• vincent (7/5): - Bien situé, petit déjeuner copieux, garde les bagages gratuitement avant l'accès à la chambre et pareil pour le départ. Pas de ménage dans la chambre (surtout vider les poubelles) pendant les 3 nuits passées. Piscine vide (certe octobre).

Además nos ayudaron a contratar actividades y el transporte al aeropuerto.Tuvimos que esperar varias horas después de hacer el check out y estuvimos muy cómodas esperando en el restaurante, incluso nos ofrecieron comida y te. Lo único que pienso que se podría mejorar es que la cama es un poco antigua pero aun así dormir cómodamente

Dangereux pour les enfants avec les carreaux cassés autour de la piscine. Une piscine qui vire au vert par manque d’entretien. Rien à voire avec les photos.

• Murielle (7/5): Good - The staff is really nice and helpful. The location was perfect as we had no car and wanted to hike in the différent valleys. Breakfast was great, big thanks to the lovely kitchen ladies. The garden is nice and the pool was welcome after our hikes. The suroundings are beautiful. I felt sorry the place is a little run down...the pool needs maintenance but it was still really appreciated for the fresh water! One of our two rooms was really hot during the day so we kept doors open to keep temperatures down.. or we stayed in the garden on the deckchairs. Maybe a fan or air conditioning would be a solution . Bathrooms a bit run down as well.
• Recep (1/5): Avoid at all cost, believe me its not worth it for such a beautiful city - Personalet. I usually write positive reviews, but this was unacceptable I normally try to focus on the positive and rarely leave negative reviews. But in this case, I had to make an exception, especially since we ended up having a 5-star experience at another hotel just 15 minutes away, for the same price. We booked 3 nights here but left after only 7 hours. The hotel is in shockingly bad condition. There was black mould everywhere in the shower. The shower was rusty and broken. you couldn’t hang the showerhead, and it barely sprayed. I honestly felt dirtier after using it. The toilet smelled like sewage, and the bed or mattress was broken and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning, the room was not soundproof, and the pool was green, clearly not cleaned for a very long time. I cannot understand how this place has any good reviews. It felt completely neglected and unhygienic. Avoid at all costs. Also, they basically lists everything in facilities, but its not right. June 2025 I just didnt even bother take anything up with the reception - young boys that could possibly not do anything to help us.

• Bérangère (8/5): - Hôtel bien située dans Göreme un peu à l'écart des rues très agitées. Le bâtiment ancien a beaucoup de cachet et a conservé une archit cure typique. La chambre, bien que petite, était très bien décorée avec des lampes en vitrail. Le petit déjeuner était diversifié. Nous avons pu laisser nos vélos dans la cour intérieure la nuit ainsi que le jour de notre départ après le check out, c'était super pour continuer à profiter de la ville.

• Wei (1/5): worst - Dear Loren H. It was not the broken mosquito net. It was the whole Mosquito net screen window of the room was broken. Broken window screens and traces of someone climbing in.So we were not safe to stay there! every thing in there was old and dirty，the bed sheet is not clean，the Baby crib was like garbage. The whole place was dirty, messy and shabby！And entering the room, we felt stuffy and there was a bad smell！There was a dog which is not on a leash and a tilted trash can in the front door！ If it was your parents and your baby have pay €108 for 2 night，you will also thin ＇ When we asked to change to another room, not only did they refuse to do so, but their attitude was extremely bad，and they said it was the only room they can offer!! The hotel staff told us that a refund was possible, but we needed to communicate with booking. They kept saying that there was no booking phone number and they didn't receive the confirmation email for the refund either. The whole thing last for more than 3 hours !! From the turkey time 4:30PM to 8：00 PM! Considering the unsafe and poor hygiene conditions of the room, the mosquito-proof screen window is broken and there are many mosquitoes,thieve can broke in from the window witch is simply uninhabitable, we have to booking another hotel！ And We have a little baby with us. You can emagine how angry and disappointed we were！！We are two elderly and a litte baby who don't have time and energy to deal with tricks of the hotel staff any more! And in the end,the booking staff told us that the hotell refuse to refund!! The whole thing was a disaster！！ everything

• FeFe (8/5): - The hotel is in a good area, very easy to find restaurants, coffee shops etc. The building is kind of old but anyway is comfortable. Early morning you just need to open the window and you will see the balloons. Also they have a little terrace, it is nice to drink coffee and enjoy the view.

