- Kok Meng (8/5): Comfortable stay and convenient parking - The building is quite new and the room is clean. Check-in via a self-service kiosk, easy and fast. The parking facility at the same building is limited but there are more parking lots at the opposite building underground (a public community building), I was managed to find available parking slot to park my rented car there during my 2 days stay there. There was no staff at the check-in counter. If you need helps, can only look for other guests or the parking attendant, however, the parking attendant do not speak English, you got to use sign/gestures language.

- Yi An (8/5): 值得來住喔😍 - 兩面落地窗真的每天進門都心情好，建議來濟州島先來南部住兩、三天，附近有一些文創小店跟景點、市場跟海景，再回北部住。 要個衣架要了3天，最後客服叫我自己再去地下室找工作人員拿。 因為要自己裝水，同個礦泉水瓶用了一週。 這邏輯怪怪的，感覺是對住越久的人是一種懲罰。

- NIE (10/5): Like it, convenient, clean. - First thing: their check in is electronic, really convenient at any time of arrival. Everything is clean and convenient, towels were changed daily. We have room with city view, so beautiful. 7/11 at the first floor with really convenient working hours (7:00-00:00). Nearby have various of bus stations, from/to airport and to any part of the island. Unfortunately their breakfast was not available during our stay.

There is also the laundry room available. Luggage storage doesn’t operate with luggage tag. You can leave your luggage at the lobby and there are CCTV, however everyone can access to it.

There wasnt ever a staff member at the reception to ask questions. And also not being able to speak korean maybe my own fault, through the speaker in the ceiling there was quite loud talking from i assume staff members but i didnt know what they were saying.

Bed sheets were dirty when i arrived. Despite advertising 24/7 desk support i never saw any one at the front desk for check in. The desk has a number you can call but this is useless if you do not have a korean phone number. the air con was annoying. the room should be cleaned every day.

- Rizzia Ruth (7/5): The hotel is a decent place to stay if you just need a place to sleep and shower. They also have limited parking spaces. - 1) It is close to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market—it only takes a few minutes to reach the market on foot. 2) There’s a convenience store on the first level and water refill. 1) My air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I tried to lower the temperature, but the lowest it could go was 25°C. The outlet that the air conditioner was connected to was also making noise. I ended up not using the equipment during my stay. 2) There was no one at the reception area to ask for assistance.

- Agnieszka (8/5): Polecam - Lokalizacja jest świetna. Według mnie jest też bardzo łatwo dostać się do hotelu komunikacyjnie. Bardzo czyste pokoje, mniejsze niż się wydaje po zdjęciu, ale to tak typowo w hotelach. Pralnia dostępna całą dobę i bardzo łatwa w obsłudze. Personel raczej rzadko się spotyka, ale jak już się uda to ludzie są bardzo mili. Uwielbiam śniadania, są wspaniałe! Zawsze będę je brać razem z noclegiem. Obsługa dość szybko odpowiada na wszelkie pytania. Będąc pierwszy raz brałam całkiem podstawową opcję pokoju i dostałam pokój na 8 piętrze z bardzo pięknym widokiem. Tym razem dopłaciłam więcej za opcję "city/ocean view", a dostałam pokój na 7 piętrze i gorszy widok. Bardzo zaskakujące takie postepowanie, jednak nie wpływa to na ogólną ocenę holetu z mojej strony, po prostu kolejnym razem nie będę już dopłacać, skoro to niczego nie daje, a wręcz tracę tylko na tym.

- Otgontsetseg (7/5): Good - Near to the ocean Mosquitoes(bit me a lot). Remember that is the South in Island airport is in the North. There is no cleaning only towels. In my staying time my waste still was there. Slippers in the toilet were so dirty.

- Fernando (5/5): - Buena ubicación y un gran desayuno. Lavandería en la planta baja. No hay nadie y cuando intentamos hacer el autocheck hubo un error en la máquina y no nos dejaba. No podíamos contactar con nadie y estuvimos mucho tiempo sin saber que hacer tras llegar cansados. El parking nunca nos dejaron usarlo pese a decir que estaba incluido. El hombre que lo gestionaba siempre nos echaba de malas maneras y nos enviaba a un parking de pago (no hay aparcamiento en la calle). De todos los días, no conseguimos que nos dejase aparcar pese a haber sitio y enseñarle que lo teníamos incluido... Habitaciones pequeñas y ascensor muy demandado. Las habitaciones eran bastante pequeñas
- Héloïse (8/5): - La localisation de l'hôtel est très centrale et près du marché pour se restaurer. La chambre offrait une superbe vue sur la ville et était très propre et calme. Il faisait au moins 30 degrés en permanence dans l'hôtel même avec une vingtaine de degrés seulement en extérieur et en logeant au 9eme étage. Je devais dormir avec la climatisation en permanence.... Il s'agit d'un hôtel avec un self check in et check out sans aucun interlocuteur possible... Je me suis trouvée avec un trop perçu au Lavomatic et j'ai mis 3 semaines à avoir une intervention de Booking car je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de l'établissement à mes messages ! Je me suis aussi trouvée bloquée au check out avec un rejet de la clé de ma chambre et un bus pour l'aéroport dans les 15min... J'ai envoyé un message à l'hôtel pour être sûre qu'ils trouvent bien ma clé, sans aucune réponse derrière et l'appréhension d'avoir une pénalité.
