• Charnier MJL (5/5): - La propreté et la proximité avec la station de Termini et l'accès a pieds a bien des sites de découverte. Le jardin d'entrée avec des fleurs et des poissons. Chambre pas assez isolé, le bruit des autres clients de l'appartement s'entend et même le bruit de l'extérieur de l'immeuble. .

The listing was a little ambiguous as it indicated you would have your own kitchen, whereas it was shared with 2 other apartments. This was not a problem for us but it might bother some people

• Marta (9/5): Polecam - Świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie można chodzić pieszo. Metro tuż za rogiem. W nocy cicho przy otwartym oknie. W pokoju czysto. Sprzątanie co drugi dzień i wymiana ręczników. Dostęp do aneksu kuchennego (czysto).. Bardzo miły personel. Możliwość późnego samodzielnego zameldowania (po 1 w nocy). Śmieszna mała winda. Trzeba uważać na wodę bo raz leci wrzątek raz zimna. W łazience z kanalizacji troche brzydko zalatuje ale nie jest to problem jakiś duży szczególnie ze jest czysto.

• Csala (10/5): - Nagyon kedves a szállásadó. Tiszta és szép szoba várt. Felszerelve mindennel. A zuhany víz hőmérséklete elég hullámzó volt. Nem volt igazán meleg.

Cadeva tutto a pezzi, tavoletta del wc rotta, puzza di fogna in bagno , in più abbiamo acceso il condizionatore e c’era una vaschetta rotta che raccoglieva l’acqua dello stesso, che mi ha bagnato tutte le scarpe e me le ha rovinate completamente.
• Inna (10/5): Magnifico! - Struttura nuova e pulita in una posizione privilegiata, c’è lo spazio comodo per mangiare fuori la stanza. Lo staff molto gentile, attento e reattivo. Non riuscivo fare il check prima delle ore 18, ma tutti si è risolto molto veloce e senza nessun problema, grazie, Mio è piaciuto tutto.

Поруч з Терміні , зупинка Big Buss, пішки до фонтану Треві, богато кафе, але двір ізольований , тому тихо. Порівняно невелика ціна.

• Christopher (8/5): - Literally akin having an apartment in Rome, I'd suggest a bit of sprucing up the linens to befit the location and some minor tlc but otherwise a nice quet and comfortable stay with easy access to all of the amenties and tourist sites the city has to offer.

• Elad (3/5): Poor - The shower was ok, the shared balcony was good and the bed was fine. I paid 405 euros for 3 nights in a room which is overpriced for an old room. The air-conditioner broke and made a horrible sound, during the night. It was super hot! I tried to reach the manager and no one answered. in the morning I called her again, and she took care of it and gave me a different room but she didn't want to refund the night. It was HORRIBLE night, and the manager was rude, she practically didn't care.

• Zrinka (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, the host is welcoming and friendly. Good accomodation for the price. The bedding was older, the shower doesn't have proper door/curtain so after taking a shower the whole bathroom floor is soaked. No AC in the room.
• Fanny (10/5): Great value for your money and close to everything you would want to see in Rome! - Easy to locate and very short distance from Termini (main train station in Rome). Arrived to a clean room and everything looked nice. Good airconditioning and short distance from all the major sites in Rome. The only issues we had were that the air condition created some condensation and that it was a bit difficult to get an ok temperature in the shower. However, this was not a big deal to us.
• Andrew (4/5): Disappointing - Close to Rome’s central station is not a pleasant location. The room is like one in an old stone boarding house. The decor is miserable and not being a hotel, where you can have a quick chat with reception as you come and go, added to the gloom.
• James (8/5): Good place, simple but nice. - It was near the station, check in was easy and the lady was extremely lovely! Beds were okay, the place was clean, and the bathroom was good. The price was good for Rome's expensive market. It was a little basic! More like a room for rent than a hotel, but it's still good and I'd recommend staying.
• Anonymous (1/5): To avoid due to staff and cleanliness issues - nothing Never had such a bad experience with an accommodation before. My husband and I completed a two week long bikepacking trip in Italy, staying in different cities every night, and didn’t have any issues with storing our bikes (both of which cost more than 2000€) UNTIL we arrived in Rome. On the final day of our amazing and exhausting trip, after biking 90km under the 28degree heat to arrive in Rome, we had to fight with the employee of the Elegance B&B (which, by the way, does NOT have breakfast) for more than one hour before she FINALLY allowed us to store our bikes in our room. She could not give any reasonable excuse for why we could not store the bikes in the our overpriced room, besides the fact that “this is Italy” and bikes are “irregular”. We promised that we would carry the bikes up and down and be extremely careful to not bump them into the walls; however, in the end it wouldn’t have made a difference because we came to find out that the room was not in good condition whatsoever, and the walls were already scuffed up and covered in stains. In addition to this unpleasant beginning to our stay, the room had a weird smell (sort of like sewer water), and the toilet clogged on a regular basis. Also, only 2 single use shower gels were supplied for 2 people for 2 nights. And I will just emphasize again that it was EXTREMELY overpriced - 183€ per night for this room is absolutely not worth it, particularly at the end of May and not “peak season”.

• SydH (4/5): Andrew Elegance - Convenient for buses and metro but fairly basic. Be prepared to pay an extra €5.00 per night for the air conditioning remote control. After two nights here they moved us across the road to similar room but no access to cooking facilities or microwave. Basically we didn’t get what Expedia booked for us.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not Worth Your Money - This was by far the worst place we stayed on our entire Italy trip. The bathroom smelled horribly so much so that we could hardly stand to use it. The WiFi didn't work until the last night and every time we mentioned it, they would tell us it was working fine. The place didn't feel very clean and the staff was not very nice about anything. You have to check in across the street at the Hotel Hollywood. This was way over-priced for what we got and I would never stay here again.
