• Anchalee (10/5): Nice time - I really love this place. The owner, Mr. Frankie, is incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive—he explains everything clearly and provides excellent service. The room is clean and well-equipped with everything you need, including a full set of kitchen utensils so you can cook your own meals. There’s also a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a safety box, and a beautiful wardrobe. none

• Dean (9/5): Fantastic and convenient location in a small coastal village with chilled vibes and amazing sunsets. - Lovely small modern building just steps from the main street and very close to the sunset-facing beach. Frankie and Nut are excellent hosts and were very helpful eg with recommendations on places to eat and visit. Very nice bathroom, and great value for this style of accommodation. Sofa was comfy and great size, also fridge is good-size for this sized room. Very nice to have 2 bottles of water provided. Very close to 24-hour convenience stores (2 x Lotus' Go Fresh, 4 x 7-Eleven), as well as plenty of eateries and a comparatively big night market. There wasn't a lot of "bench space" but that's hardly a downside. Would have helped perhaps to have the TV wall-mounted so that the table near the foot of the bed could be used for other things. Note too that there is no lift in the building, so there are small flights of steps (2 x 8 steps and a landing to the middle level, and the same again for the top level) to get to your room, if you're not on the ground floor. Cooking is provided with a portable electric stove top (although in my case I wasn't able to get it to work, but I'm sure that would have been remedied if I had asked).

• Yulia (10/5): - The Owner (Frenki) of the appartments is a very friendly, polite and kind man. The apparments are very comfortable well equipped and have a very good placement. We had interruption (for three days) during our resevation and Frenki helped us and found suitale appartments for that period. Helped us with rtelocation forward and back. He also arranged transfer from the apparments to airport. We had perfect vacation, Frenki thank you very much. Hope to see you in future and hope we return. Nothing to say

• Vlasta (10/5): One of the best places to stay in Thailand - One of the best places to stay when traveling in Thailand. I would rate this property four stars as it is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Mr. Frankie is really friendly and caring, it was nice talking to him. Our room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and beach towels also provided. Conveniently located short walking distance to the morning market, night market and the sea. We also made use of the possibility to do our laundry free of charge. Only a pity that the place does not have a garden for relaxing or at least balcony for each apartment would be nice. Otherwise there is nothing we did not like.

He gave us a lot of information about the surroundings. He also provided us with many toys for our son and even beach accessories. The location of Asia’s Beach Apartment was perfect, with many cafes, shops, massage parlors, and an excellent seafood market nearby. We are very grateful to Mr. Frankie for a wonderful vacation. We definitely recommend this place.
• Satja (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a central location. - Mr. Frankie is an exceptional "Mine Host" so informative on all aspects of this hotel, with a guide's insight to surrounding area which was very much appreciated. Our room was spotlessly clean with every facility provided inc. microwave & cooking utensils to hand, (if one felt the need) but didn't use, as fresh food market very handy, & plenty of good bars & restaurants nearby. Can't think of one thing not likable?

He know Bang Sare and the area better than anyone. Nearby 3 excellent and professional massage parlors and best restaurant in the village namely Village Kitchen owned by a friendly German.

He invests himself everyday to this goal and I find it admirable I would just advice travelers that this is quite far from the center of Pattaya, which means not that touristic, cheaper food, more local but also that you need a car (taxi or rent) to get to the location

The owner,Frankie and his wife,Nut are awesome hosts,very friendly and gave us detailed information about what there is around Bang Saray. The room that we stayed in, on the top floor of the buildin was well appointed.It had large windows on two sides which was great for catching the refreshing sea breeze.The bed was super comfortable and of high quality. The bathroom was as clean as new, with quality fixtures and the kitchenette was very handy with kettle, microwave,electric cooking hob,a good size fridge and all utensils. A beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price 10/10.
