U1179UQmeghanr (4/5): Sleeping staff - The property itself is stunning and the bar was amazing! I stayed for 5 nights for my parents anniversary party/visit family. I shared a room with my sister and she arrived before me, I arrived early morning maybe 2-3am. The front doors are locked at night but there is a phone outside to call the front desk to be let in but unfortunately I called 3 times in a row and let it ring and it was never answered. I could hear it ringing from outside though. Thankfully my sister woke up and came to let me in but before she could get downstairs a few other guests walked up with a room key that opened the door and let me in . We got inside and those guests started loading up on snacks from the little lobby store while I waited from my sister to come downstairs. After they stood at the counter for help one of them noticed the attendant was on a back office asleep in the chair. Those guests ended up just going behind the desk to grab a sticky note and pen to write their items down along with a room number so the attendant could charge it when she came to the desk. They had mentioned to is that if we wanted any items to write them down because "this person" is asleep often on her shifts when they stay which they stay every month for a week so this is a regular occurrence. The older gentleman even offered to grab me a beer from the locked case which he opened using a ring of keys he grabbed from behind the desk in a drawer. The experience was just odd but I was tired and ready for bed. A few days into my stay I locked myself out of my room when I left to grab my doordash and she was asleep again into a chair and ihad to say excuse me several times before she woke up and she was very rude that she had to get up and make me a key. Didn't even respond when I thanked her. It's taken me over a week to post this because I didn't want to get anybody in trouble but decided to after I called to speak to a manager and they never returned my call. I think it's a security issue if the person responsible for the property at night is asleep while guests roam unassisted and I would think that a lot of items from their store walk away without ever being paid for.

Christopher (10/5): Will absolutely be back. - The staff welcomed us with friendly faces, not snooty attitudes. The location was perfectly in the middle of where we wanted to be. The style of this hotel was how I would design one if I owned one, I loved it. It smelled so nice. I’m a hot shower fan, but mannnnn that hot water was scalding and a bit tricky to figure out.

Also, the noise from hotel and nearby bars was LOUD. I couldn't sleep due to loud bar music late into the night. The parking payments were extreme and inconvenient to use.

anitaknight4 (4/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I had issues from the moment I checked in. I communicated with Brian Smith/GM and he was perplexed about the issues and stated they never happened before. He offered a 1-day discount and we were okay I thought. The final issue that gives this review is I asked the people in valet to have my car at 3:30am...which valet is not on site at that time...I was told my car would be upfront. When I got my key from the front desk associate I had to go and find my car which was not out front. It was on the back side of the building in the alley...This was a not so safe situation. She never assisted me. Anything could have happened. Why pay for valet if you have to go this route. I emailed Brian Smith/GM and sent pictures and he never responded.

655pedrom (10/5): Wonderful property in a great location - I was there apartment-hunting for a new job and chose this location because I was curious about downtown Tulsa as the location of my new apartment. I chose well. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are modern, well put-together and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rest of the loft-style design is comforting, pretty big, and conducive to getting work done, staying clean, and sleeping well. Pretty quiet for a downtown location next to railroad tracks that are definitely still in use. Helpful staff, especially at the front desk, restaurant and the rooftop bar (which I highly recommend). The breakfast menu is wonderful, and the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. I recommend the yogurt with honey from their rooftop hives. The valet parking is pricey but very well-run. And the staff will point out that you can park cheaply during the day right in front of the hotel or free after 5:00 p.m. on the city street parking (get the app if you plan to drive around town, well worth it). The hotel is within easy walking-distance of a great variety of restaurants and bars for diverse tastes and budgets. The amateur ballpark is about two blocks away, as is the Arts District, and both areas also have restaurants and bars for different tastes and budges. The hotel is located very near the Greenwood Rises museum on the Tulsa Massacre, if you are looking for an important, strong educational experience. A good hotel that really lets you learn about Tulsa, especially downtown Tulsa, in comfort.
Sonal (10/5): - Overall the stay was nice and the location is great. Parking is annoying because there is only valet or street parking. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the only thing was the hallways were not air conditioned so they were very warm on a July day.

AmandaP885 (10/5): overall great experience - Comfortable and very clean environment, walkable to food, coffee, bars, etc. Great rooftop bar with a fun people-watching view. Easy in-out Valet service so I could walk when I wanted to and drive when I wanted to. Loved it and would go back!

Sarah (8/5): - Had a wonderful stay. Warmly greeted as we entered the hotel for check-in. Only complaint — the Valet guy pocketed my change that I asked for. Gave him $20 and asked for a $10 back and he totally ignored the whole thing. I felt like he did it intentionally which was really awkward to say the least.

Laura (10/5): A hip gem close to downtown Tulsa - Very hip hotel in a cool area a few blocks from downtown Tulsa!! We had our dog with us and she had a great time too. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, it was terrific! The decor is super, very stylish and mid century modern. It was pouring rain the weekend we stayed so we did not explore the area much. We did venture out for awesome pizza a few streets away and discovered that Rumble Fish had been filmed in the area. There are lots of pubs and micro breweries within walking distance.
andreamB2399MH (2/5): If you value sleep, RUN from this place! - If you want a good nights sleep DO NOT under any circumstances stay at this hotel! There is a nightclub with live rock music until 2AM. The room shook from the loud noise. We had a long drive the next day which was rendered dangerous since we had not slept at all. When we walked down to implore the staff to help us they were rude and simply stated that’s why they call the location downtown-entertainment area. Did not offer to comp us in any fashion. Would have been nice to have been offered something, anything, just to diffuse our frustration and disappointment. And of course when we were placed in the room it’s obvious the hotel knows it’s a noisy room which makes it all the worse that we were placed there. At least let us know ahead of time and offer earplugs up front or make that room less expensive. A company as big as IHG should know better. Not only will I NEVER stay in this hotel, but I will never stop in Tulsa again and will seek out any other hotels besides IHG.
Jack (10/5): Fascinating area; wish I learned more. - Fine stay at the Indigo. Especially friendly staff. One wish is that the hotel could've told me more about how it fit into the historical nature of downtown Tulsa. Everyone answered my questions, but there are a lot more questions to ask.
