• Rafał (1/5): Nie polecam!! Szukajcie czegoś innego! - Obsługa dramat!! Obiekt dzień wcześniej anulował nam pobyt. Zarezerwowaliśmy ponownie w tej samej cenie ale odmówiono nam śniadań. Za poprzednią rezerwację kazano zapłacić!! Zapłaciliśmy podwójnie i to bez śniadań! Codziennie potwierdzano nam w recepcji zwrot z pierwszej rezerwacji po czym okazało się to kłamstwem!! Nie polecam i odradzam każdemu ten obiekt! Spędziliśmy w Tajlandii ponad 30 dni w 10 hotelach ale ten szczerze odradzam!!
• Roland (7/5): - Der Pool ist in einer anderen Anlage 500 Meter entfernt. Zimmer auf Straßenseite sehr laut. Sehr kleiner Balkon. Zimmer sehr, sehr Abgewohnt Wasserhahn musste man beim aufdrehen halten Schimmel in den Fugen die der Dusche WC Spülung blieb immer wieder hängen. Bei Regen rinnt Wasser bei der Glasfront rein so dass eine ordentliche Lacke im Zimmer Stand. Keine Strandtücher erhältlich. Türe musste man zum schließen ordentliche anheben,

• Elia (8/5): Buona struttura pulita, veramente spaziosa e con un impianto di climatizzazione ottimo. Café al piano terra molto molto - Posizione buona, sulla strada principale quindi macchine che si sentono al mattino presto e la sera ma non fino a notte tarda, a lanta la vita rallenta subito dopo cena. Appartamento molto pulito è davvero spazioso, dotato di ottima aria condizionata. Il fatto che non mi fosse stato indicato in reception al momento del noleggio scooter, che chiedesse, La società di noleggio stessa, 3.000 bath o il passaporto come deposito, sono informazioni che devono essere date appena fai la richiesta Nelle foto su booking compare una piscina, nessuna traccia di quest ultima, nemmeno ci hanno spiegato dove fosse collocata( immagino distante dall’abitazione stessa). Va bene che dovrei chiedere io, ma visto il rapporto qualità prezzo mi sarei aspettato quanto meno delle informazioni dalla receptionist.
• Vicky (5/5): Overall sadly a disappointing stay - The property was in a good location for us as we enjoy taking a walk to explore. It was also only a short walk away from the beach which was perfect for us., however our overall stay was a bit disappointing. The cleaning and maintenance staff were very kind and helpful regarding some of the issues we had. We booked a 3 bedroom chalet for 4 people (two couples) this the only suitable option at the time and realised after checking in there was no photos advertised of the property we were given, other than various angles of the living room. We assumed the photos of the bedrooms and bathrooms etc was what we were getting but it wasn’t. It felt like the place hadn’t been stayed in or cleaned for a long time and there wasn’t enough cups or glasses for the 4 of us. The pots and pans had spiders in and there wasn’t any basic cooking essentials other than that. The beds were a real disappointment, one of the beds was given a towel for a bed sheet?! And the others had 2x single empty duvet covers lay on top of each other to act as covers for the already uncomfortable large double/king sized beds! Not what we expected to have for the price we paid. As the name suggests, it’s based on a hill. It’s quite a steep walk up and down which may not be suitable for everyone. You also need to cross a very busy, dual carriage way style road at the bottom of the hill to access the other side and the beach.

• Emil Richard Sonderegger (7/5): Appartementwohnung gross, alles vorhanden, gute Lage. Preis etwas hoch für den Gesamteindruck. - Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Servicepersonal sollte dringend besser geschult werden. Das Servicepersonal konnte nicht zwei Sachen auf einmal bringen, 54 Tage lang jeden Tag nachfragen, zB. Salz für die Omelette und Servietten.

