- Verified traveler (10/5): - 網路上看到別人評論位置難找。的確如果沒人帶真的找不到，不過老闆主動提前打電話告知大概位置(還詢問需不需要車站接送)，到了之後老闆就出來帶位，抵達飯店輕鬆無問題！飯店內非常乾淨舒適，浴池也夠大兩人泡也很舒服，CP值超高未來一定會再來！

- TsouTengChang (8/5): - 不錯的溫泉民宿，雖然地點有點難找，但附近逛街頗方便。裝潢不錯，溫泉可以，早餐是點好餐隔天放到木箱領取，很特別
- Verified traveler (6/5): 與預期中有落差..小失望 - 優： 1. 早餐好吃(跟早餐店合作，有六種選擇，早上9點會送到民宿)。 2. 電視頻道很多。 3. 隔音不錯。 缺： 1. 隱身民宅之中沒有任何門牌或標示，有地址也找不到，要打給宿主。 2. 宿主貌似一對姊妹，其中一個很假嗨令人不自在(另一個很正常)。 3. 房間很小，宿主說因為你們訂比較便宜的房間(一晚兩千二)。 4. 洗澡水忽冷忽熱，溫泉池僅能容納一人，晚上9~11點溫泉水是溫涼(恭儉讓?)的。 5. 電熱水壺會漏水，一樓供應的冷水和水龍頭的水一樣煮完都有一個鐵鏽味。

- YUN SHAN (10/5): 很棒很舒適的住宿 - 1.民宿店員很親切。 2.走出巷口，附近就有麵包店、超商、便當店，雖然離礁溪公園有一段距離，卻不影響機能。 3.房間內就能泡湯，可以拉開窗簾看風景（雖然外頭沒啥美景）。 4.房間舒適、安靜，有附早餐，但不管飽。

- NI CHEN (10/5): - 櫃台小姐很熱情, 服務好. 地點好, 吃東西&逛街非常方便 房間溫馨、溫泉泡起來很舒服 沒有招牌, 需打電話給櫃檯請小姐幫忙指引. 整體平價好, 推薦~
- S (8/5): - 在小巷子內、也沒有招牌，所以不是很好找，建議到之前先打電話聯繫並確認停車的地方在哪(在附近的停車場)。有附早餐、房間空間頗大的蠻舒適，但廁所芳香劑的味道我個人不太喜歡> < 然後洗澡都是溫泉水，但因為沒有甚麼味道所以我分辨不出來是不是溫泉水XDD
- Meng Ruey (4/5): Avoid If You Could - The location is very difficult to find, they don't even have a sign board, the service of the lady boss is not friendly, the breakfast service only at 9am(you can only eat in your room as they don't have even a small simple dining table in the tiny place). The breakfast is collaboration with other Cafe, which makes you need to decide what to eat the night before and if you want to eat earlier, you need to 'report' to the lady boss what time you want to eat and you need to walk for more than 5 minutes(after I search in Google map, it is 8mins, the lady boss didn't tell the truth, and I decided not to eat the stupid arranged breakfast) to other places, it is really worse than a hostel ; in hostel, at least I can decide what to eat depending on what is available and no need to report what time I will eat and no need to walk out from the comfortable hostel. with the price and misleading rate on hotels.com, I would expect better service. This is the first time i spent money on a hotel and I hate to go back to the hotel after out from dinner(I don't want to see the lady boss again) . If not because I already paid and only for a night, I'll definitely ask for refund or just walk away.
