Potrzebny jest kapitalny remont tych pomieszczeń. Wszystko jest bardzo stare i zepsute. Zwłaszcza łazienka jest w strasznym stanie. Schody na klatce schodowej strome i uszkodzone, trzeba bardzo uważać. W takich warunkach nie powinno się przyjmować gości :(

• Fiaz Hussain (8/5): Great location and host - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Istanbul! The location is perfect: very close to public transport, and many of the main attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar are within walking distance. (Be prepared for some steep hills, as is typical in this part of the city!) The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging our transportation to and from the apartment, which made everything so much easier, especially since we were traveling with kids. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, but we’d like to share a few suggestions that might help future guests. When we arrived, the apartment floor wasn’t very clean, which was a bit disappointing after our journey. Additionally, there were no basic cleaning supplies available, such as a broom or mop. Since there is no regular room cleaning service, having some cleaning tools in the apartment would make it much easier for guests, especially those staying longer periods or traveling with children, to keep the space tidy without needing to request them each time.

• Farid (10/5): Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. - Nous avons été très bien accueillis, même si nous étions arrivés à 3 heures du matin. Le propriétaire était toujours attentif et nous demandait régulièrement si tout allait bien. L'appartement était spacieux, propre et bien équipé, la machine à laver nous a été d'un grand apport. Il est situé à proximité de tout, avec plusieurs restaurants intéressants à proximité, les transports en commun et le Grand Bazar à seulement 10 minutes. Le micro-ondes fonctionnait, mais il était assez vieux pour être remplacé.

• Mohammad Zare (1/5): Kann nur abraten zu buchen! - Ich bemühe mich, diese Bewertung ganz sachlich zu schreiben, damit andere Reisende sich auf zuverlässige Erfahrungen verlassen können. Ich war vom 28.10. bis 11.11.2025 gemeinsam mit meinen zwei Schwestern (insgesamt 3 Personen) bei diesem Vermieter. Wir hatten alles im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt. Trotz rechtzeitiger Zahlung – bereits einen Monat vor unserer Ankunft – versuchte der Vermieter betrügerischerweise, uns in ein anderes Gebäude unterzubringen, da er das ursprünglich gebuchte Apartment an andere Gäste weitervermietet hatte! Nach langer Diskussion erhielten wir schließlich ein anderes Apartment im vereinbarten Gebäude, da unser eigentliches Apartment noch einen Tag lang belegt war. Sehr schlechtes und unprofessionelles Verhalten des Vermieters. (Nur ein Angestellter war höflich zu uns.) Die Matratzen waren so schmutzig, dass man sich ekeln musste. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt unter aller Grenze. Außerdem funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht – erst nach unserer Beschwerde wurde sie repariert. Ich war schon oft in der Türkei und habe nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht –Dieses Mal war ich so schockiert, dass ich mich nach der Reise erst einmal erholen musste. Einige Stunden vor unserem Check-out wurde der Strom abgestellt, was erneut für Stress sorgte. (Vermutlich, weil ich Booking.com kontaktiert und die Probleme gemeldet hatte – der Vermieter reagierte darauf sehr verärgert.) Bitte überlegt es euch gut, bevor ihr bei diesem Anbieter bucht. Ich habe die Situation hier sogar noch harmloser dargestellt. Alles wurde von mir per Video dokumentiert. Falls der Vermieter meine Aussagen abstreiten sollte, werde ich das Material auch bei Google in den Bewertungen hochladen. Leider kann ich hier keine Videos hochladen. Vielen Dank an den Booking.com-Kundenservice, der den Vermieter zumindest kontaktiert und meine Beschwerde aufgenommen hat.

También nos ofreció desayuno en su otro hotel, ya que veníamos de viaje en bus nocturno cansados, fue un gran detalle. Nos gustó mucho el barrio donde se ubica, una zona más auténtica de Estambul.

