Phone calls late at night waking us up . • Gary (9/5): A very comfortable over night stay. Will be back. - Rooms had very comfortable seating, very thoughtful as many hotels provide no decent seating for the occupants. They appear to have water softener s, as shower was delightfully refreshing. Kitchen wasn’t open, and we were only told when we showed up for breakfast. Our inquiry about breakfast the evening check-in , told us dining opened at 7. The desk should have known. Not a deal breaker as there were 3 good breakfast places within a block.

• Aaron (10/5): Great customer service - It was super easy and fair to book online thru the app, which i was happy about but it was when I arrived to the hotel that was the best experience because everything was super easy to check in. Pearl the concierge was very helpful in checking in and explained everything to accommodate my stay. She made feel extremely welcome and was very helpful. I couldn't be happier. The stay was the most relaxing stay I've had in Prince George in a long time. Keep up the awesome work and a great positive observation on Pearls customer service.

Be careful outside as there are lots of transient people but there is underground parking so peace of mind. Talked to an RCMP officer outside and just warned us about the weekend be aware and careful if outside in that downtown area. Overall a great comfortable stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I had requested a handicap accessible room when I booked online, however it seems there was a delay in that message going through. It was acknowledged after we had checked out. We were in 329. It would have been easier for my Mom had we been located closer to the elevator.

• Rosie (6/5): - The front staff did not inform me of the parking charge and at check out said the price was $5.00 and that was fine but they charged my credit card 20 for incidentals (pre-auth) and then $10 for parking No consistency and an argument from front staff that they only charged me $5. I provided proof. She said she would notify manager via email And then said she would text them when I asked to be CC’ed. Other than that I enjoyed the room and amenities.
• Kirsten (10/5): - Very good check-in experience. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Bathroom is large and well-appointed. I had a very pleasant one-night stay!
• Lisa (4/5): - The overall hotel is fine - their entry lacks proper signage as there is an advert for rental space and the only sign for guest check in is under the loading zone sign - annoying!

• Johannes (10/5): - Great location one of those places you do not expect much, and surprises you for the good. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom and bright light in rooms. Area in downtown Prince George is like most of Canadian cities since the liberals have legalized drugs.

• Martin (7/5): Do not park your car behind the hotel mine got broken into staying there for one night - Comfortable rooms and great location Parking at the back is not safe my car got broken into overnight even though the Front Desk said it is fine to park it behind the hotel as there are security cameras and it is safe
