• Alessandro (1/5): Esperienza pessima - ASSOLUTAMENTE NIENTE Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo appartamento è stata pessima. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno per diversi motivi critici: Sicurezza e Accessibilità: L'unico ingresso all'appartamento avviene tramite una scala estremamente pericolosa e, a mio parere, non a norma. Questo rende l'accesso difficile e rischioso per chiunque. Pulizia e Manutenzione: Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era visibilmente sporco. È inaccettabile pagare per un servizio di pulizia e trovare un ambiente trascurato. Pubblicità Ingannevole: Le foto caricate sull'annuncio non corrispondono alla realtà. La struttura è molto diversa (e peggiore) da come viene presentata online. Mancanza di Accoglienza: Oltre ai problemi strutturali, c'è stata una totale mancanza di cura per l'ospite; non ci è stata fatta trovare nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua al check-in, un gesto minimo di cortesia che in queste condizioni sarebbe stato il minimo. In sintesi: l'alloggio non è conforme a quanto promesso e presenta gravi lacune in termini di igiene e sicurezza. Spero che vengano presi provvedimenti immediati. Inoltre ci siamo rovinati la vacanza, perchè abbiamo dovuto lasciare subito l'appartamento. L'unica cosa positiva è che grazie all'intervento di booking siamo stati risarciti completamente.

• Florence (10/5): - Tout était très bien. Appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien décoré. Très belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Accueil sympathique. Une très bonne adresse.
• Antonio (8/5): Posto da provare! - L'appartamento è davvero carino e delizioso, mette a proprio agio oltre ad offrire un panorama bellissimo dal patio esterno. Dotato di tutti i confort e in più la gentilezza e la cortesia del sig. Giovanni ne fanno un posto davvero consigliato. Purtroppo la posizione dove si trova la struttura non delle più comode, in salita su una strada stretta a doppio senso quindi si fa un po' difficoltà in caso si incontri un'altra auto.

• Lori0306 (9/5): Top - L'appartamento è molto grande . Un'ampia zona giorno con divano letto, TV e aria condizionata. La camera matrimoniale non ha l'aria condizionata, ma per fortuna si stava bene e non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Il bagno un pó piccolo ma funzionale. Possibile anche utilizzare la lavatrice! C'è una terrazza panoramica che da sola vale tutto! Dista appena 5 minuti dal lungomare di Sapri, comodo anche per visitare le zone limitrofe. Mi permetto di dare dei suggerimenti, se la stanza viene prenotata per 4 sarebbe carino far trovare già il divano preparato a letto, e non farlo fare al cliente. Da migliorare un pochino la pulizia.
