- Teodorescu (9/5): - Camere spațioase și impecabil de curate. Locul de joacă pentru copii este excelent, iar spa-ul este o adevărată oază de liniște și relaxare. Piscina încălzită în aer liber este superbă și foarte „instagramabilă”, perfectă pentru poze și momente de relaxare. Singurul minus a fost micul dejun — mă așteptam să fie mai variat. De asemenea, aparatul pentru clătite nu mi s-a părut o idee inspirată, deoarece se forma o coadă mare, iar unii copii nu mai apucau să mănânce și ajungeau să plângă. Per total, un loc foarte frumos, unde ne-am simțit bine și unde am reveni cu drag. Nota 9/10. Micul dejun, același în fiecare zi!

- ERIC (6/5): Excellent malgré la clientèle de l hôtel - Hôtel superbe tout y est grand magnifique et en parfait état, les chambres immenses 100 m2 avec vue montagne grandiose. Personnel au top Un 4 étoiles d un bien meilleur standing que beaucoup d hôtels de même catégorie en France Et même pour la couleur locale une alerte ours dans la rue près de l hôtel un soir alors que nous avions randonné tout l apres midi dans la forêt face à l hôtel… Il y a un seul bémol mais de taille….la clientèle Parents non éduqués qui se bourrent la gueule au bar du spa toute la journée(et oui il y a même un bar à l intérieur du spa qui est immense) et boivent et snackent même dans la piscine/le jacuzzi malgré les panneaux d interdiction = enfants non éduqués ni cadres qui crient, courent partout et sautent et plongent en éclaboussant tout le monde Si vous avez de jeunes enfants c est le paradis car il y a même une immense zone enfant avec tunnels etc…. Sinon… Conseil pour avoir testé 3 nuits dont 2 le week-end : Fuyez le week-end c est l horreur En semaine moins de familles non éduquées avec enfants donc plus calme (5/10 enfants pas une trentaine) Vous retrouverez la remarque sur ce problème dans beaucoup de commentaires sur cet hôtel

Стаята ми беше страхотно холяма и чиста. Мини бара беше зареден. Локцията на хотела е страхотна и има лесен достъп до лифтове и ски писти. Не ми хареса че никой не ми помогна с багажа. Дори от рецепция не се досетиха да ме попитам имам ли нужда от помощ или съдействие.

- András Paranici (10/5): Great place to stay if you travel with small children or as a couple. - Breakfast was plenty to choose from. You could eat for the whole day. From fruits to vegetables, to salads you can find everything. I would suggest to go at an earlier hour so you can eat as much as you wish. We, as a family - 2 adults, 3 children (6 months and 1.9years) tok sometimes almost 2 ears to eat. They were nice and gave us, on the house, an upgraded room - this was trully a blessing. For me and my wife the beds were too hard.
- Burlacu Mihaela (8/5): - Locație în centrul Poienii Brașov. Cameră curată, mare, pat confortabil. Zona spa ( saună) îngrijită. Restaurant Miorița - am luat cina intr o seară - mâncare foarte bună, personal restaurant forte amabil. Zona piscinelor este curată, dar sunt multe de refăcut. In unele zone pe pereți se vede vopseaua cojită / la piscina cu apă mai caldă din interior se văd crăpături destul de vizibile la mini jacuzzi. Piscina exterioara este mică, de asemenea are părți lipsă de faianță. Canapeaua din cameră era nefuncțională, burete aproape inexistent, se simțea ca o scândură. Baia este curată, dar cada este destul de învechită ( crăpături fine), o culoare gălbuie. La prețul pe care îl cer , necesită câteva îmbunătățiri substanțiale.

Zona spa superba, la fel si balconul camerei cu vedere spre masivul Postavaru. Parcare mare A trebuit sa schimbam prima camera din cauza faptului ca existau probleme la toaleta. Curatenia in bai ar putea fi imbunatatita. Micul dejun destul de slab, ar trebui mai diversificat. Nu realimentau cu produse in timp util

- yossi (10/5): מלון מדהים ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה מאוד - מושלם מושלם. קיבלנו חדר ענק עם מרפסת מפנקת מאוד. המלון עצמו בן כ 120 שנה והוא פשוט מהמם! השירות מצוין, הנוף מדהים והספא עצמו בין הטובים שהיינו באירופה. הוא נמצא על גדות אגם יפה מאוד ובקרבת לרכבל ולטיולי יום מדהימים. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת.

- Ionut (10/5): - Since the moment we arrived, Dennis the receptionist was very helpful ,with a positive attitude smiling all the time and ready to attend for all our questions. In the top of that we get an upgrade , with a better wiew and bigger room. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The indoor and the outdoor jacuzzi was very pleasant with the right temperature.The room service was fast and we like the food.We really enjoyed our stay , and next time when we are in poiana Brasov for sure we will be back Nothing

- Gila (9/5): - המלון בסגנון מיוחד ומבפנים מזכיר בריהוט טירה עתיקה, עם חדרים עצומים של כ80 מ"ר. פינקו אותנו לרגל יום הנישואים בקישוטים ובלונים בחדר. הבריכות ומגקוזי מקסימים, וגם האגם בחוץ. המלון נמצא קרוב לאזור הגונדולה של הסקי, אבל לא במרחק הליכה למי שסוחב מחלקיים. בחדר לא היה מזגן, ולמרות שהיה חודש אפריל קריר , כאשר יש שמש מזקה החום מורגש. חלק מהאביזרים בחדר היו ישנים ולא מתוחזקים היטב, ספת הישיבה היתה במצב לא טוב ומלוכלכת, והיה כדאי לרענן את מגבות הרחצה שנראו גם די ישנות.

