WAQUANZO (2/5): - I've been to some sketchy hotels but this by far takes the cake. Upon arrival and checking in. I was told that the room may not have a working tv but was still given the key and sure as she said the tv did not work. I went back to the front desk and I was like can i just get a refund. This went unheard as i asked several times. I was given another key to a room. I entered this room that was now a none smoking room because i had first reserved a smoking room. My companion was truly uncomfortable and she didn't want to even put her bags down. As i was standing outside smoking I was approached several times by people who were soliciting drugs. We grudgingly tried our best to settle in. There was very heavy activity on this premises. It didn't take long to realize we were in a trap hotel. The room was very dainty with rusting fixtures and mold. By no means was a shower taken nor was a thought of it even. But this place had a great deal of drug activity. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The female owner was very rude and disrespectful.. Didn't change my room. The motel is very noisy and loud all and up until 6 am in the morning. Verified traveler (2/5): Deplorable conditions. - Booked the room on hotels.com. it was advertised like it would be a standard room. When we arrived, it was more like a crack house. The condition of the entire facility is horrible. All the light fixtures in the room were broken. The bathtub faucet was broken, and constantly running. The bathroom door would not close. I was in the room long enough to see it was deplorable. Immediately checked right back out. Do not waste your money here.

They have racist working at the front desk, especially the lady she was here to say we do not put Black people in the back by the expressway the manager he’s a non-documented immigrant, running five hotels, including the Sonesta, but doing it all illegally illegal charges against people because he does not want to take the correct Weight and get them removed. If he wants them removed, he lies and has you criminally trespassed after he takes your money. I would not trust these people they steal from you. They know about everything that’s going on. There’s always old murders assaults going on on this property all known to the people there Gwinnett county assist them in illegal removal of people from their legal places to stay with receipts to show improve, but they feel like Gwinnett county does not follow Georgia State rules. They feel like we do not have any rights up here. I was told by the sergeant of the Gwinnett County Police Department I have no rights up here. Why have a good old boy inside the seat of his head is like the Ku Klux Klan a.k.a. Gwinnett county police. Blatantly told me like I said I have no lights. This hotel is ground zero for f fentanyl use purchase and distribution all known by the office. These people need to be exposed because they think they can come here and do what they choose to the citizens of the US when you’re not even properly documented
harry (2/5): - waited almost a half hour at the desk to be able to check in, people working there were pretty rude about everything too. our key card stopped working multiple times for seemingly no reason. the rooms were as filthy as the rest of the building, when we pulled up the place looked like a crack den and the fact that someone was killed on the premise while we were there solidified that. the room floors were sticky and dirty, there were several broken lamps in the room and the only working light was in the bathroom. sure it may be a cheap stay, but you're better off camping with the local homeless, they're more kind at least.

The rooms are run down my room did not even have lock on the door could not open up the closet door the tub and bathroom were Brown and mildew filled. There was mildew on my curtains and air conditioner as well holes in the carpet on the floor and my door look like someone had tried to beat it in at one time before and was filthy dirty. The man at the reception when I told him that I could not stay in this room because it also did not have a microwave refrigerator like I was promised ends up taking me through a employee's only door upstairs to a nicer room. People did not have access to these rooms. And while this room was nicer than the one that I had received before it too had stains on the curtains and holes in the carpet not to mention the furniture was stained as well. This place had urine smell to the elevator and in the hallway had wires hanging from the ceiling outside the stairs were broken and looked like they were about ready to fall this place really should be condemned.

We are the type of family that likes to save on short, overnight stays; so 2 or 3 star hotels are not new to us, and i don't expect more than i should for $70. However, this was the most disgusting cesspool I've ever stayed in. The residents (and i do me they reside there) are very obnoxious and rude. A whole club stood directly outside of our window and smoked and talked loudly and inappropriately until late into the night. The pool is not open. There is no breakfast. There is mold all over the place; on the curtains, in the bathroom. The bathroom is severely in need of maintenance and cleaning. There was scum and grime all over. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The floor felt like it was mopped with Pepsi. Absolutely gross. Don't stay here.

She smiles and greens at all the men and she has a husband here very unprofessional doesn’t give receipts, so you really don’t know how much you’re supposed to pay every time we go down there is an extra charge for something but the only person that does that like I said is her as long as this lady is here it’s gonna be like this. Somebody needs to remove her from the front of this business because her nasty attitude against people not of a race is out of control and she feels as though she can do whatever she feel like she wanna do we’re over it. She needs to be fired immediately. If need be I have several people that can second third fourth fifth sixth seventh eighth and ninth 10th back me up I don’t know her name but she’s the only female that works here because her husband works here and I’m not sure if the manager is her father or what but they make sure that we never see the owners to let them know what is actually going on on this property all the overdoses that they have knowledge of drug use that they have knowledge. This is why they do what they do and how they handle people how to handle people because they feel everybody is the same when everybody is not, and she takes advantage of the fact that people may not have nowhere to go. She’s a horrible person and needs to be removed immediately.

