I had stayed here before, previously I had no issue but this time seriously the room was in dust and I able to see Spyder web at the light on table, bathroom and also at bed frame. The heater was spoiled and when I informed the staff,she just said no other room available and no technician available and just ignore my text when I ask for any other solution.

Nice environtment, near to facilitiea like aeon, lotus and a lot of halal restaurant. I think need to close toilet like partition, because the smell until to bedroom. Toilet must put some curtain at window, because, people outside the hotel will seeing your shadow body shape..

To my surprise the glass door to the toilet was broken which obviously affects the room temperature and they only covered it with toilet curtain. In my past experience with this hotel, all my toilet doors were properly installed so i guessed this room was broken. I hope they can take proper action on this because i will definitely come again to this hotel for a stay and of course i dont expect to experience this again. Overall the hotel is good

- Intan (9/5): Superb - One thing I really like about this hotel is the bed. The bed is so soft, comfortable, and very cozy. I made a request for a nice room, and the staff took note of it. The check-in process was easy, no need to deal with the counter, especially since I arrived late and was tired. It's perfect for couples, but for families with children, it might be better to book a larger room There is no lift, which makes it a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage and need to climb the stairs. The bathroom is a bit small, and the floor is somewhat sticky.

- Azam (5/5): Not recommended even when no choice. Just sleep in your car.Dont waste your money. - Easy parking although dont feel safe outside in the secluded outskirt of ipoh. Easy self check in. Quite secure inside (3 layer of passcode entrance ) Tiny room although was told the room i booked are considered the bigger one. Nothing interesting in proximity. Surrounded by abandoned shop lots. Bad ventilation cause weird smell (not sure due to cheap paint or cleaning product) to be trapped & circulate . Those with respiratory issue might get problem. Even stairway to room are narrow. Set the a/c to lowest temp but dont think working cuz still like a sauna inside. Not sure if rates of hotel are normal like this in ipoh cause i rarely here but think for this small room expensive (i booked weekday. ) Luckily someone I know live nearby so I decided only to use this hotel room to shower & shit when i arrived then i left.
