• Golino (8/5): - La struttura è vicinissima al mare, la fermata dell autobus è proprio sotto casa quindi si può raggiungere comodamente anche il centro. La mancanza di ventole o condizionatore obbliga a tenere le finestre aperte durante la notte ma la strada è molto rumorosa .

• Lorena (4/5): Incómodo y poco práctico - -Ubicación. -Venía equipado con productos básicos como gel, champú, jabón de platos, especias, bolsas de basura, papel de aluminio, aceite, sal, vinagre... -Colchon cómodo. -El apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción. En verano es insoportable estar ahí, te asfixias cocinando, en el salón, en la habitación... Por las mañanas te levantas empapado en sudor. -Es un 6° piso sin ascensor. -La almohada es muy incómoda, nos levantábamos con dolor de cuello y espalda. -El piso está viejo y necesita reforma en ventanas y puertas. -El agua sale hirviendo y te quemas al ducharte.
• Helena Miranda Pedro (7/5): Apenas bom. - Cama e sofás muito confortáveis. Água com boa pressão e quente. Perto dos transportes. Aspecto antigo, a precisar de reparação. Portas não fechavam, janelas com pintura degradada. Ventoinha disponível mas demasiado pequena para o calor que se faz sentir no apartamento no verão.
• Iryna (1/5): - Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Lage – nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Leider enden hier auch schon die Vorteile. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock direkt unter dem Dach – eine wahre Hitzekammer. Statt einer Klimaanlage gibt es nur einen winzigen Ventilator im Schlafzimmer, der kaum Abhilfe schafft. Zudem ist er extrem laut, sodass man kaum schlafen kann. Am Morgen fühlt man sich völlig erschöpft, weil man einfach nicht zur Ruhe kam. Ein weiteres großes Problem ist der ständige unangenehme Geruch in der Wohnung, der selbst durch langes Lüften nicht verschwindet. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe: Die Tür lässt sich überhaupt nicht schließen, da sie verzogen ist. Auch die Balkontüren waren verzogen und ließen sich nur schwer öffnen. Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht verbracht – das war mehr als genug. Hitze, Gestank und der laute Ventilator haben jede Erholung unmöglich gemacht. Diese Unterkunft ist den Preis auf keinen Fall wert. Ich kann sie absolut nicht empfehlen

• Susan (8/5): I would stay here again and recommend it with a caveat about all the stairs. - Great proximity to the beach. Full apartment with a small kitchen, dining table, living room, and bedroom. On the 6th floor with no elevator.
