- 180debbiep (6/5): Average hotel, comfortable room - On arrival we were welcomed and then immediately given an inventory for the items in the room. We were asked to count them when we checked into the room. The inventory included items right down to the number of coat hangers in the wardrobe and the soap dish??? They then wanted to hold our passports for room costs ( we had already paid for the rooms in full). We refused and agreed to leave a cash deposit to cover any potential mini bar costs. It was a bizarre ‘welcome’. It had us wondering what sort of people stay here??? We also had to sign out beach towels and umbrellas. It just wasn’t a good introduction. The rooms were ok, a little tired. Breakfast was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay here again I wouldn’t rebook this hotel.

- 65diannem (10/5): A great Vietnam experience. - A pleasant experience from arrival to departure, all of July. Reception staff, (Quoc,Quynh,Duyen,Loi,Vu,Duc,and the ever smiling face of Lucas the bell-boy) plus all kitchen and restaurant staff, all contributed to a most enjoyable Vietnamese holiday. Thoroughly recommend the V Hotel Nha Trang. Location is good, 200 metres or so from the night market and numerous eateries. Happy Beach is 200 metres away where you can hire lounges under umbrellas for hire 50K per day from Happy Beach Club. As the hotel is a block away from the beach,with other buildings in front,to get a good view of the Bay,and islands,I would recommend upgrading to a sea-view room,16th floor and above. Had a couple of good tours with a local guide, one was a 4hr city tour, the other a full day tour to Dalat. Both private tours, and the driver and car used in both were first class. If required, we have the guides details.
- Hutchiexx5 (10/5): Great value for money - We stayed in a Premier Executive Room with Balcony Sea View for five nights. I only have good things to say. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, loved the comfy and huge round bed and having a seaview was lovely. I didn't use the gym but the swimming pool was great during sunrise. Breakfast was decent with a selection of Asian dishes, fruits, omelettes and of course coffee. The beach was only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The price was really good value. We would definitely stay here again.

- Loan (10/5): Brilliant! - Staying at V hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were very helpful and always greeted with a smile. The doorman/guard outside helped with our heavy luggages during check in and check out. The room was stunning and it was so clean. The only issue we had was some very small stains on the sheets, but that didn’t really bother us too much and the early housekeepings, but that wasn’t on a daily basis either. Our room had a balcony towards the ocean and you could absolutely hear the party noises from the Skylight bar nearby and other bars on the streets, so if you are a light sleeper, make sure your room is on the other side of the building. The breakfast was my absolute favorite. It included iconic Vietnamese dishes that changed nearly daily and an egg station! There were also warm noodle soups that changed almost daily. They had fresh fruits and a couple Vietnamese desserts available. And in case none of these were for you, you could also make some toast for yourself. The staff working the breakfast were absolutely brilliant and so lovely. We’re gonna miss this place whole-heartedly. Hello from Finland!

The hotel is located at a central, only 3 mins walk to the Center Square on the main St, and close the most of the minimart, good cafe and restaurants. The night market is just around the corner, few steps away. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling. The Spa is nice too, reasonable price, better than outside

- campfamily50 (4/5): Nice room but check-in was a nightmare - We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

- anausman (8/5): On The Whole Very Good - We stayed at the V hotel in Nha Trang on two occasions from July 12 - 14 and July 21 to July 25 2022. On the whole this hotel is very good. The staff are friendly and responsive and the cleanliness is excellent. The security guard/Doorman is particularly friendly and helpful. I do have a couple of criticisms however, particularly in regards to toilet paper and drinking water. The cleaning staff do not automatically replace these items when they are low. You have to call reception to get them replaced. Having said that the reception staff respond very quickly. Believe me you will only get caught once with the toilet paper. The other minor issue is that they only provide one each of bath gel and shampoo for a room housing 2 people but I am being really nit picking here :-). Generally though a very good hotel and well worth the money

- hendrikez (10/5): Home away from home - It was very nice hotel in Nha Trang. We booked it after reading a lot of positive feedback from the previous customer. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach. V hotel located a street away from the hustle and bustle city. We booked a executive suite sea view which was really spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was variety and tasty dishes. We had a great dinner at hotel’s restaurant which had great selection of foods. We won’t hesitate to recommend this place to stay.

Plus it is located very close to the beach. If we come back to Nha Trang, would definitely book here again.

I guess we were assigned a room on the 16/F but we were then re-assigned due to late check-in. There is construction all around and this place will soon be built out. Be aware. Noise Every time the lift doors or room doors opened they made a chime which was really irritating. The windows are single glazed so the noise from the other rooms and the street were constant 24/7 as the hotel is located at a busy street. Housekeeping I have to ask them to make up the room if I don’t go out at their assigned cleaning time. You don’t get your amenities refilled if you don’t ask. Poor breakfast Limited varieties and the food is not hot at all. Holding my passport Having paid in advance for their room for 4 nights and I was told they would hold my passport as security, otherwise, I have to make a VDN 1,000,000 (~USD 43) deposit. Why would they do that? It’s annoying as I have full-paid their room and there are no “valuables” in their room. The only good thing is the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff in the lobby. I saw a lot of comments under other posts from Vhotel saying that they will escalate the issue to top management, but they never improve.

Både Stuepike og Bellboyen kunne ikke finne den enda jeg sa hvor den lå , så endte med at jeg måtte gå og finne den selv . Lagde en sur stemning på ett ellers fint opphold .

Walking distance (arounf 3-5km) to some touristic places like Cathedral of Christ the King, Long San pagoda, Ponagar Tower, Dam market etc. The front desk are friendly and helpful especially the girl with spectacles. We however encountered little incident where our room was filled with water from the rains. Apparently the water seeping through the walls. The pool is very small and to have a good swim you can't fit more than 2 people. For the price we pay - approximately USD45-48/night, we would say is value for money. Anything more I reckon we can get better hotel.
- bibliosd (10/5): Excellent value for money - 3 of us stayed here for a few days in a deluxe sea view room in October 2019. The room was lovely, spacious has a partition so it felt like two rooms (the main room had a king bed and the other was a double bed) with good amenities and a small unfurnished sea view balcony. The bathroom had a bath, a regular and rain shower with views of Nha Trang with plenty of towels, bathrobes and slippers and toiletries. The hotel was in a excellent location and close to the beach, tourist attractions, shopping area and night life. The hotel has a cute rooftop pool which unfortunately I did not get a chance to use and a roof top bar which was reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive and helpful. For the price this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

- Valquiria (4/5): 3 poor star hotel and far from 4. - My husband and I went to Nha Trang for 22 nights and I choose a new Hotel. But we regreated.Breakfast is too weak for a westerner. It has little choice and is repetitive. The Hotel turns off the air conditioner at 3 am and turns it on again in the morning. It wakes up at dawn full of heat and in the cold morning. Also, the air conditioner is poorly positioned relative to the bed which makes it all prone to catching a cold or worse. The cleanliness is very poor. From day one there was dirt in almost every room. The double room was after all made up of two single beds together, with a small mattress to disguise the junction. We had days with bits of soap because they didn't renew them. Result we changed hotel.
