Hannah (9/5): I would absolutely stay here again. - It was clean, well maintained, and the location was perfectly central to what we wanted to see in the city. We asked to use a meeting room and were told it was not possible (we had to book ahead of time) even though they were not reserved or being used by anyone else. Not a huge deal, but disappointing.

pennyrednose (10/5): Hampton Inn Asheville Area. A++ - This Hampton Inn is a wonderful hotel to spend several days in the Asheville area. It's modern and exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities. The bathroom was spotless with a great walkin shower. The lobby had a bar area with light food choices and nightly discounts on wine or beer. The staff was excellent. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance.

All the staff were friendly and ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay (special shout out to Caroline, Tammie, and Brittney). This hotel is very pet friendly as my pup was the star of the show every time we saw staff. :) There is also a Petco next door for all your pet vare needs. My room was VERY clean and comfortable. I was very impressed. The location was ideal for shopping, gas, groceries, and dining. Pssst... the Tanger outlets are right across the street! I love visiting Asheville and this hotel will be my choice every time. :) To no fault of the hotel but be mindful it can get very noisy with traffic especially during the weekdays. Also, the blackout curtains will not close all the way so if you're okay with the sun sitting on your face in the AM, then disregard :) but if you're part vampire like me (lol), then bring some bag clips. ;)

378lauriew (10/5): Wonderful hotel! - My husband and I were traveling back from GA, we're tired and hours from home. I found this hotel and saw the great reviews, and decided to book- glad I did. Quite honestly, this was one of the nicest budget hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was spacious and so clean! The staff was helpful and welcoming. I didn't eat the free breakfast, but my husband went down and got some coffee and a bite to eat while Iwas getting ready. He said it was just your standard fare hotel breakfast, nothing exceptional, but that's to he expected. We hope to come back this summer to see the Biltmore, and will definitely be staying at this Hampton!

Very convenient location close the Asheville airport - Excellent breakfast with many choices - sweet and savory, and pleasant set up with comfortable seating and a lot of natural light in the breakfast area. Staff was pleasant and refilling the station regularly. Coffee was good too! No complaint!

Dial (9/5): Nice hotel and decent location. - The breakfast was eggs and turkey sausage I think. There were waffles and cereal. It was decent. Fresh fruit cut up would be nice. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. You could hear some loud traffic but it's close to highway. The light comes into room early and the blackout curtains don't close to keep it out. Everything else was great. I would stay again! Road noise and lack of light blocking curtains. It was about a 15 or so minute drive to downtown.

I will have to say the staff was very accommodating and relocated us to a quiet room for our second night. This hotel is in a great location for a visit to The Biltmore, and it is clean with a warm and friendly staff.

The staff and especially Jeanne Mercer were exceedingly helpful. They got me checked in and helped me work through the issues with the online site. The stay itself was uneventful as I was hoping for. The room was clean. Checkout was a breeze.

Da wir nur 2 Nächte da waren, gab es keinen Service. Mussten uns 1 Handtuch und Seife an der Rezeption holen. Am 2. und letzten Tag gab es beim Frühstück kein Toast und keine Bagels mehr. Alles war weg und es wurde nichts nachgefüllt, obwohl wir schon um 8 Uhr da waren. Orangensaft gab es auch nicht mehr und der Küchenboden war klebrig. Es war kein Personal zu sehen??? Andere Gäste schienen auch sehr enttäuscht bzw. verärgert gewesen zu sein, dass die wichtigsten Sachen fehlten und kein Toast ect. nachgelegt wurde. Kennen wir von anderen Hampton Inns so nicht!

L6405XJjessicar (2/5): Terrible Experience - Horrible Experience. I don’t even have the energy to say more after dealing with them. We got season passes to the Biltmore Estate and planned on making this hotel our home base, but they could care less about anyone coming back. It shows.
Ilioskaifangari (10/5): Great Hampton Inn and location! - We enjoyed our short stay here! Hotel room was very spacious, clean and quiet! Breakfast and coffee were very good. Location was great to biltmore estate and downtown. I’m glad to see Asheville is coming back after the terrible devastation from hurricane Helene. We will be back!!

Joy (9/5): Our stay was enjoyable and the staff was very friendly and helpful during a stress situation with our family member tryi - The property was very well maintained and it was clean with a very updated styling. We had no dislikes or issues.
Joelle (10/5): If ever in Ashville, we WILL be back 10/10 - Very very clean facilities. The staff went above and beyond. Nate and Ms Tammi were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The pool was great even though we didn't get a chance to go, it looked so fun!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, rooms were cleaned and spacious!! The only sort of bad thing I can say was the breakfast was a little gross but it was free so I'm not even complaining!!

Denrah5 (8/5): Nice and quick 1 night stay - I stayed here for one night with my husband in October 2025. We were visiting the Biltmore and needed a place to stay before our flight the next day. It was a nice hotel, room. Nice employees. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was just ok.
