Bad smell in room & bathroom. Too much price for poor quality rooms. Not at all recommended unless rooms are refurbished.

In simple nothing close to what was shown on the website. if truth was shown on the website would not have even booked this place

Shaji (1/5): Really a nightmare. It’s in fact a mistake from my part that room is booked without seeing reviews. - Not even a single aspect about the room is worth for positive comment. Attitude of the staff is also hopeless. Room and toilet were too ugly and TV was not in working condition. Amount spent for all these mess ups is Rs.1850/-

Sidharth (1/5): Worst experience ever especially with staff - The overall hotel environment was bad. The staff and the manager were so bad and behaved in a very worse way to us. The hotel is not even a couple friendly hotel. The staff were looking crooked and had a weird way while looking at us they were really trying to mock us for being a couple and we're behaving in the sense as if we were doing something wrong there. Even while asking for an extra blanket the staff really misbehaved with one of my female friends and we're asking too many unnecessary or unwanted questions. Don't even recommend the hotel to anyone, there are so far better hotels with better and well behaved staff out there for better prices . It's a very bad hotel and the worst hotel i have ever been to.

Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth paying above 500 Rs. - While checking the room comfort thru expedia, it has been clearly mentioned it's Air conditioned executive double rooms for Rs. 1059 inclusive of all taxes. But hotel Receptionist and the owner not accepting the facts and they were only ready to provide non ac rooms with this amount. Herculean task about convincing them. Ask to pay rest amount while check out i.e., 1400 Rs. Extremely poor quality facilities and services. One thing is , its very close to Thirunakkara temple and having better car parking spaces. Will recommend to any families. Please look for some better options.