Nie podobała mi się nieścisła informacja ze stony Booking com.Że nie ma windy,że śniadania serwowane a nie bufet jak w opisie że basen 700 metrów od hotelu.Na szczęście śniadania były smaczne a menadżer zapewnił darmowy transport na basen.
• Viktoria (10/5): - Wir hatten eine sehr schöne große Wohnung, aufgeteilt in Küche/Essbereich und einem großzügigen Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und gut möbliert. Das leckere Frühstück gab es im Café unterhalb der Wohnanlage. Das Personal war mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
• Dominik (8/5): - Gute Lage zwischen vielen Restaurants, ca. 5 min zum Strand. Der nächste 7/11 ist 2min entfernt, ein großer Obstmarkt ca. 10min und ATMs dreier Banken direkt vor der Tür. Viel Platz und Ablageflächen, unter anderem auch ein großer Kühlschrank, was insbesondere mit kleinem Kind super war. Allerlei Teller, Gläser etc, sodass man auch mal zuhaus Obst schneiden kann oder sich ein Müsli machen kann. Täglicher Zimmerservice, Soforthilfe bei kleinen Problemchen. Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Apartment zur Straße und das war sehr laut - von 7 uhr bis 1 Uhr nachts hört man permanent Autos und Motorräder. Vor dem Hotel sind irgendwo Bremsmarkierungen auf der Straße, die extra Lärm machen. Der Herd hat das Wasser nicht zum kochen bringen können. Auch die Dusche hatte keine konsistente Wasserwärme. Der Pool liegt zudem nicht am Apartmenthaus, sondern ca. 10min bergauf hinter der Straße im Bungalow-Teil des Garden Hill Resorts. Relativ langsames Wifi.
• Therese (8/5): Överlag ett bra lägenhetshotell med bra läge till restauranger och strand. - Bra utrustat kök, kyld vattenbehållare på rummet stort plus. Trevlig städpersonal. Balkong samt sovrum mot väldigt trafikerad gata som hade farthinder som lät väldigt mycket. Lite för mjuk säng. Personal i receptionen lite för knapphändig kunskap i engelska när vi behövde hjälp med spisfel, dålig avrinning i duschen.

• Ellis (8/5): Pretty good - Big room, good location, access to the resorts pools and close to beach No soundproofing, was easy enough to deal with but some nights it was a struggle to sleep with the bars nearby - no fault of the hotel itself
• Lea (6/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder... - Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück à la carte bietet eine überschaubare aber leckere Auswahl. Die Poolarea ist hübsch und gut gepflegt. Es gibt einen kleinen Bereich für Kleinkinder (60cm). Der Zimmerservice kommt täglich und bringt frische Handtücher und Wasser. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist toll. Aus der Beschreibung wird nicht ersichtlich, dass ein Teil der Zimmer auf der anderen Straßenseite des Haupthauses auf einem Berg liegt. Um zur Rezeption und zum Frühstück zu gelangen muss man jedes Mal den steilen Berg hinunter und eine recht befahrene Straße überqueren - und zum Pool dieselbe Strecke wieder zurück gehen. Dementsprechend sind es zu Strand und Meer weitaus mehr als nur 200m. Mit (kleinen) Kindern nicht sehr praktikabel. Das Chalet mit drei Schlafzimmern riecht muffig und ist lieblos eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist alt und zusammengewürfelt. Die dortige Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Hauses und hat keine eigene Tür, dementsprechend hört man dort oben alles, was im Wohn-Ess-Bereich stattfindet. Zunächst funktionierte das WLAN nicht, es wurde jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts repariert.
• buddylupi (9/5): Tolle 9 Tage im Lanta Gardenhill Apartment! - Toller Service und sehr liebes Personal!! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mit schnellem Zugang zum Strand (keine extra Hotel-Bereich, aber viel Platz um sein Handtuch auszuwerfen) sowie dem 7-11 und vielen Restaurants war top. In der Unterkunft hat man alles: Scooter Verleih, Café mit leckeren Fühstücksoptionen, Wechselstube, ATMs, Wäscheservice und Room-Service. Die Junior Suite ist direkt an der Straße gelegen, die zwischen 7 Uhr und 23 Uhr sehr laut ist. Dafür sind die Fenster nicht wirklich schallgedämt. Die Kissen waren sehr hart und die Sanitäranlagen in den Bädern könnten erneuert werden (Wasser läuft nicht wirklich ab oder Rohre tropfen leicht). Der Pool liegt nicht direkt an der Unterkunft, sondern gegenüber auf einem Berg. Das kam so leider nicht aus der Beschreibung hervor. Dennoch würden wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

• Kati (8/5): - Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvin siivottu. Aamiainen ok. Pesulapalvelu oli edullinen. Huoneeseen sai ison vesiautomaatin halutessa käyttöön. Hotellin julkisivua remontoitiin ja se vaikutti viihtyvyyteen. Uima-altaalle oli pitkä matka ylämäkeä ison tien toisella puolella. Toinen uima-altaista oli huonossa kunnossa ja pohja pinttynyt liasta, vaikka vesi oli ihan puhdasta ja kirkasta.

• Vaidas (8/5): Beautiful apartment, but has water and internet problems - The room is spacious and clean, location is great, AC worked really well. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. The water pressure was really low or it was non existent at all (not solved, they said it's the same everywhere, but we stayed in other places and non of them had this issue). The night guard was very unpleasant and rude. The wifi was not stable, I was being disconnected every couple of minutes, so it's not suitable for work - need to use mobile internet. Staff has poor English so it was really hard to explain these problems. Paid breakfast was weird - first day they provided any coffee we wanted, second day they only let us choose teas or instant coffee, after third day they just provided really basic tea or horrible tasting instant coffee. The restaurant on the first floor has some unwritten rules like if you order juice you don't get fruits. Choose fruits because juice is really bad...