Le radiateur est rouillé les rideaux sont hors d'usage. Il y a un coffre inutilisable. La housse d'oreiller été décousue. La couverture plus petite que le lit..... Les tables extérieures ne sont pas vraiment nettoyer. Les caches prises vous restent entre les mains Néanmoins j'ai super bien dormi... Le petit déjeuner est bien. Le personnel très sympa. Donc je suis mitigé propreté 1.5 car le lit été propre les serviettes aussi. 5 pour l'accueil 5 pour le emplacement. Un petit rafraîchissement un peu de nettoyage et de moyen il passera à top

The fly screen of room was torn and the toilet seat did not stay up meaning it would bang against you back when you sat on it. The staff were friendly and the location was good as it was at the end of town and you looked out at the landscape rather than the restaurants and tour offices.

Have arranged extra towels, wine opener, ice, glasses, etc. the location is okay. The room we stayed in was 104. Literally smell like old wood and concentrated water. Leakage in the bathroom, flooded with water. Town bath towel. Small room like hell. Shower was half working, only I can inagine how was I able to take shower for 2 days. I will definitely not return here every again. I am literally pissed after this stay.
• Mami (10/5): - I arrived at the hotel with some health issues and had to take some medicine that needs to be diluted with the water. The receptionist gave me a bottle of water for free (usually 15tl) as he heard that I was sick. The breakfast was pretty decent. The caveat was the bathroom in my room (the former guests did not start the fan so the molds in the bath cabin etc). However I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Cappadocia's signature cave hotel but don't want to break a bank etc
• Livia Maria (10/5): Excelente! - O hotel fica numa localizacao maravilhosa. A equipe é super atenciosa para que tenhamos a melhor estada possível. Café da manhã delicioso. Infraestrutura acolhedora. Pequenos contratempos são resolvidos imediatamente. Adoraria retornar a Goreme e me hospedar no Kufe.
• Kirsten (10/5): Friendly hotel in perfect location - The location was perfect, staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was lovely! The only complaint we had was that the room was a little cold at times but that’s to be expected this time of year! Otherwise everything was perfect

• Migsy (7/5): Comfy & quaint hotel with a nice garden area - Bed was comfortable & the room was quaint & nicely presented. Nice sandstone style flooring. Breakfast was nice, nice selection of jams, Nutella, bread, coffee, tea, cereal, eggs & a variety of Turkish fresh vegetables plus fried Borek rolls & cheeses. Garden has a beautiful view with nothing but scenic views & no buildings. (ROOM 102) I was very disappointed that the shower head holder was broken & that the shower cubicle was very dirty with lots of mould growing around the plastic framing. This really isn't acceptable in a hotel of this calibre. I would have put a 9/10 rating if this wasn't the case. Guests shouldn't have to hold the shower head whilst showering! The hot water gets scolding hot, it's actually quite dangerous. I burnt myself a bit trying to equalise hot/cold together.

• Margarita (5/5): We didn’t feel like coming back to this hotel every evening - This is one of the most budget-friendly hotels in Cappadocia. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby. From our second-floor room, we had a great view of the valley. While the rooms didn’t exactly match the photos, they were close enough, and we were shown them before check-in. There were good hairdryers in every room, and the breakfast was decent and standard, though it lacked butter. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms felt quite inconvenient to me: low door frames, no hooks in the shower, nowhere to hang clothes. Everything seemed old—worn-out bedding, squeaky beds and doors, and a rusty tap. It wasn’t very clean, with a broken toilet brush in the bathroom and only two hangers in the closet—one broken. I think toilet brushes and hangers shouldn’t be expensive, even in Cappadocia. Some of the door frames were under 170 cm! And every day someone in our family bumped their head on them. It was incredibly frustrating! The corridors often smelled of smoke, which I absolutely cannot stand!
• Medine ASLIHAN (10/5): - Ailecek konakladık çok memnun kaldık. Odamız temiz düzenliydi yataklar rahatttı dinlendiğimi hissettim.. Kahvaltı lezzetliydi.. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgileniyorlar memnun kaldık.. Köpek Bulut da otelin maskotu gibiydi..

• Camila (7/5): Good - Our stay was pleasant. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the center and 10 minutes walk from the place to see the balloons at sunrise. The best part of our stay was without a doubt the employee Abdullah, he was amazing with me and my boyfriend, we had the misfortune of being stuck in the hotel for a whole afternoon due to the storm and he was super kind to us, he made us a coffee and talked us about Turkey and made our wasted afternoon at the hotel more enjoyable. • Maria (2/5): - The hotel, has ripped towels, the mattress is very old, furniture needs to be updated, and no AC. The breakfast was very poor, and start after 830 am. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody, you can find hotels in the same area with better price, and better conditions.
