- Chi Ho (10/5): - 酒店則面就是地鐵烏丸五条站，但從京都JR車站步行十至十二分鐘也可以。 因為酒店位於主幹道(烏丸通)旁，入夜後至晚上十一點多前在房間內常聽到救護車/消防車響號。 房間燈光比較少，其他一切正常滿意。 二樓的自助飲料機由上午到晚上十時免費無限供應，十分讚賞👍。

- NAOKI (10/5): - 初めて泊まりました。 京都駅から歩ける。近くに東本願寺があるだけだから、ホテルは付近にたくさんあっても、四条や三条に比べて人がいないから落ち着く。 外国人観光客はホテルの朝食を食べる人は少ないから、落ち着いて食事できる。 種類は少ないが、漬物やおばんざいを楽しめる。 部屋は極めて合理的に改装されていて、使いやすい。 これまで世界中のホテルに泊まってきた。また、二週間に一度はホテルに泊まる。特に京都はよく来る。その中でも、無駄を省いた最も使いやすいホテルであることは間違いない。 七月もここを予約するつもりだ。

- Verified traveler (8/5): また利用したいホテルです。 - 滞在者用のドリンクバーが22時まで利用できました。通常部屋にペットボトル、インスタントコーヒーなどがある場合が多いですが、こちらの方が飲みたいものを利用できるので、良かったです。コーヒーもドリップなので美味しかった。 朝食も美味しかったです。 京都散策しようと思ってましたが、突然の雨。ビニール傘も貸していただき、本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました！ アクセスも良く、また利用したいです。

So if you have someone with a handicap or wheelchair it is difficult and takes a long time especially during peak hours and check in/out times. Lastly, the closest smoking section is about 3 blocks away, so that was a big inconvenience.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 値段相応 - 壁紙がとにかく汚いです。 埃っぽく、薄暗いので清掃しているのでしょうが、清潔感が損なわれているように感じます。 出張の為1人で5泊しました。駅に近い為値段相応ですね。寝るだけなら十分です。 アメニティが少ないです。部屋にはタオルとシャンコンボディソとハンドソープのみ コップはありますが歯ブラシやお茶は2階まで取りに行く必要があります。 朝食が1000円は高すぎますね。カフェ行った方がマシです。 くつろぎたい方の旅行にはオススメしません。学生やビジネスにはいいでしょう。

- Tomoko (6/5): - 3日に1回だけの清掃というホテルで、それ以外はフェイスタオル、バスタオル、バスマットの新しいものをドアの外にかけておいてくれるシステムでした。その間はホテルスタッフが部屋に入ることがなかったので気楽でよかったという面もありよかったです。鍵やカードキーではなく、暗証番号だったのもよかったです

The room was nothing special, seemed kind of standard for Japan. However, we had hoped for a little bit more modern facilities in our room and for the level of cleanliness of especially the bedding to be better. Staff was nice

- Verified traveler (8/5): bathroom hard to get into - Hotel was good, great location next to station, staff were excellent. The room I had bathroom was awkward impossible to get in and out of bathroom without twisting legs and knees. I stayed in hotels of all levels all over Japan. I never had any had a design like this. The size of bathroom small, that did not matter and can be normal in Japan. It was the toilet on an angle in front of the door open and make it impossible to get into the bathroom. I stayed in placew where bathroom is same size and smaller but they all be able to get in easily. Annoying thing is I was there 10 nights so make it super hard. I booked 2 moths out and paid double price, it not worth double price. At normal price it a good place.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Trangt men greit - Jeg bestilte rom med benk og trodde det var et godt valg. Rommet var lite fra før og benken tok opp dyrebar plass i rommet noe som gjør at du har knapt plass til bagasje og gå areal. Badet er lite og trangt på grunn av utformingen. Den største utfordringen er at hotellet har kun en heis. Denne heisen brukes av alle. Det vil si at du må på beregne deg lang ventetid på å komme deg både opp og ned i bygningen.

Staff was excellent.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Ótimo hotel: atendimento e café da manhã muito bom - Ótima estadia por um bom preço com um café da manhã bom. O Hotel fica super bem localizado, a estação do metrô é quase na entrada do hotel, atendimento ótimo e confortável.
- YU-MIEN (10/5): 地理位置佳 - 地鐵五条站就在旁邊，離京都車站也一站而已，交通方便，附近也有7-11。麥當勞、彌生軒走路5分鐘到。早餐是自助式的，有日式和西式，豐富好吃。每天早上都吃很飽。房間蠻大的，我住有bench房型，兩個行李箱全開沒問題。唯一缺點就是廁所偏小，小到連馬桶都是斜的。總結還是很推薦這間，下次來還考慮住這裡。

All the staff were are very nice and helpful. Coin laundry is on same floor as the reception so it was a little awkward to have to walk past the front desk each time. There is also only elevator so it's a bit inconvenient to use. But overall, it was a pretty nice hotel.
