- Bandara (1/5): - When I visited the reception, the Indian lady there did not treat me properly. I only wanted to check my booking confirmation, but unfortunately my phone was off. I politely asked for a charging facility for just 2 minutes. Instead of assisting, she shouted at me and treated me as if I were a thief. This behaviour was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The best feature is it's proximity to the major transport hub of KL Sentral and some decent local food vendors. It offers fairly good value for money. The room was very small, not entirely unexpected at the price.

- Alessia (5/5): - Ottima posizione a Brickfields e attaccato alla stazione Sentral. Pulizia inferiore alla media, abbiamo trovato 2 blatte. Asciugamani strappati. L'abbiamo usata come stanza di appoggio prima di prendere il volo quindi non ci abbiamo dormito (fortunatamente). Condizionatore vecchio i cui filtri non vengono puliti dal dopo guerra. Personale indisposto verso i clienti. Con lo stesso prezzo, si possono trovare soluzioni migliori.

Per il prezzo pagato la camera era pulita. La camera senza finestra era veramente piccola. In due persone a malapena c'era spazio per camminare considerando i bagagli. Lo staff è poco accogliente e poco interessato.

- 480tanw (10/5): A nice quick stay near KL Sentral - I only had to spend the night here as part of my journey in one of my travels. The hotel was among the nearest hotels to KL Sentral, making it easy to return back to the place to catch the next day's train. It's accessible by walking as well as by e-hailing (though I would recommend e-hailing to get there if you happen to have large luggage). The hotel was a decent stay for the single night I was there. The basic amenities were available and comfortable for a simple night's stay. While it may be budget, it is indeed a decent place. The bed is clean and comfortable and the bathroom is also similarly clean and comfortable. The WiFi seems to be quite decent too when I connected to it. At least I was able to connect to it for communication purposes and it worked well. One thing, they do not offer any meals but there seems to be quite a number of locations to get some food, including some nearby convenience stores and petrol stations which quick bites are available. In fact there were one or two stalls downstairs near the hotel which offered some hawker food. This location is recommended for those who might have a gap in between their travels by train (normally ETS) which was what made it useful for me in my case. If anyone is feeling a little more adventurous, it's not far from Little India Brickfields too. All within walking distance.

- diego1m (4/5): Needs Maintenance and Upkeeping - Given the location this hotel has potential but it is neglected (insufficient maintenance - WC tap leaking and making noise 24h - light dropping from the ceiling, stain and spots of dirt everywhere on the walls, sheets, fan making noise comparable to have an electric generator in your room, floor seemed un-mopped). Late check out chargeable 2.5USD. Staff has hands tied because the rooms were all fully booked. No hotel liability on leaving your luggage unattended in the hallway. On the good side they recycle the access card envelope.

- Morteza (6/5): Double M Hotel in Kuala Lumpur - Hotel Double M is located in a busy street in Kuala Lumpur which is not accessible for the handicapped people if they want to got dropped off by a taxi or Mini Van in front of the hotel. The rooms are tiny, no windows and don’t have a sitting chair. Also, no refrigerator in the room and the safe wasn’t functional at the time of arrival. The TV has only 4 working channels and if you don’t speak Malaysian language or not a fan of Al Jezira, have no other choice. They don’t have a restaurant or coffee shop inside the hotel and not providing the breakfast for their gusts. Overall, I think the rating of this hotel is not exceeding than a 2 Star Hotel.

Would be great if the management could check on the condition of the room especially the eye-sore spill stains on the wall and the broken water heater shower knob/faucet. A more comfortable and pleasant sleep if pillow and pillowcase are without the musty smell. Otherwise, all good for the price.
- Paulo (6/5): Pleasant - The upgraded room was fine and matched the description, while the original room did not. The AC was in working order and there was a hot water in the shower. Wifi was reliable. Good location very close to KL Sentral and plenty of restaurants nearby. Good for a night or two. Upon check in, I realized when I went up to my room that it reeked of tobacco and the curtain was damaged. They asked for a 50 ringgit deposit upon arrival and I said I had no cash and offered to pay with my debit card. They said cash only but after arguing with the receptionist, they finally agreed on no deposit. However, one has to wonder, what is the point of asking for a deposit if then they don't fix something as simple as a damaged curtain? I couldn't pull it up, so the room was super dark even during the daytime. But the smell of tobacco was the worst part, so I went back down to the reception and asked if I could switch rooms and they said it was fully booked but then told me for an extra 20 ringgit, I could get an upgrade.
