• Dany (9/5): SUPER - L accueil - L emplacement - le parking prive - propriétée sécurisée dans un joli cadre verdoyant - la propriétaire dispo de suite. Ns avons eu besoin d un épluche légumes et ds les 5mn elle ns en a apporté un. Ce n est pas une critique mais ce serait bien d avoir un peu plus d équipement dans la cuisine et les matelas pour des personnes âgées comme nous un peu plus confortable.
• ff52c32e189a728b591c8b7a23ad229f (4/5): - Goed gelegen (in 30 minuten van verblijf tot centrum Rome) en uitgerust verblijf. Bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat het water niet drinkbaar is! Het _zou_ wel ok zijn om er mee te koken... maar hoe lang moet het gekookt worden? Zeer jammer.

• Helen (8/5): Rome is a fabulous city and this apartment was about 15/20 mins from the centre. - We had a great few days in the apartment. Handy for underground. Emanuel was great , helpful and lived opposite. Pool was a real bonus after a day sight seeing in 31 degrees and scorching heat!

• Debbie (7/5): Nice quiet location near metro station - Spacious, comfortable beds and nice hot showers. Good facilities, washing machine and dishwasher. Nice shared pool. Nice quiet location, 5 minutes walk from Monti Turburtini metro station. (Journey 20 minutes to Termini). The water isn't drinkable, not even if boiled, which means carrying bottles of water from the local shops, 10 minute walk away. The showers needed a good scrub and the drain was blocked. There was a smell of cigarette smoke.

• James (8/5): Wonderful trip to Rome and lovely property with a great swimming pool - Location was fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to the Metro and then 10 minutes into Rome city centre. Coming back to the pool was lovely after a hot day and the property was in a peaceful location. The property was in a gated area with two other properties all owned by people in the same family, this wasn't clear before we arrived. Also, the pool is shared with the families, not that it mattered, but something to be aware of.

• Oskar (10/5): Toppenboende på bra läge. - Mycket uppmärksamma och trevliga ägare. Jättefin lägenhet. Trevlig pool och poolområde. Perfekt läge och nära metron. Lite ruffigt område men mycket bra prisvärda restauranger i området.
• Mariam (7/5): Good - good location, good host We found some discrepancies between the photos and the actual property. The apartment is situated within a complex of five houses and isn't next to the pool as we'd understood. Furthermore, the apartment seems generally older than the images suggested. We also noted a dirty dryer in the bathroom and the shower floors were not clean. There was a problem with the sewage system. Specifically, water was leaking from the shower cabin in one bathroom, and in the second bathroom, the water was getting clogged and wouldn't drain through the trap.

Emmanuella was a fantastic host — she provided us with a digital map of Rome, a subway map, and a list of must-see attractions. She answered all our questions promptly. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. The private outdoor area with trees felt like a peaceful retreat, especially after returning each day from the crowded city center. The metro station was just a 5-minute walk away. Great place to stay! nothing

• Susan (10/5): Wonderful, wonderful place to stay a snippet of Italian life. - The property was wonderful, well equipped,clean, spacious and had a lovely patio area outside. There were six of us however we never felt like we were under each others feet. The air conditioning was a godsend! The pool was nice but busy. We were badly bitten by mosquitoes so nets around the beds would be a big plus but apart from that Casa Santorelli is the best place we have ever stayed at having visited Rome six times now. ☺️

• Ruth (9/5): A good find away from the hub hub of Rome. - Good location in residential area. great to return to after hot, busy days sightseeing in the centre of Rome. Easy to get to on the metro (Linea B) to Monti Tiburtini. We did get a bit lost trying to find the Casa when we first arrived at Monti Tiburtini metro station, and could have done with directions beforehand! But when Manuela told us the way we should have gone, it was straightforward after that. There is also a supermarket a few minutes away with everything you would need. The apartment is clean and spacious and is part of a villa within a small complex. A couple of friendly dogs live upstairs and patter around the grounds watching people come and go. The pool is lovely, though we didn't have time to swim. We caught a bus from Fiumicino airport to Termini station, then metro but Emanuela suggested metro to Tiburtina, then the train direct to the airport - much nicer. Hard pillows! Not to do with the apartment but beware of the metro routinely closing at 9pm/21.00 hours - Mondays to Thursdays, for upgrades. (Check the position). There was supposed to be a replacement bus... there wasn't/we couldn't find it :( So we got stuck, along with a couple hundred others and had to taxi back to the Casa.

• Paul (8/5): Good value stay for a family - A very comfortable property (bottom half of a house), located in suburban Rome, not far from the metro. The pool was a winner for all after a hot day of soghtseeing. Ideal for 2 adults and 3 children aged 7-10. This is suburban Rome, not tourist central.It's a ride on the metro to see the famous Rome sites. It's easy to get the hang of the metro system.

• Noke (10/5): Amazing stay. - The apartment is in an excellent location, couple minutes walk to metro station which give you easy access to Rome and main train lines. Very clean, air conditioning, spacious, 2 bathrooms (which is always great for 4 women) pool was an excellent relief on hot days, great to start early, come back for a little break and then back into Rome for the evening. Little town has supermarket, couple of great eateries that are value for money, makes you realise how expensive Rome can be. Host was amazing, friendly, welcoming, it was my birthday and she had decorated the apartment and surprised me with a cake and bottle of bubbles. Amazing weekend with friends celebrating, I would come back again and I would recommend to anybody, area is very safe even travelling back late at night. I can't write anything negative about this property.
• Jane (9/5): Comfortable and convenient accommodation in a secure setting with an excellent host. - The location was extremely convenient for the metro station and supermarket. The pool was a real bonus before and after sightseeing in the city. Emanuela is an excellent host. She was kind and helpful before, during and at the end of our stay.
