Sindy Serrano (9/5): - La ubicacion es muy buena esta cerca del río donde se puede hacer paseo en los botes de bamboo, esta a 15min en didi de la ciudad, esta en medio de las montañas lo que lo hace un lugar demasiado tranquilo para descansar y alejarse del ruido de la ciudad, ademas del staff muy amable La cama fue demasiado incomoda para dormir, pero la ubicacion y lo hermoso del lugar, una casa trandicional en medio de las montañas lo compensaban

Ziggy (9/5): Lovely stay in a peaceful small town. Beautiful, comfortable room with excellent outdoor areas and views. - Stunning scenery, great room and price. Quiet and peaceful, felt like a getaway. Not much surrounding the area, so travel towards Yangshuo is needed for activities, but still interesting to see real rural life.

Sandra (10/5): - Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr ruhig und abseits vom touristischen Trubel, aber in Gehentfernung zum Yulong. Auch sonst ist alles einfach zu erreichen. Einer der Fahrradverleihe der Umgebung hat uns vom Hotel abgeholt, die Räder könnten wir abends einfach im Hotel lassen. Guter Service! Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Badezimmer sind angenehm groß. Highlight für uns war die gemütliche Terrasse vor den Zimmern, wo man sich wunderbar aufhalten und bereitgestellten Tee jederzeit zubereiten konnte. Alle war gut. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage.

Jacek (9/5): - The house is located in Yulong village, which is perfect for those who appreciate peace and quiet. While you need to travel a bit to reach some of the main attractions, the advantage is that there are almost no tourists around. It allows you to experience a little of authentic Chinese rural life. We enjoyed very comfortable, huge bed with fantastic electric blankets that keep you pleasantly warm during cold nights. The host is responsive and very kind.

The property is a beautiful, traditional home, exactly as pictured on the booking listing, with extras like a ping-pong table. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and simple. It’s the perfect base for exploring Yangshuo, especially the riverside paths.
Erika (10/5): Loved it here and would 10/10 recommend! - Charming, cozy and memorable! We loved the heated quilts on the beds, the fire pit in the evenings, and the serenity of the surroundings. A perfect getaway, even with young children in tow. Lots of things to keep the kiddos occupied. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Simon (8/5): Very good - This is a really authentic place, an old family compound, in a local town away from touristy Yangshuo. At first we thought it might be TOO far away from everything, but they gave us free bikes to ride around the area on and just down the road at the bridge were some lovely restaurants and one of the best views up and down the river! It all feels very authentic. Tip: to go south down the riverside for the day on the bikes, you can cross the bridge, turn left and find a river edge path on the far side for 20 minutes or so... further down, you cross a bridge to switch back sides and carry on all the way. Stunning river area. really beautiful. (We tried to stay on the hotel's side at first, using maps and so on to find our way but we hit dead ends amongst the rice fields and also had to use roads for a while. Not terrible, but far nicer on the bike paths, that we discovered on the way back). There is also a modern, safely set up via ferrata climb that is worth doing, near there, that the hotel put us in touch with. amazing views. (its not that long so you can ask to go a second time right away, which was actually nice as you can be less scared the second time).

Ser (9/5): An enjoyable, value for money stay for the ancient house experience - A quaint, ancient style villa (a few houses connected together) run by the sisters. Right next to a gorgeous mountain, We stayed in their 3-beds room that could fit 6 people. Value for money. The sisters were hospitable and welcoming. Breakfast was local food (guilin noodles, yau char kwai, porridge). While the location is further from town, it was nearer to tourist attractions such as bamboo rafting, moon hill, cable car. Toilet smelled, please look into it. China toilets have small piping so its a good idea to dump the tissues in the waste paper basket.

Timothé (10/5): superb guesthouse, delightful staff and incredible value for money - Amazing atmosphere, family feeling, hosts are so friendly and helpful! room is clean, breakfast is included (Guilin style rice noodles and/or waffles and fruits) and you can also have dinner there (bbq was great). the place is so pretty, chinese old style house, ideally located close to Yu Long bridge (walking distance) and surrounded by mountains (great view from the room) - a little far off from the city center though (you will need to drive there or get a cab). had the most amazing time with my friends, will definitely stay here if I visit Yangshuo again!
