• Birgit (9/5): - Das kleine Hotel mit nur 4 Zimmern fühlt sich sehr schnell wie ein Zuhause an. In der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Küche kann man sich jederzeit bedienen und frühstücken wann man möchte. Andrea hat jede Menge Tipps und hilft den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind alle individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Umgebung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt und die touristischen Hotspots sind relativ gut zu erreichen.

• Erich (10/5): - Perfekte Lage, Trastevere ist ein richtig schöner und zentraler Teil von Rom. Die Hotelzimmer sind super schön und edel designt, hier hat sich der Vermieter richtig viel Mühe gegeben und aus jedem Zimmer ein Schmuckstück gemacht. Andrea war ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Federica (8/5): 3 giorni a Roma - Posizione a due passi dal cuore di Trastevere, comodamente raggiungibile a pochi minuti a piedi. Ben collegata con i mezzi (tram) alla stazione di Termini. Andrea, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, fornendoci consigli per l’ingresso alle attrazioni e la disponibilità a lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out fornendoci temporaneamente una copia delle chiavi per essere indipendenti. Camera (Kennedy) spaziosa e con bagno finestrato. Cucina per la prima colazione discretamente fornita e sempre a disposizione durante tutta la giornata. Niente di negativo. Consiglio magari qualche mini taglia in più nel set di cortesia del bagno (bagnoschiuma e shampoo specialmente).

Velhasıl kahvaltı var deniliyor ama yok bunu bilerek rezervasyon yaptırmanızda fayda var onun dışında herhangi bir sorun yok.

• fernando (10/5): Foi uma excelente estadia em ambiente familiar, com um anfitrião, o Andrea muito simpático. - Gostamos muito, espaço muito agradável, muito bem limpo e muito bem situado, com muitos bons restaurantes no mesmo quarteirão a 25mn a pé do centro histórico. O pequeno almoço é self service e a cozinha partilhada com os outros hóspedes está disponível a qualquer hora. Ótima escolha de relação preço /qualidade.Recomendamos! Apenas haver fogão. electrico na cozinha para nos permitir cozinhar ovos estrelados ou mechidos para o pequeno almoço.

Na cozinha há comida e bebida sempre disponíveis, o que é óptimo, mas é em regime de self-service e o espaço é pequeno se estiverem mais hóspedes.

Alles op loopafstand van ongeveer 30 min naar bezienswaardigheden. Wij vonden het helemaal super! Ontvangst was ook heel vriendelijk!

• Luis Gustavo (10/5): - O espaço é um apartamento que pareceser ter sido cuidadosamente reformado para hospedagem, o que o torna extremamente funcional e acolhedor. Logo na entrada, há uma cozinha compartilhada muito bem equipada, com comidas, bebidas e um delicioso café espresso — tudo incluso e à vontade para os hóspedes, o que faz toda a diferença na experiência. O anfitrião, Andrea, é extremamente simpático, atencioso e claramente experiente no que faz — um verdadeiro anfitrião profissional, sempre com dicas sobre o que fazer. Ficamos em uma suíte, e acredito que os quatro quartos disponíveis também sejam suítes, o que garante mais conforto e privacidade. No quarto, havia sempre água e bebidas no frigobar como cortesia. O banheiro é excelente, muito limpo, e a cama extremamente confortável. O ambiente conta ainda com TV e ar-condicionado quente e frio, ambos com ótima potência. A localização é outro ponto forte: fica em Trastevere, em uma rua tranquila — próxima ao movimento, mas silenciosa o suficiente para garantir noites de descanso sem qualquer incômodo.
• Maria (10/5): Un lloc fantàstic per quedar-te a Roma! - Tot! L'habitació és molt àmplia i agradable. El llit enorme, la dutxa també i tot decorat d'una forma molt acollidora. La ubicació és perfecta; està en el barri del Trastevere però no en una zona sorollosa. Pots anar caminant a qualsevol lloc, però també tens els autobusos a prop. El bloc de pisos en què es troba l'allotjament té molt d'encant, ens vam trobar un parell de vegades al veí del primer pis i va ser molt amable amb nosaltres. I per últim, però no menys important, l'Andrea és un fantàstic amfitrió, sempre atent i disposat a atendre les teves necessitats. Potser afegiria alguna cosa de fruita a l'esmorzar! :)

La localisation dans le Trastevere, assurant une tranquillité, mais en même temps un accès facile aux nombreux restaurants et aux moyens de transport. Le confort de la chambre et la qualité de la literie La possibilité d’utiliser la cuisine partagée à toutes heures de la journée En période hivernale, l’isolation des fenêtres, notamment de celle sur laquelle donne la douche, montre ses limites, malgré un niveau de chauffage satisfaisant. Le rapport qualité-prix du petit-déjeuner « self-service ». Le niveau de tarif des chambres, petit-déjeuner inclus, justifierait de proposer un choix de meilleurs produits.

