5): - A functioning Buddhist resort , peaceful , wallabies , birds and lots of bush etc. 24 hour self serve kitchen for coffee etc and a continental style breakfast appears to be available 24 hours a day at no charge. The hostess and caretaker are extremely friendly and personable but in no way professional. This is a Buddhist resort not a hotel. The private en suite room is functional but Spartan and very small. It is also a tin box..... almost a prison sweat box, but does have a working AC and a fan. The floor is Lino..... no luxery here but an adequate and comfortable bed. The hostess is sweet but there to manage the temple and monks, not a hotel or resort. Was no one to give the room key to, but fortunately I found the caretaker. lol

• Verified traveler (4/5): - didn't get to check in as despite booking with credit card to stay in a stand-alone donga - host tried to put me in a shared bedroom behind her work office and between the public yoga room. after 20 mins of not being able to find keys for the donga I booked, I left this place and all its Buddha statues espousing peace and love, quite annoyed

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I didn't like that it wasn't a motel but rather a Buddhist meditation resort. I paid for the 4 nights but only stayed the one as the bed was too low, the mattress too soft and I had to go outside to use toilet & shower facilities.