Camera a fost foarte mare , spatioasa , curata , cu minibar foarte bine dotat . Am venit cu un copil de 7 ani si ni s- a oferit acces la spatiu de joaca pe perioada in care noi am fost la un eveniment cateva ore bune . Ne- am simtit foarte bine si la zona de spa , unde exista tot comfortul unui sejur de exceptie . Vom reveni , cu siguranta !

- Radu (8/5): Labor Day vacation 2026 - The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Poiana Brașov. It stands out for its excellent cleanliness and a very good breakfast that starts the day right. Our room had a view of the parking area, but the front-facing rooms offer a truly beautiful outlook. The kids’ playground is a nice addition and works well for families. The rooms have an insufficient number of power sockets, which makes charging multiple devices inconvenient. Overall, the room amenities are quite basic and could be improved, with limited plug points, average furnishings, and a lack of additional comforts expected for a more pleasant stay. At check-in, the reception strongly emphasized a €50 charge for a lost towel card, which felt excessive and unnecessary. I didn t ask how much was for the access card lost or stall. The hotel’s Miorița restaurant is not recommended, especially considering there are much better dining options nearby, such as Sura Dacilor and Restaurant Vânătorul. Wi‑Fi is very poor throughout the hotel — the connection is slow, unstable, and frequently disconnects, making it difficult even for basic use, let alone work or streaming. Additionally, the road access to the hotel is in very poor condition and requires significant improvement.

- Cristina (10/5): O minivacanta grozava! - Micul dejun a fost variat, legume si fructe din belsug, preparate proaspete si gustoase, clatite si preparate de patiserie, suc, apa si lapte, etc. Aparatele de cafea erau atat cu cafea boabe, cat si cu capsule. Mi-a placut atitudinea pozitiva si prietenoasa a personalului. Totul era curat, mese suficiente pentru toti oaspetii. Locatia e frumos si central amplasata, in apropierea unui parc, padurea era aproape, poti merge intr-o plimbare linistita. Restaurantul e mare, mancarea e proaspata, exista un loc de joaca frumos si mare pentru copii, la receptie este un semineu si o zona unde poti sta la o cafea, exista o zona de biliard. Piscinele sunt spatioase, apa este calda, copiii s-au simtit minunat, exista o piscina exterioara cu apa incalzita, un bar de unde poti achizitiona gustari si bauturi, toatete si dusuri. Exista parcare amenajata cu suficiente locuri de parcare. Camera este spatioasa, cu doua paturi mari, personalul a venit zilnic in camera pentru prosoape si cele necesare. In camera, ai seif, frigider cu bauturi si gustari,papuci si halate, o terasa unde poti sta linistit. Ne-am simtit minunat, copiii au zis ca a fost grozav aici, asa ca vom reveni cu siguranta! Un singur lucru a fost neplacut-faptul ca pe marginea piscinei s-a adunat multa apa, iar fetita mea a alunecat si a cazut, lovindu-se la cap. Cred ca ar fi utila amplasarea pe marginea piscinelor a unor mici covorase sau alte materiale care sa nu permita alunecarea!

Es ist wunderbar gelegen, hat riesige Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, eine entspannende und schöne Badeanlage und ein kleines Außenbecken mit Blick auf die Berge. Herrlich! Außerhalb der Skisaison stimmt auch der Preis für das gebotene Angebot. Es war alles prima.

- Daniela (10/5): Relaxare plăcută într-o locație deosebită. - Am revenit pentru a doua oară la acest hotel și din nou ne-a plăcut totul . Zona de SPA consider ca este punctul forte al proprietății ; ne-au plăcut și camera, atitudinea personalului, nimic de reproșat. Dacă ar fi să remarc ceva neplăcut deși pe noi personal nu ne-a deranjat foarte tare a fost micul dejun: preparate care nu se ridică la nivelul așteptărilor.

- Miruna (10/5): Foarte plăcut. - Personalul prietenos, camerele curate si spațiile comune bine îngrijite. Zona spa este excepțională cu o piscina cu apa mai rece, potrivită pentru înot, beneficiază și de o piscina mare cu apa încălzită și hidromasaj, precum si de un jacuzzi și piscina cu apa foarte calda exterioara. Sala de sport nu este foarte mare, dar are suficiente aparate și se poate ventila natural. Din păcate unii oaspeți sunt needucați și gălăgioși, inclusiv in zona de spa.

Очень профессионально! Девушки и бармены в спа-центре – спасибо вам всем! Разнообразное меню завтраков на любой вкус, бокал шампанского в выходные! Мы обязательно вернемся сюда еще много раз! Я настоятельно рекомендую этот первоклассный отель!