Hunter (2/5): -5/10 - This was the worst day I’ve ever had in my entire life. After checking into my room, the bathroom ceiling was full of water and about to cave in. There was mold all over the bathroom and it was completely flooded. My concerns were not addressed the way that they should have by the people at the front desk who clearly don’t care about anything. There’s people using drugs and injecting needles in the parking lot, on the stairs, and throughout the very uncleanly facility. For the price, I should’ve known better not to stay in a place like this Unless you’re looking to indulge in illegal, activities.. This place is not for you.

The remote did not work for the tv. There was not a phone to call the front desk. The light fixture was falling off the wall. I accidentally locked my key in the room. I went to the office but the lobby was closed and sign said go to the side window. When I did, I was standing there waiting while three people were behind the desk and non of them came to see what I needed. The lady who served me earlier in the day just continue what she was doing and nod at me and mouth what did I want. She was far away and expected me to yell what I wanted. Well I did, and asked for a new key. Guess she could have heard me, because she brought it and said nothing.

And the guest for charging 1 price of 80$ for their room but another guest was only charge 65. The wife had an attitude and couldnt find my reservation even when i showed it to her and tried to turn me away. I got the husband to check me in but both have horrible customer service skills and are very rude. My room had no towels or toilet paper and i had almost no hot water to shower. The remote for my tv wouldnt work and the tv didnt have buttons. The office couldnt even change the batteries but even after i put my own batteries in it still didnt work. Junkies ride the elevator all night to get hi and follow you around asking for money. I dont recommend this hotel to females staying alone.

Glen (2/5): - This hotel seems to cater to transients and drug addicts. Night time consists of near constant yelling outside by people smoking on the balconies and pounding on doors. Not a pleasant stay.
Jimmy (2/5): Terrible hotel - Terrible room was dirty drug dealing people screaming and walking around all night this place should be shutdown immediately the staff did nothing to stop anything

Jasmine (6/5): - Room needs upgrade. Shower curtain has mold on i, WiFi connection is Mid. Works when it wants. With it being so cold, a lot of homeless hanging near the stairs Has quite a few eateries nearby (Dennys, Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, mcds)
Jonathan Orie (2/5): - I awoke with cockroaches in my bed. I killed two and took their corpses to front desk as proof. I have picture of live cockroaches walking across the bed headboard. Day of check out, cleaning lady entered my room with me completely naked out of shower and without knocking, she apologized. Front desk staff apologized too.

Glenn (2/5): - When we checked in, they put us in a room that had someone in it already. The second time they put us in a room that a door lock was broken and it led us to the room next-door. The third room they put us in do not have heat, and this was during the Atlanta snowstorm, requested king size bed, and never got that room. Out of three staff was terrible. We requested a refund we left. We did not stay there because we had no heat and Expedia is telling us that we will be refunded in full.
Brande (2/5): - If you go to this property you will see 100’s of guys standing around on the balcony which gives off an uncomfortable feeling when you’re pulling in to check in, also the tv didn’t work at all, they didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator on premises neither so what are they actually good for?
Verified traveler (4/5): Not safe. Especially if you have kids. - You get what you pay for. The only clean, and remodeled area is the lobby. Rooms are dirty. Women offering “massages” outside the rooms. Men with hoodies walking back and forth in front of rooms, following you in parking lot asking for money. No number to contact reception. Front desk staff is not the best. Key card would have to be reprogrammed EVERY time I left the room, and sometimes there was no one at front desk to help me and my kids back in the room.

Jessica (2/5): Horrible stay - The toilet kept overflowing with nothing in it the sink was clogged, roaches holes in the walls loud banging all night no microwave the worst stay we left at 11 and never got my deposit

Verified traveler (4/5): Hood Rats on the Horizon! - The hotel is pretty clean and decent for the price, but no tv, microwave, etc. The inhabitants who call this place home severely bring down the value of this property. No such thing as peace and quiet because they hang out til 3am yelling, cursing and screaming ratchetness. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

Zainab (4/5): - We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was nice and friendly but the hotel itself is so old and smelling of smoke. We were given a smoke free room but it smelt like smoke. We are non smokers. The bathroom, room all were not in good shape. We spent most of our days outside and only slept at the hotel just because we don’t want to spend time at the hotel.
Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible!!! - Extremely disgusting. Beware do not vist.. waste of money.. blood on towels. Hookers knocking on your door every hr.. and the sheets never been changed. I caugh covid 19 inside the room..
Jaeda (2/5): Bad Experience - Waited 5 days for a fridge, microwave has roaches in it, T.V stopped working, booked room on Hotels.com and my reservation didn’t go through to the hotel. The hotel told me they didn’t care and that this was a 3rd party and that wasn’t their problem and threatened to call police even though I had my reservation confirmation. I spent my money twice and booked for the same day again and they gave another person a key to my room. These people walked in on me after I got out of the shower. The top of the toilet doesn’t fit, the tub has a lot of burn marks, the bathroom door is broken and the staff is extremely rude. I had 3 good experiences on my 2 month stay at this hotel so far.
