The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Arta was especially very welcoming and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Honestly, everything was great. No complaints.

• Harry (10/5): - we booked because of a good deal and didn't do much research but was absolutely amazing, such great staff nothing was too much they went above and beyond every request was met with great service and always a smile. the facilities were clean and bright great space in the room we have a double room with a terrace downstairs, look out for the hidden fridge in the cupboard. even offered us to stay and use the pool after checkout time while we wait for our driver. my only complaint is that if you've never been you might think this is a prime location, it's out of Ubud center. very quiet and peaceful at night but either 1 hour walk or a very cheap grab, maybe 65k into the centre so not a big problem. no fault of the hotel but booking.com calls it excellent location, depends what you want, for us it was perfect

• Félique (7/5): Prima - De locatie is iets uit het centrum van Ubud; minder drukte en geen apen. Verschillende goede restaurants op loopafstand, supermarktje en mooi uitzicht op een rijstveld. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt ruime keuze en goed. De kamers en het hotel is wat gedateerd en kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. In onze kamer zaten op de meubels en het beddengoed vlekken. Geen schoonmaak of nieuwe handdoeken in drie dagen tijd.

• Peter (9/5): Comfortable stay not far from Ubud - Our room was on the third floor with a fabulous balcony view of Bali's volcanoes and a group of small rice fields, attracting birds, butterflies and bats. The room is spacious, with very comfortable bed, good A/C, big bathroom with a bathtub. Small bar fridge, very handy. Water, coffee, tissues supplied every day. Breakfast was good, served in a nice area overlooking street and rice fields. It is nice having a dip in the pool after a long day wondering around! The hotel is not far from Ubud centre but a motorcycle or Grab are essential if you want to visit Ubud proper. There is a little bit of noise coming from the street.
• Davis (9/5): Exceptional value with warm traditional Balinese hospitality! - It was close to walk to our son’s apartment. The staff were very friendly. We stayed at the property twice. The receptionist upgraded us from room 302 the first stay to room 303 the 2nd stay. 303 was decorated better & was more sound proofed. Breakfast was included. We enjoyed seeing the rice fields being tilled, flooded & planted. This hotel offers quaint Balinese charm & hospitality for an incredible price. No complaints

• Rochelle (3/5): It's a quite a distance to get to the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre . Lack of apology too - First breakfast was basic and disappointing . The look of the facilities were lovely , size of the room and balcony looking out to a rice paddy was fabulous . Staff were friendly Unfortunately we slept in a bed where the sheets had not been changed . We discovered there was fresh blood stains (not from us ). When we explained to the receptionist she didn't even apologise or offer a solution . The swimming pool water was polluted and there were multiple broken tiles left in the pool. We would have stayed longer had we not had the linen incident .

• Kiri (7/5): Great room and friendly staff; location might not suit everyone - The location was quiet and had nice surroundings with views over rice fields from the balcony. Mini mart right next door and laundry place a 5min walk down the road 🛌 the bed was ginormous and very comfy, with big and little pillows so I could pick and choose what to use to suit my neck 🤪 🚿 Bathroom: lots of space and storage, with a massive walk in shower and separate bath next to it. Some questionably smelling dispensers in the shower which I stayed away from after one use. No other toiletries 🧼 Amenities: Fridge, hairdryer and hot drink making station in the room, daily room service (if you wanted it), 2 bottles of water replenished daily, decent WiFi and enough hangers. The safe was locked shut so I didn’t use it 🔐 the restaurant is only open for breakfast, not lunch or dinner (a bit misleading on booking.com). 🍳 Breakfast: This was included and was decent - you had to put your order in the night before with reception but I really enjoyed the fruit plate and fried rice 🛗 Lift: ❌ the staff were happy to bring luggage to the room 🪭 Aircon: ✅ I liked the hotel itself and the staff were really friendly and helpful. 📍 Location: It was a 15-30min (traffic dependent) taxi into Ubud centre so a bit further away than I’d realised and not overly ideal. The road also didn’t feel safe to walk on as there’s no footpath either side and the traffic is quite chaotic with all the mopeds whizzing by. think I’d pick closer to Ubud centre if I came back to the area. 🐓 free 5.30am alarm clock everyday with the rooster at the neighbouring property - earbuds essential! 🏊‍♀️ The pool had definitely benefited from some photoshop online as it looked quite different in person. I was out most days on excursions so didn’t sunbathe although the loungers were all covered by tree foliage so it’s not a great pool for working on the tan!

