The manager called a few days before to schedule the arrival time; the check-in was very easy. It's easy to walk to the historic center of Bari, about half an hour by walking. Everything was fine.

Okna přímo na koleje vlaku, ale hluk není tak hrozný V pokoji číslo 2 byla rozbitá jedna postel - zlomená noha u postele slepená izolepou. Dalo se vyspat, ale nesměla jsem se moc hýbat. Chtělo by to lepší řešení…

No es pot fer el check in fins les tres i com que vam arribar abans vam haver de llogar una consigna. Al fer el check out vam haver de fer el mateix. A part de la molèstia d'anar amunt i avall amb les maletes, vam pagar 20€ més per aquest motiu.. El bany necessita uns renovació.

- Wojciech (7/5): - Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Dość dobra lokalizacja - z walizką to około 10 minut od dworca głównego. Do starego miasta idzie się z buta jakieś 20-kilka minut, w końcu Bari to spore miasto. Ogólnie lokal w porządku, choć czasy świetności ma już ewidentnie za sobą. Nie mam nic do zarzucenia obsłudze, czystości, jest to wygodne miejsce na krótki pobyt. Bardziej wymagający klient może jednak mieć pewne wątpliwości wobec dość wiekowego wyposażenia (okropne, pordzewiałe grzejniki) i klaustrofobicznych łazienek, gdzie trudno się obrócić czy przebrać. Standard raczej lat 90 niż współczesne; myślę jednak że w tej cenie i lokalizacji to uczciwa propozycja za nieduże pieniądze. Niczego nie brakowało. Wystrój był uroczy, ale trochę wysłużony. Parę nieprzemyślanych rozwiązań typu - szafka zbyt niosko nad zlewem, więc trudno umyć naczynia nie uderzając w nią głową:) O łazience napisałem wyżej, na plus, że są rozdzielone (kibelek i prysznic). Przy pobycie w 4 osoby trochę nie wiadomo, gdzie rozwieszać ręczniki - w mieszkaniu zbiera się wilgoć - i choć jest obiektywnie dość duże to przestrzeń nie jest wykorzystana do końca optymalnie.

La ubicación es muy buena a 5 minutos de la estación de bus y a 9 de bari centrale y a 28 minutos del casco historico. El apartamento está bien equipado y las ventanas aislan bien el frio y el sonido No pongo pegas, relación calidad precio Bien!

Dodatkowo byl do dyspozycji grzejnik elektryczny i dodatkowe kołdry ( luty 2026) W pokoju jest lodówka, czajnik i kapsułki kawy. Można odpłatnie skorzystać z zasobów mini barku (napoje, wino). 3.Personel szybko reaguje na prośby i potrzeby Gości 1.W jednym z pokoi, w których mieszkaliśmy łazienka była mało komfortowa , ale wynika to z architektury budynku. W drugim pokoju lazienka była wygodna. 2 Akustyka budynku- zwłaszcza łazienek. 3. Znajdująca się w jedym z pokoi lodówka pracowała naprawdę głośno.

- Cassandre (10/5): Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! - C'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix, les lits sont confortables, il y a deux portes fenêtres pour atténuer le bruit de la route, tout est propre et on s'est fait accueillir par de vraies personnes, ce qui est un luxe aujourd'hui ! On peut même laisser nos bagages dans la réception même si je vous conseille de les récupérer suffisamment en avance si vous prenez un train ou avion ensuite. Nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants mais heureusement, ils ont fini par se taire tard dans la soirée. Il n'y a qu'une personne du personnel qui ne répondait à aucun de mes messages WhatsApp, ce qui n'était pas rassurant. Le reste du personnel est très gentil et réactif !

The TV wasn't working properly. The photos of the property are misleading as there are showing some tables from a dining room, despite that breakfast is NOT included.

- nikosdrm (8/5): - Καλό και καθαρό το δωμάτιο, όμως η είσοδος στο κτίριο και όλο το κλιμακοστάσιο σε απογοητεύουν και σου δίνουν την εντύπωση πως μπαίνεις σε ένα τριτοκοσμικό κτίριο. Ήταν σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο, οκτακόσια μέτρα από τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και από τον κεντρικό εμπορικό δρόμο τους Via Sparano da Bari. Το ζεστό νερό αργούσε πολύ να έρθει και έπρεπε να τρέχει πολύ ώρα για να ζεσταθεί. Μάλλον ερχόταν από ηλιακό που ήταν στην ταράτσα. Το βράδυ με το ζόρι ήρθε λίγο χλιαρό νερό και σε δυο τρία λεπτά πάγωσε και ξεπλύθηκα με παγωμένο νερό. Η μόνωση ήταν υποτυπώδης και ακούγαμε ομιλίες από το διπλανό δωμάτιο σαν να ήταν στο δικό μας.

Due camere da letto abbastanza grandi con unico bagno. Staff gentilissimo e accogliente. Letti comodi. A circa 15-20 minuti dal centro. Piuttosto rumoroso a causa dell'autoclave dell'acqua nel condominio e il frigorifero, non essendoci una porta tra la cucina e la prima porta. Per arrivare alla cucina e al bagno bisogna passare da una delle stanze. Diverse prese elettriche smolle. Il bagno è diviso in due, ma nella zona gabinetto non c'è il lavandino. I rubinetti piuttosto duri.