La posizione è ottima, tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposare senza alcun rumore. La camera era molto bella, pulita e curata, con un letto molto comodo, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. • Mila (6/5): - מיקום הדירה מאוד טוב .אולי טיפה רחוק מהמרכז ,אך עדיין במרחק הליכה ,בשכונה יפה וציורית . חדר מסדרים כל יום . מסתבר שזאת דירה בבניין שכל חדר משמש חדר האירוח לזוג ,עם מקלחת ושרותים . יש מטבח משותף קטן מאוד ,ארוחת בוקר לא מוגשת ,יש מקרר קטן עם מצרכים בסיסיים מאוד נקניקים ,גבינה ,יוגורט מתוק ,שניתן להשתמש בהם .יש לחם ,עוגה שלא הוחלפה במשך 4 לילות שהיינו ,קורסון באריזה (לא טרי ) ,קורנפלקס ,ריבה ,שוקולד למריחה ,תה ,קפה . בסיום הארוחה צריך לשטוף כלים . המטבח צפוף ,כשיש 4 אנשים כבר קשה לזוז . השארנו מזוודות ביום הטיסה בפרוזדור ,כשבאנו לקחת ,רצינו היכנס לשרותים -אין ,רק בחדרים ,חדרים נקיים ,מטבח לא כל כך . זה קונספט מיוחד ,צריך להיות מודע לשיטה הזאת ,אנחנו לא ידענו ,הייתה הפתעה לא נעימה . שומעים הכל ,כשמישהו נכנס לדירה ,רעש מחדרים אחרים .

Sprawne zameldowanie "bezosobowe", wcześniej wszelkie formalności załatwione online. Wejście do budynku i pokoju zgodnie z ustaloną godziną przy pomocy aplikacji. Pokój klimatyczny, niewielki, ale wygodny.

• Álex (10/5): Perfecto - Andrea nos trató genial, todo estaba en su sitio y nos hizo sentir como en casa. El último día nos dejó más margen para dejar la habitación ya que teníamos el vuelo tarde y no paraba de llover. Muy recomendable y en una zona inmejorable, justo al lado de restaurantes muy reconocidos del Trastevere.

Blisko do centrum, gdzie są liczne puby i restauracje. Jeżeli ktoś odwiedza Rzym nie tylko dla Watykanu to rzeczywiście super lokalizacja, bo wieczorem ta dzielnica jest bardzo urokliwa i tętniąca życiem. Sztuczne kwiaty w pokoju… Taki ładny apartament, a takie kiczowate kwiaty…

La chambre bien décorée et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Le plus de l’établissement est que l’on se sentait comme chez Soi. Rien tout était parfait

Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel - przygotowuje pyszne cappuccino na śniadanie :) Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, wymiana ręczników w miarę potrzeby, bardzo czysto i przytulnie. W kuchni dostępne produkty do przygotowania śniadania - chleb, masło, ser, szynka, jogurty, mleko, soki, dodatki do kanapek. Ekspres do kawy! A zabytkowa winda w kamienicy tylko dodaje uroku :) Polecam!!

• Simona (9/5): Praticità, comfort e stile. - Stanza "Old England" meravigliosa, sono contenta di averla trovata a un prezzo in promozione. La stanza è enorme e arredata con stile. mi è veramente sembrato di essere in un angolo di Inghilterra. Bagno funzionale e con box doccia gigante. Cabina armadio utilissima. L'area colazione è ben attrezzata e fornita, cosa non frequente in questo genere di situazioni. Interazioni con l'host molto efficaci: mi ha inviato istruzioni chiare e tutto è andato liscio al primo colpo, compresa la gestione della ricevuta (che mi occorre per il rimborso dal datore di lavoro). Molto soddisfatta.

• Isabella (10/5): Excelente! - Amamos tudo só achamos um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos. Então antes de ir tem que ter isso em mente pois anda bastante rs. O proprietário Andrea é extremamente educado e solícito.
• MARIA (10/5): Excelente. - Gostei da organização, recepção calorosa do Bruno, quarto grande, banheiro com toalhas brancas. O quarto tinha tudo que precisamos. Apenas ficar atento ao retornar tarde da noite, pois a praça próxima ao apartamento tem alguns moradores de rua.
• Gayle (9/5): - Andrea is a great host! He welcomed us and helped with the luggage. He was there every morning and available for assistance. Our room was very quiet - rare for Rome - and we slept well. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with excellent water pressure. Andrea provided coffee, tea, and an assortment of breakfast items, as well as juice. We could help ourselves at any time, which was really convenient. Wr would definitely stay here again! The room could do without the slightly dusty artificial flowers.

Agradecidas por la amabilidad de Andrea, siempre dispuesto a ayudar , hasta tuvimos un problema de salud y no dudó en imprimirnos la receta que necesitábamos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo ! Grazie !

• Alejandra Tello (10/5): Espectacular, cómoda y excelente ubicación. - Nos hospedamos en LandLord in Trastevere y fue una experiencia maravillosa. El lugar es muy bonito y está ubicado en uno de los barrios más seguros y encantadores de Roma. Trastevere es una zona llena de vida, con excelentes restaurantes y comida deliciosa a muy buen precio. Además, el barrio es tranquilo y está muy bien conectado: desde allí se puede llegar fácilmente a la estación de tren que conecta con el aeropuerto de Fiumicino, y también hay paradas de transporte público a pocas cuadras para ir a los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Incluso se puede recorrer Roma caminando, ya que todo queda a unos 20 o 30 minutos. Nos alojamos en la suite deluxe, que en persona es aún más hermosa que en las fotos. Nuestro anfitrión, Andrea, fue excepcional: se comunicó con nosotros desde semanas antes de nuestra llegada, siempre atento y amable. Nos preparó un desayuno delicioso, y su cappuccino fue uno de los mejores que probamos en Italia. Sin duda, se nota su dedicación y hospitalidad —estuvo pendiente de nosotros hasta el último minuto. ¡Gracias, Andrea, por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial! Haber estado tan poco tiempo en Roma.

• Michal T (9/5): - Andrea was extremely nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. The kitchen is abailable 24/7. The area is quiet but close to great restaurants. The area is a bit far from the center but still a walking distance. The shower lacked a place to put the soap.
