• Lillian (8/5): My stay was ok after getting into a cleaner room - The different sitting locations in the hotel The housekeeping could be better the room I was given whenever I checked in it appeared to be clean but whenever I went to pull the bed sheets back to Lysol it down it was ALOT OF DOG HAIR IN THE BED!!!!!! Shower floor was not clean ! So I went to the front desk to ask to be moved and they gave me another room and it was much better!!!

The bathroom had a bright almost highlighter green/yellow stain on the wall. When I asked the front desk about it they said they don't know what it is and its in alot of the bathrooms.

• David (10/5): A great stay - Everything was great. From a friendly check in to clean and comfortable facilities it was just a good time. Very comfortable beds and a better than average shower topped it off. Only small gripe would have to be with the TV. The picture wasn't the right aspect ratio for the TV and there was no way to fix it that I could find. Also the smart TV side of it was really slow.

• stephanie (8/5): Overall, my day was great. I’ve stayed here numerous of times and I enjoyed it! - I like the location and the cleanliness the most! I’ve stayed here in the past, but this particular time I did not like having to switch rooms because the refrigerator was not working. Also, I notified three different staff members during my day that the ice machine was not working on the floor that I stayed on and when I checked out, it still was not working properly. Also, I did not like the fact that now this property requires payment for parking.

• Justin (6/5): Comfortable room with horrible food. - Comfortable bed. Price was reasonable. The “restaurant” was horrible. It was call the Bistro and the pictures looked amazing. However it’s not a restaurant. It’s basically a reheating zone as far as I can tell. Grilled chicken sandwich was a tiny rubbery chicken breast. Fries were ok. I couldn’t eat it so I tried the wings instead. They were just as bad. I wish I had eaten at the tavern across the parking lot. Breakfast the next morning was slightly better but not great. Avoid eating here if you stay. Staff was nice though.

• Richard (3/5): Advertise as residence inn not Marriott Courtyard! Shame on booking.com! - Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. However I would not recommend this hotel to anyone dedicated Marriott Courtyard customers. Location! First the Marriott Courtyard is attached to a Residence Inn. Never would I have paid this premium price for an extended stay motel. Then they charged $5 for parking because they had to share their parking lot with construction trucks for nearby repairs. Not acceptable. We originally booked a king to accommodate our family but needed to change to two queens. The night shift clerk would not change our room. I continued the conversation with dayshift the next morning after sleeping on a pull out sofa. The day shift clerk Shayla was more than happy to change our room to help both get a good night sleep before returning home.

The only thing I didn’t understand was room service never once cleaned my room while I was there. I found out that it is a Covid thing but never asked. So if you need a change of sheets or anything you have to ask.

• melanier243 (10/5): The little things count - I did not receive service in my room after a long meeting till I approach a gentleman name Jesus told him about my room not being serviced and he toke great care of me changing my sheets and mopping the room making it look great again and creating rapport with me . After a long meeting this young man put his super hero cape and made my day thank you I will definitely return.

• A J (10/5): - I had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard Marriott Charlotte Northlake! From the moment I arrived, Demereo at the front desk made me feel right at home. He was professional, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming — truly a great first impression. My room was spotless and modern, with a super comfortable bed that made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The walk-in shower was another highlight — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Although I don’t drink, I stopped by the bar and met Elaine, the bartender. She went above and beyond to create a custom mocktail just for me, and it was honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while — refreshing and made with care. This hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, style, and hospitality. Huge shoutout to Demereo and Elaine for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!