• Ayad (10/5): I highly recommend the place if you want a refreshing stay on affordable price. - The first thing that I want to mention is very nice and friendly staff. Not only he was as nice as family members during our stay, but he also helped us with everything including guidance to choose the tourist spots and shopping centres to visit, finding our way to everywhere, finding a wheelchair suitable for one of us, and many other things that were not sure of "responsibilities" for hotel staff. The hotel is located in old-fashioned traditional winding alleys of Fateh district that looked nicely nostalgic for me. As it is of the historical parts of the city, if you are healthy enough, you can reach many popular tourist spots by walk from the hotel. These at least include Hagia Sophia mosque, Sultan Ahmed blue mosque, and Topkapi palace. Also, historical sites in which you can shop 😁 like Grand Bazaar and Mahmoot Pasha Bazaar can be reached by walk. In one sentence, if you want to experience Istanbul as a historical eastern city (and even do some shopping), you can just stay around the hotel for all your trip. The cleanness and facilities in the hotel also extended my expectation. Everything that you see in the pictures are really there, and there are more things as well. You should use the stairs to go up to the apartments, yet there are just a few stairs and the staff will help you if needed. Do not expect a five-star hotel, but it is absolutely worth the price that you pay (and perhaps more). So, if you are not looking for a luxurious place but a comfortable friendly one, definitely choose it! The only thing that I would warn you about is never to use public transport for your first time going to the place or you will end up lost in twist and turn alleys around the hotel as I did!!!!!! The hotel's transfer will be the best choice, but be prepared that even the driver may get lost. 🤣 Though, it is not important anymore when you sit in the car. Stay calm while hotel staff guides the driver to the place. 😉

• Fatima (10/5): Exceptionnel - L'accueil a été très chaleureux avec le personnel qui est très serviable et disponible à toute heure. L'emplacement de l'appartement est à proximité de tout, notamment des sites touristiques mais aussi des restaurants. L'appartement était impeccable avec un très bon point pour la climatisation. Peu d'équipement de cuisine avec un manque de certains ustensiles.

The host was extremely welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. At night, the place was unbelievably quiet and we slept so well. Also, the price was very reasonable for the quality offered. It’s honestly the ideal spot if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and great value. Highly recommended, and we’d be more than happy to come back again!

The host is extremely welcoming, helpful, and understanding, which made us feel at home from the very beginning. The nights were so peaceful and quiet, no noise at all and I honestly had one of the best sleeps ever. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a calm stay. We will definitely come back again!

La posizione centrale, il terrazzo a disposizione di tutti, la pulizia e soprattutto la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina sotto l'albergo, ci consentono di valutare con punteggio massimo la struttura.

• Velian (10/5): Very nice apartments - The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is close to most attractions. The host was amazing and very kind. There is also a reserved parking space nearby, which was very convenient. There is also shared big balcony for tea or coffee. I recommend.
• Aamir (10/5): Convenient location - Great value for money. - We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. The host is very nice and helpful. He took personal interest in getting us comfortable and providing everything that was required. The location is great - it is just next to the popular and lively Fish Square dining area. But just far away so that there is no disturbance or noise. The train station at Kumkapi and the tram station at Istanbul University are within easy walking distance. It is also possible to walk to the Sultanahmet mosque area (20 to 30 minutes walk). Everything we required was provided for. So, there was no problem with anything. Providing converters for the three-pin to two-pin plugs in the room would be helpful for people like me who have appliances with three-pin plugs.

• Alan (4/5): - Als ich da ankam,war keiner Strom in diesem Raum aufgrund technischer Probleme aber es dauert nur zwei stunden so ungefähr , obwohl unsere Nachbar Hotels haben alle eigene Strom gehabt!.das fande ich ok! Aber ich habe in dieser Zeit Expedia App bei Kunden Service beschwert, dass in diesem Bereich keine Strom habe ,hat der besetzter vom Hotel sich sofort verändert und war am nächsten Tag nicht mehr freundlich bis letzte Tag. Aber was war schlecht die Seite Expedia App da ist sehr komisch Kundenservice die haben mich überhaupt nicht beantwortet und komplett ignoriert!!! Ich buche meine Unterkunft immer bei booking ,booking ist super und sehr freundlich und die helfen immer nur habe ich diese mal Fehler gemacht und hier gebucht,Das Apartment war ok man konnte aushalten aber bad war katastrophe! Deswegen werde ich nie wieder mit Expedia was zu tun haben!! Ich werde die App blockieren und löschen

• Muhammad Omais (8/5): A good property overall in a budget price range. - Location was good. Though it is about 1.5km from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia but a part of the walk is on steep hill. The staff is friendly and the guy at reception (probably the owner himself) is highly supportive. Our room was on 3rd floor and there was no lift. Although the host helped us moving the luggage but a lift could have make his and the guest's life much easier.