• Iana (9/5): Место с красивыми видами и отличным персоналом - Приятный персонал, в самом начале при заселении предложили сначала осмотреть номер, а затем заплатить, дали на пару дней зарядку для телефона (я свою забыла в другом месте). Был вкусный завтрак, выбор блюд с вечера - это удивило, но минусом не считаю. Возможно чуть далековато от центра, но я ездила на байке, мне было комфортно. В номере было несколько безобидных пауков

• Rocíomart8 (9/5): - Segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, siempre es un acierto. Muy económico, incluye un desayuno bastante correcto con fruta, café o té y un plato principal dulce o salado. Habitación superior muy amplia con baño grande y cama cómoda, vistas a terraza de arroz. Está algo retirado del centro pero por esto se descansa bien. Nada, todo bien

• Julide (10/5): Beautiful Stay in Ubud - The room was so spacious and I especially loved the balcony from my room! The staff immediately upon arrival were very kind, and accommodating. While it’s a little bit away from the centre I personally really enjoyed it as I wanted to have a more quiet space. Getting grabs there is super convenient and that’s the best way to travel around Ubud. They have a nice little pool area as well to lounge around in which is nice since the beaches aren’t close in Ubud. Overall really loved my stay, definitely worth it for the price paid and would definitely come back (: Thank you to the staff and their warm welcome for being a highlight of my trip The breakfast given had smaller portions, if you’re someone like me who gets hungry in the morning I would recommend going to one of the many brunch spots that are up the road.
• Frances (6/5): I felt this property was not quite set up fully. This could be pleasant for young people with own transport who want to - The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The bed was extremely comfortable with the best pillows! The view ‘over rice fields’ was one small rice field bordered by a road and another building on 2 sides. The restaurant wasn’t serving evening meals and breakfast had to be pre-booked (which I wasn’t told on arrival). This new property has some teething problems to sort out. Be aware there are 2 Bumi Muwas. I was dropped off at the old one first. It then took 55 minutes in traffic to get to the new one (at the end of a long day!).

Just to point out that the charging portal on one side of the bed is kind of flipping out (coming off) but doesn't affect charging. It can be improved

• Sabrina (9/5): Ottima soluzione fuori dal caos di Ubud - Lo staff è stato fantastico, molto disponibile e sempre sorridente e professionale. La colazione era buona e con molta scelta. La camera spaziosa e con un bel balcone sulle risaie, inoltre in bagno c'era una vasca davvero favolosa e comoda. La posizione è buona, fuori dal caos del centro di Ubud. Consiglierei di curare un pochino di più la pulizia, nella camera c'era un po' di polvere e le lenzuola presentavano alcune macchie. Nulla di grave, però è uno spunto per migliorare

• Heinsbroek (9/5): Heerlijk rustig verblijf in Ubud - Een fijn hotel met de voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Ligt net buiten het centrum, waardoor het lekker rustig is. Met de scooter ben je binnen 20 minuten in het centrum. Deze kan je bij de accommodatie huren. Je kan savonds niks drinken aan de bar, alleen water. Je mag wel zelf bij de supermarkt drinken halen om in t restaurant boven te nuttigen.

• Mihai (6/5): I do not recommend it - The only positive is the staff The only reason why I’m rating it 6 is thanks to the lovely staff. Otherwise the score would be much lower. Although we picked the Deluxe Double room with Balcony we were put in the Deluxe Double Rooms. I saw after that there’s in small letters that you will either get the ones with balcony or terrace depending on availability. I find it very scammy to advertise the rooms in a way and expect something but you will get what they want anyway. We got the rooms with terrace on ground floor which both smelled damp and musty as soon as we entered in the rooms. You can see mould in the bathroom, in my room the sink drain was barely working, the towels were dirty, especially the one you use as a mat when you walk out of the shower. Visible stains on the sheets and pillow sheets. Breakfast was ok, however the trays on which they brought the breakfast to our rooms were very dirty. I don’t usually complain but there were too many negatives to ignore. The hotel owner needs to invest back into the hotel if they want to be a viable business, especially with how competitive Bali is.

• Veronika (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, man ist etwas außerhalb von ubud aber schnell im Zentrum. Liegt zwar an einer hauptstrasse, die etwas lauter ist, ansonsten aber sehr ruhig. Die Anlage hat mit 15 Zimmern eine nette grösse, mir gefiel die Gestaltung und der Pool. Ich vermute, dass corona wirtschaftlich schwierig war, weil der Tourismus zum erliegen kam und daher wenig Geld zum investieren vorhanden ist. Die Zimmer müssten mal überholt werden, tiefenreinigung, frisch streichen, lüftungen und klima reinigen, schalldämmen, Kühlschränke abtauen, mehr Steckdosen. Grundsätzlich nette Anlage, aber diese massnahmen wären sinnvoll. Zudem wäre es nett, wenn man im hotel und am pool Getränke und Snacks serviert bekommen könnte.

