- David (10/5): Great find! - We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms come with a stocked mini-bar with reasonable prices. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the extra money. Finally, the location is only a block away from the metro and then it’s only a few stops to the center of Munich. Very convenient. We will visit again!

- karinsC2129RE (10/5): Great hotel. Perfect for those who want to explore Munich with a smaller budget. - Great hotel. Super friendly staff. We will book again when needed. Clean and very spacious rooms (we had a 4-beds room). Perfect location - Harras - with a short walk (10 mins) and then direct access to the main trains and city trains. Just a couple of minutes to Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof by public transport. Supermarkets, drugstores and several restaurants just a walk away.
- Zeus4749 (2/5): OVERCHARGED! - This hotel charged us $1,500 more per week than others staying at the same time! I tried to find out why, but management never responded to my request. Upon checking their rate a few days before our arrival, this was noticed and I tried to find out why, but got no, answer, which is no way to handle a business. Be careful in booking this hotel!
- kilovolt500 (6/5): 3* hotel with great service staff - Usually I stay at the Holiday Inn at Albert-Rosshaupterstrasse but when I checked the prices at booking.com a few weeks ago the price was too high, and according to booking.com almost no rooms available at all hotels in this area of Munich. Thus I booked Amenity Hotel, which when I checked the prices one day before my arrival was just 14 Euro cheaper per night than the Holiday Inn which definitely is a better hotel with a cozy lobby and bar. When I booked the difference Holiday Inn vs Amenity was 40 Euro/night. Next time I will book nearer to my arrival date. Amenity hotel is a 3* hotel, rooms are nice, clean and quite, with refrigerator, shower in bathtub, beds of good sleeping quality. The location at Passauerstrasse is near to the subway and S-Bahn station Harras, grocery stores, bakery, cleaner, restaurants are nearby. There is a garage, 16 euros by day, I didn’t like it because of the design and narrow parking slots. The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. At breakfast there is a variety of food, Muesli, cheese, sausages, fruits, tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc. The reception closes at 21:30, do not forget to take the room key with you if you intend to return after this time to the hotel.

- Diana (10/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten sind außerhalb des Hotels schwierig, da Wohnviertel mit Parkscheinen. Verkehrstechnisch liegt das Hotel genial, mit dem Auto kommt man schnell auf den Ring.

The rooms are not too big but they're clean and they have all comforts. The staff is nice and ready to answer to all your needs. Few meters apart, you can find the local underground-stop.
- linWisconsinDells (2/5): Complete scam - This hotel is a complete scam, do not book here. They only offer a 30% refund for canceling more than 7 days prior to your arrival (which they claim is goodwill considering you only can get a 10% refund if you book through booking.com). I mean really? Not only do they get to keep 70% they get to rebook the room and make that profit as well. A scam.
- Pnyorker (8/5): Nice - We enjoyed our stay. Staffs are very helpful. Although it’s not a 24hr business like the front desk and elevator, access is easy and homey. I just wish elevator works round the clock especially if your room is in the fourth floor.

- B5938MNricardom (8/5): Great Economic Hotel - This hotel is a great economic option in Munich. First be clear that is simple hotel, I not expected too much, but it was much better than expected. Nice and quite room, with refrigetator. There is a garage, 14 euros by day, in case you are with car, but there is a subway station around 5 mins walking distance, where you can mover around and go to downtown. The service was very nice, with a welcome candy, water and good humor from reception. - U958CKanneh (10/5): Great value, location, comfort,staff - We loved this hotel so much we extended our stay another 4 nights. Perfect base to do day trips in Bavaria. The price was very good, the staff friendly & helpful very easy walk to S7 or U6 into Munich Hbf or Munich old town 5_ 10 minutes at most there is a market next door and laundromat across rd, also a nice brauhouse/restaurant within 10 min walk. Breakfast was good value @10euro and selection was great Room was very clean and comfortable we had room 47 on 4th floor overlooking street, was not overly noisy at all. There is also a small courtyard out front to sit and gave coffee or a beer. Best decision to extend our stay, bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure. Deserves more than 3 star rating Harras we found was a safe, quiet location and very close to Munich central
- bj986 (8/5): Nice room, price was good - room was good, bathroom was nice and clean. reception didn't care to be very welcoming.Seemed he was welcoming to the German speaking tourists. they advertised parking rate as one sum, but when we arrived they told us a completely other price as we had a bigger car. The first price was for "small cars". We ended up parking on the street as it was free for the night. Location is good, a few stops from central Munich.

- thorstensee (8/5): Easy and simple, great value for money - We stayed in two 3 bed rooms and found the hotel to be very conveniently located, a few minutes walk from Harras station. Staff at reception was super friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were renovated in 2018 and looked great. The only downside was construction noise in the morning due to renovations on the 3rd floor. Overall we felt this was very good value for money.

- Alison (8/5): Clean & basic, nice staff - Nice , clean hotel with parking available in front of ,the hotel at night for free, or €9 in the car park. Small , but adequate rooms, nice and fresh , great remodeled bathrooms .. our Queen bed was just 2 singles side by side, would be better if there was at least a queen sheet ! One chair & table , no microwave, no kettle - teally think a kettle with basic tea & coffee should be provided. ! In a safe , residential area , not too far from the city . Didn’t have the breakfast . Staff very pleasant .

- PntSnt (6/5): Location above all? - Real average hotel. On the good side we have: friendly staff and really helpfull, daily housecleaning, great location. You can reach everything in Munich from there. Now with the bad: no 24 hour reception and they shut down the elevator when they leave (try not to book a very early or late flight), cleaning could / should be better, good soundproofing from outside but none from the inside.
- BarbaraSodja (10/5): Nice clean hotel - We booked 2 nights. The staff on the reception very kind. Our room was looking on the park. Hotel is very easy to find. You have also free parking. We had our bicycles with us. It is 10-15 minutes to Centre by bike.
- sniperadi7 (8/5): VERY GOOD - Staff very friendly, clean room with mini fridge, clean bathroom, reception and lift out of order at night. Not ideal location, but next door is a grocery shop and metro stop Harras U6 is 7-8 min away. Parking: free on the street, also a paid garage available. You get a sweet traditional treat (gingerbread) :))
- aljosa_graovac (10/5): Very good for the money. - Clean room and toilete. Good location. Close to U-ban. Great staff. We had a big car and it couldnt go in hotels garage the staff gave us great alternative parking places (free parking places around the hotel). Would visit again.
- KaSa_Woods (6/5): Good value for money - This wasn’t our favorite budget hotel but we got the room for a very good rate and the rooms and facilities were reasonable for that price. The location is not super central to the city but Munich has great public transportation, so it was still easy enough to get to the city center from the hotel.

- Freddy (6/5): Rezeption - Morgens um 7.00 Uhr war es keinem dort anwesendem Personal möglich ein Taxi für uns zu rufen. Die anwesenden Mitarbeiter sagten, sie dürfen dies nicht und hätten dazu keine Befugnis. Wir haben uns dann selber um ein Taxi gekümmert und die Zentrale in München angerufen.
