The first room we had was not clean the sheets had not been changed. There was hair in the shower and tissue in the toilet. They switched our room the next day and it was great . I thought I was getting one bedroom suite but it was an efficiency. My fiancé works and we really need the separate room. But it was cool

• 218valm (8/5): Good hotel for a business trip in the area - The suite room was comfortable, clean and everything worked. The big TV had a swing-around base so it could face either the living room or the bed. The cocktail bar was a quiet place for drinks after office hours. The breakfast was very basic and had the same fare for 4 days. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and more options a few minutes drive away.

Lots of parking and the patio areas were very clean and had nice furniture. Maybe the room hadn’t been used in a while . It was clean, but dusty.

• stephaniejB1479ZY (10/5): My Son’s 16th Birthday Bash - I held my son’s 16th birthday celebration at this location. The staff were fabulous and accommodating. From Brianna, Chris, Shayla and Gary. They were great. This was a 2 day celebration that started with a sneaker ball on Saturday night then finishing off with a cookout and pool party on Sunday. Everything was on the first floor which made things very accessible. We transformed the breakfast room there to fit our needs and it worked out well. I would host here again in a minute. Loved the outcome.

• Martha (8/5): Our stay - We stayed for 2 weeks. Upon checking in our reserved room was not available. We had to stay in another room that was not the suite I reserved for the first night. We were moved the next day. We were not given the complimentary drink that is a part of being VIP Gold with hotels.com. Halfway through our stay my entry card stopped working and I got a bill indicating I had checked out. My husband’s entry key was still working. No one could tell me why it happened or why the bill was cut off and sent to me me as if I only reserved until May 9 rather than May 15. Overall the place was nice. The breakfast was not bad. The coffee was not good. The beds were comfortable and space in the suite with seperate room was very nice. There was a front desk clerk named D. who was very helpful and friendly.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Never will visits again!! - Very rude front desk staff, over charged my card and told me if I used a different card next time this wouldn’t happen. Called me 4 different times at 7am to tell me the card I used had declined after payment was already taken from my bank! The people at the front desk barely spoke English and kept saying call the bank call the bank. I still have pended charges they are refusing to close so my money can be refunded. Idk if it’s a hotels.com thing but I always have issues with the hotels from here
