And there were no other amenities like self laundry services or space to sit in other than the tiny room. • Heejung (1/5): 가성비 최악+기차소음 위치만 좋음 - 위치가 편하고 좋다 - 아기침대 가드설치가 가능하다고 사전에 안내받음. 저녁에 들어와서 신청하니 하우스키핑이 퇴근했다며 설치불가 안내(여섯시-일곱시쯤으로 늦은 시간이 아니었음) - 프런트 전화 연결도 계속 안되어서 추가로 수건과 물을 요청하려면 상담사 연결 기다리는것마냥 몇번씩 전화하고 기다려야함. 도대체 프런트에 직원을 두긴 하는건지? 인건비를 너무 아낀 느낌 +일단 전화연결되어서 요청사항 말하면 정적이 몇초씩 흐름 서비스가 결코 좋지 않음 - 좁은 방과 시끄러운 지하철+기차소리로 잠을 못잠 - 비누조차 없는 방 - 주차하려면 돈을 내야 하는 어이없는 시스템 - 그렇다고 방이 깨끗하고 좋으냐 하면 절대 그렇지도 않고 비치된 브로셔엔 의문의 음료 자국이 있으며 물때도 그대로. -> 전반적으로 페어필드 이름에 비해 모든게 불만족스럽고 돈아까워서 절대 다시 방문 안할거고 모두에게 비추할것. 특히 이른 저녁시간에도 하우스 키핑이 퇴근했다며 직접 손님을 오가게 하는 듣도보도 못한 서비스가 정말 어이가 없었다.

Even if mine was a single room, the space was carefully designed to offer the best experience. Though I queued to check in, personnel were fast about it. Right opposite the limousine bus stop for the airport. Nothing concerning the hotel itself. The restaurant has basic dishes and is overpriced based on Korean standards.

• Bernice (7/5): Good location and comfortable, questionable cleanliness - The check-in/out process was fairly quick and easy. Location is good as well. The rooms had decent spacing and bedding was comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was questionable, there were a couple finger nail clippings on the sofa. The housekeeping staff also did not provide enough towels for one night, and the shower corners had some grime.
• Revell (10/5): Book it! You won't be sorry! - The hotel exceeded my desires. I had a nice comfy bed, plenty of room to stretch out and place my luggage, and excellent Wi-Fi. A great experience overall. The morning buffet was on point and gave you plenty of time to wake up, prepare and go to breakfast. It was easy to reach a taxi on Uber and be returned back to the hotel. The only ding I noted was that it was not close to the underground. It didn't matter since I was using cabs to get around. I'm adding it my list of hotels to rebook when I return. Bonus points for the laundry service and courteous room cleaning staff. Nothing to dislike really!

• Asli (3/5): Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. - Nothing ... The hotel staff did not speak English, which made communication extremely difficult throughout our stay. The rooms are small, and the open bathroom design in a twin room is simply impractical and uncomfortable — a very poor choice in terms of layout and privacy. Our room faced the railway tracks, and we were told that all twin rooms have this same view. Unfortunately, the constant noise made it nearly impossible to sleep at night.

• Chelsea (1/5): - I had a very disappointing experience at Fairfield by Marriott Seoul. My friend and I arrived to check in after a long international flight, only to be refused at the front desk due to age restrictions. I am 18 and my friend is 19, however we were told that because we are not related, we could not stay. This policy was not made clear at the time of booking, and as international travellers, we had no way of knowing this requirement in advance. As a result, we were left without accommodation late at night in a foreign country. What was most concerning was the way the situation was handled. Instead of assisting us in finding a suitable alternative, we were told to sleep at a convenience store or McDonald’s. This was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful, especially given that we were tired and unfamiliar with the area. The women at the front desk showed no remorse for our situation. While I understand that hotels may have policies regarding age, the lack of clear communication and the complete absence of support from staff was unacceptable. I would strongly advise other young travellers to be aware of this policy before booking.

There is convenience store nearby and the bus stops are walkable distance. City area with many stores and restaurants nearby. Lively location. The washroom door was a one way option. You can either close the door to shower area or towards the washroom area but not both. Which i felt weird. The washbasin is located outside the washroom so the water splashes out on the room floor or bed. Lucky that there is slide door which i used to block out the bed from getting wet whenever i used the washbasin. There is no bidit and only one trashbin in the washroom. Would be nice to have a bin near the bed area.

To have light in room you had to only have alll lights on at once. Couldn’t have a small night light.

• 1d8a7fa3182272726a55d4d24acd3751 (7/5): 韓国に何度も行っている方や一人旅にはよい場所です - 空港バスも目の前に止まるし駅もすぐそばで交通の便は最高に良いと思います。 また、ロッテ百貨店や地下街もあり買い物も出来て、食事するところもたくさんあります。裏路地には遅くまで営業している食事するところもあります。 トイレが温水洗浄便座ではないことが残念です。あとトイレには扉がありませんが、ベットルームとの間に引き扉があるので閉めれば、夫婦とか家族なら気にならないと思います。 裏に線路が有り音が気になると言われましたがそれ程は気になりませんでした。

• 8b1cb455729d733811fa673f4cc292b5 (5/5): Very average. - The room was a good size, clean and overall facility was clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Was there for 2 weeks and every day would wake up aching and I’m literally 28. The staff English was quite poor. There was no garbage disposal facilities - no rubbish bags provided to the room so discarded rubbish from shopping bags. The ‘buffet’ breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever had - cold, poor variety, underwhelming. The lack of laundry service makes it hard when staying longterm - had to hand wash and hang clothing in the room.