The room was great value for money and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful :) lovely quiet hotel The room could have been cleaner, but for the price we couldn’t complain! Our room did have ants sometimes.
• D Buffing (9/5): Ver en dichtbij genoeg van het centrum tegelijkertijd. - De locatie! Ver genoeg uit de echte drukte, maar dichtbij genoeg om alles binnen een klein kwartiertje te bereiken via een grab scooter! (Of eigen scooter). Een grab scooter is er binnen 2 minuten. Naast gelegen zit een klein supermarktje en op 4 minuten lopen een lekkere eet gelegenheden. Zwembad was iets minder indrukwekkend, dan op de foto. Maar dat is dan ook het enige :)

El personal fue muy atento, el desayuno estaba bien aunque el cafe no estaba muy bueno. Estaba un poco sucio, habia bichos muertos en las paredes y las toallas estaban un poco sucias.

Номер с террасой упирается в стену. Номер весь в паутине. Постель серая. Полотенце серые . Матрас неудобная. Все старое . Просила заменить но увы .
• Alexander (8/5): - Расположение удобное, недалеко от Убуда, рядом в шаговой доступности есть места где можно поесть. Красивый вид из окна. Главный плюс этого отеля это его персонал. Сотрудники ресепшена помогали во всех ситуациях:нашли спрей от комаров, дали переходники для розеток (свои мы в этот раз забыли), помогли выбрать оптимальный вариант для восхождения на вулкан Батур, но самое главное, это смогли найти такси до аэропорта после наводнения, когда на Grab, вообще не возможно было найти водителя, девушки позвонили кому кто из своих знакомых и нас увезли, причем по стандартной цене, без доплат за ЧП. 2 бала сниму за уборку, единственный минус этого отеля. Все что делают уборщики, это заставляют кровать, полотенца они не меняли. Когда мы приехали в душе были волосы прошлых жильцов и в номере был грязный пол, который за время нашего проживания так же никто не убрал. И еще не большой минус это отсутствие маскитной сетки на балконе, если бы она была, мы бы с удовольствием спали с открытой дверью, а так приходилось спать только с кондиционером.

• IlseVE (7/5): Spacious stay next to rice paddies - Staff are definitely a highlight of staying here. They are always super friendly and eager to help you out with any requests. The room size was definitely above average, with plenty of hangers and storage to unpack a bit. Large balcony with drying rack overlooking rice paddies next door. Soaps and toiletries provided. Lovely location away from Ubud city center in an area with rice paddies and little cafes nearby (careful walking though). The rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear a lot of noise from the road out front as well as neighbors. They should exchange towels daily because they do not dry well and smell musty after just one use. They should have an umbrella per room for when it rains. Could use a deep clean in the bathroom and some cosmetic updates.

• Inès (10/5): Séjour fabuleux et dépaysant - Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Ubud et au sein de cet hôtel. Le personnel était adorable et toujours au petit soin. Notre chambre était grande avec une salle de bain très spacieuse. Nous avions une terrace et un balcon plutôt grand avec une vue imprenable sur les rizières. C était vraiment très agréable. L’emplacement était vraiment bien, 10-15 minutes de tout en scooter. Génial !

• Jamal (7/5): Prima hotel en neem eieren als je een goed ontbijt wilt. - Prima hotel. Schoonmaak viel tegen, maar het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk, voornamelijk Ms Rita. Super bedankt voor jouw vriendelijkheid en zorg! Ontbijt is zoals eerder beschreven. De opmerkingen zijn zeer terecht. De schoonmaak kon beter. Eerste dag hadden we zwarte voeten nadat we rond liepen. Ze pakken verzoeken wel echt meteen op wat super fijn is. Maar we merkte dat de schoonmaak daarna steeds minder werd.

Le petit déjeuner est bon et c’est juste un plaisir de le manger en face des rizières. Petit bémol pour la douche qui n’a pas un jet très puissant, qui fuit et qui n’est pas très chaude ainsi que l’odeur d’eau stagnante (apparemment récurrent à Bali).

• Justyna (10/5): Miła atmosfera uczynny personel - Bardzo miła rodzinna atmosfera, personel bardzo pomocny, zawsze mogliśmy liczyć na sztućce czy dodatkowe szklanki, pokrojenie zakupionych owoców. Pomagał rozwiązywać bieżące problemy.
