- Areed52 (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - The staff. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and courteous. They made us feel like we were at home from the time we checked in till we left. Plus we loved that it was secure. No one could just walk in unless you had your key or the staff buzzed you in. The toilet was weird to flush the toilet paper didn't always go down the first flush. And the bathroom floors were very slippery when you got out of the shower even with a towel on the floor. Please be careful

Only one towel rack in the bathroom for 2 people. TV is slow to change channels. A/C unit is loud - hard to watch tv at the same time - but helpful in providing white noise to drown out street noise.

Enjoyed the kitchen amenities (large fridge/stove) kitchenware. Love that there were washers and dryer available to use at no cost. Check in and check out was a breeze. Although it is a non-smoking facility - the smell of marijuana could be scented through the vent every now and then.

The location was extremely convenient, right in the center of everything, which made getting around very easy. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated how well-equipped it was—having access to utensils, pots and pans, dish soap, and even a dishwasher made it feel like a home away from home. The WiFi worked perfectly the entire time, which was a huge plus. One of my favorite perks was the unlimited coffee, which was always fresh and available. Overall, this place had everything I needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay, and I would definitely stay here again. For me there was nothing I didn’t like. Nothing is perfect they say but for me this was!

Some of the images being used to advertise the hotel are unrealistic. Mainly the one showing outside of the hotel. The hotel also serves as a day hotel there's a lot of random people going in and ask hotel guests to swipe them in with their key.

L'heure de check-in tardive (4pm). Chambre à côté des ascenseurs donc bruyant la nuit. Personnel rencontré peu agréable. Frigo bruyant, nous avons dû l'éteindre pour la nuit ce qui n'est pas très pratique lorsqu'il y a des choses à l'intérieur.

There was only one working elevator and when we got in a worker was in there on a ladder!

Cama bem confortável e a localização é boa no centro de baltimore, perto das vias publicas e transporte coletivo. O hotel tem uma mini mercearia pra voce comprar coisas que não tem quase nada, nada mesmo, parece até meio abandonada. Devia ter mais coisas, especialmente as que não vencem rápido. Outra coisa, não deixaram alguns itens como bucha e detergente pra gente limpar os utensilios.

- Patti (8/5): - I really liked the staff. The hotel was clean. The room was clean and the bed, linens and pillows were awesome. There were many blemishes all over the room and in the lobby. Leftover screw holes in walls where things had been changed or taken down but never refinished or refinished poorly. The lobby had live plants in the windows that looks like it started out with all plants in red ceramic containers but somewhere along the way some white paint buckets and other strange planters joined the groupings and ruined the whole presentation. Plants need to be groomed as well.

- Brittany (10/5): We had a great time and we will be back again next year. - The staff was welcoming, helpful and great. Very knowledgeable and made the stay enjoyable. I also liked that the hotel had a key entry at the front door after a certain time. It made me feel safe.

- Jason (1/5): Did not / could not / check in for the above reasons stated. I'm very disappointed. - Nothing, see below. Parking and location was not appropriately described via Booking.com website. Parking was described as "controlled access parking" not clearly as off site city parking only. On street parking was $4.30 cents an hour. Location exceeded the distance advertised via Booking.com website from our venue (Oriole Park at Camden yards) listed as .5 miles but it was actually over .8 miles. Hotel pictures on website don't represent the hotel. The main picture of the hotel is a stock photo of some other hotel picture. Staff couldn't even be bothered to help locate a safe parking garage. This Hotel was clearly not safe and was allowing loitering by local riff raff. Did not check into this Hotel, had to cancel reservation book somewhere else that had what they advertised! I contacted the hotel and they referred me to Booking.com. I started the refund process via booking.com and was told electronically that it was up to the hotel but that booking.com would try get me a full refund. This is my first bad experience with anything found through booking.com over the years. I'm hoping that this situation is taken care of appropriately and not brushed under the rug. Read the reviews... the negatives are true.
