• Todd (10/5): This was my 3rd trip to Montepulciano but the first time for a nice extended stay - cinque notti. I would absolutely st - The location is convenient to P6 and P7 if you have a car. The apartment was a corner unit with windows on 2 sides. There is a really nice coffee bar across the street. The host, Francesca was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Estremamente curato nei dettagli, pulito, comodo e silenzioso. Con macchina del caffè, dotazione tisane e prodotti per il l'igiene personale. La posizione ottima, in pieno centro, nel cuore di Montepulciano, il parcheggio abbastanza vicino. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e, sensibile ad una nostra richiesta per il giorno dopo, ci ha portato le lenzuola per il divano letto la sera stessa, nonostante fosse già tardi. Ci hanno anche fatto il riassetto giornaliero. Tornerò senz'altro, perché adoro Montepulciano e questo beb mi ha soddisfatto veramente. A presto! Nulla!

Highly recommend choosing this location if you visit Montepulciano. This apartment has a great window view of the street and wonderful location. The host is so kind and very helpful, she provided great service and communication. The room has many nice amenities, and the bathroom is great. We were on a bike packing trip and were thankful for a luxury bathroom with a hot shower and clean/comfy beds.

Die Kommunikation per Mail und Whatsapp mit Francy war hervorragend. Bereits im Vorfeld hat sie uns tolle Tipps (Restaurants, Ausflugsmögllichkeiten, Parkgelegenheiten, Anreise etc.) zukommen lassen. Man ist bestens für den Aufhenthalt vorbereitet und der CheckIn klappt mit den Codes problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Very luxurious it felt like :) The staff was extremely helpful in coordination with me and even afterwards when I forgot some belongings they sent it to my next stay. Such sweethearts I must say!!

Such a communicative and helpful host - everything you would want when planning (and traveling) on your trip. The room was beautiful, the details were thoughtful, the location was central and secure. Driving and parking were easy to do - Francy provided exceptional directions. We had a great stay! We could hear the neighbor's TV and movement late one night in particular. Please note this was not another guest at Dimora Dell'Erbe - this seemed to be from a separate unit.

• Steph (10/5): The most incredible stay! - This accommodation is situated right in the centre of town with restaurants right on your doorstep ( however the rooms are quiet). The accommodation was super clean and spacious. The beds were so comfy and the showers had great pressure. Francy was an incredible host. She organised hair and make up artists for us as we had a wedding to attend and she went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay as my dad was unwell.

Tastefully decorated with a nice view of the countryside from the kitchen table. There was a happiness to the place. Centrally located with a wonderful little cafe across the street for nice breakfasts. Owners were very easy to work with. One of the nicest places we stayed in our 4 weeks in Italy. Highly recommend. Didn't bother us but useful to know - you will need to walk about 5 mins from the nearest parking (like most housing within the city.)

Everything was perfect, from the amenities to the cleanliness and overall attention to detail. The central location in Montepulciano is absolutely ideal. You're right in the thick of things, making it easy to explore the town's charming streets, restaurants, and attractions on foot. The fact that I chose to return speaks volumes about the quality of this place. The combination of a welcoming host, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this a standout choice. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on future visits to Montepulciano.

• Spencer (10/5): Old fashioned and chic, central location - Francy was incredibly accommodating and kind - she picked out a restaurant for us and made us reservations and it ended up being our favorite meal of the trip. It was like having a friend who lived in the city, she told us what spots to avoid as well. The rooms were large and very perfectly located. The pictures reflect the rooms very well. Unfortunately, there were some water issues late one night after checking in. Apparently the whole building had issues with water. Francy was very quick to respond and came out to the building in the middle of the night to help get the water tank refilled so we would have water for showers in the morning. It worked, and then for the rest of our stay we had no further issues.

• Jose (10/5): Very good - Excellent bed&breakfast, which is not common. Everything is very easy, before arriving all instructions for entry, key, breakfast voucher are already given. Very kind and careful owner is always available for any problems. In this case it was via WhatsApp. Great location, close to restaurants and restaurants, but in this regard Montepulciano is small and the location is generally good. Large, comfortable room, with great shower, minibar. I highlight what made me choose this accommodation: I had read reviews about the mattress and it really is of very high quality. I have back problems and this mattress was a relief. It is comfortable and firm at the same time, completely orthopedic. The mattress is one of the most important items in accommodation, and most accommodations, whether hotel or bed&breakfast, do not care about it and often think that having a soft mattress is enough. It is not. Anyone who has back problems knows what these "comfortable" mattresses can do. And those who don't have it may have it. As for breakfast, you are given a voucher for a café opposite, with very Italian coffee. Coffee, sweets, juice.

Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Make sure you talk to host about bringing your car to the apartment door to drop your luggage because parking is a bit of a walk. Also parking is a pay lot so make sure you get instructions on how to pay before arriving.

Very charming room, updated modern bathroom with a fantastic shower and wonderful towels and linens. The location is ideal in the center of the historic area of the village surrounded by great shops and restaurants. We will return!! The walls are thin so you can hear guests closing doors and going out early in the morning.

We pulled our car up, dropped bags off, then parked in P6. Francy greeted us and helped with the bags.. which she did NOT have to do! She was so kind and welcoming. We stayed in one of the small rooms which was so beautifully decorated and clean. We love the historic touches & architecture.. it’s just beautiful! Our friends stayed on the rooftop room… WOW that view is beautiful! We’d definitely stay there in the future just for the rooftop balcony and seating area. We hope to return to Montepulciano & stay at Dimora Dell Erbe again, 10/10 experience! • Marshall (10/5): Absolutely wonderful place to stay. - Breakfast was a lovely continental breakfast with wonderful coffees and pastries . Nothing. This is our favorite and our go to place in Italy. Franci is a wonderful hostess.

The room and location were perfect and the sta - The room was beautiful with everything we needed and the location was perfect for exploring Montepulciano. There are some stairs to climb (just two flights) and no elevator but this was a very small inconvenience.

• Pat (10/5): Perfect accommodation in a beautiful city in Tuscany. - Location was perfect - right in the heart of Montepulciano. Our host couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Don't hesitate to book here!
• Melanie (9/5): Ideal location and spacious room - The hotel is in the perfect location in city center. The room is spacious with a large separate bathroom. Host was helpful in giving suggestions and easy to communicate with. Digital entry was also nice! This is not a fault of the hotel, but the windows opened onto the Main Street. In the middle of the night I was woken up by drunk visitors as well as very early by trash collector. I recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive.

• Savvy (10/5): The quintessential village accomodation. - A perfect spot, clean, secure and quiet, very comfortable with a great shower. Right in the heart of the town and with a warm and attentive host.
• Tuomas (9/5): Superb - Great location in the heart of Montepulciano, but at least our room was very quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious and had everything needed. Room had a separate bedroom, but the "living room" was very small and practically not much of use.
