- francesco (9/5): - Il fatto che sia un ex monastero antico esternamente è qualche cosa di eccezionale, la ristrutturazione interna ovviamente è molto moderna almeno per la parte che mi è stata assegnata la stanza, però la struttura è veramente eccezionale con un cortile interno dove si fa la colazione la mattina che vale il viaggio !!! la stessa colazione è veramente ottima Consiglio vivamente chiunque voglia visitare braga quanto il soggiorno qui. Oltretutto si trova proprio nel centro storico della città. Nulla tutto perfetto !!!

- Alla Angelutsa (6/5): Amazing breakfast, horrible bed, didn't sleep well, not cozy room - Breakfast was wonderful (variety of food was outstanding), nice small garden in the center of the building, cool idea of having a hotel in historical building, location is good, we walked everywhere by feet, good building maintenance. Horrible bed, too hard. I was tossing and turning all night, this bed caused pain in my shoulders and hips. Instead of good rest after a long road I had 5 hours of painful experience at night and couldn't sleep with this pain anymore. I almost cried in the morning, I was so tired and exhausted, and wasn't ready for an active day in Braga. At the reception I asked for help, they proposed a topper. So the second night I slept better. Any hotel has only one basic minimum function - to give a comfortable bed to a tourist so they can have a good night. This was the worst bed I've ever had in the hotels (I traveled a lot). Even 3-star hotels have more comfortable beds to be honest. It's not a level of 4-5-star hotels with the price of 200 euro per night. I was very disappointed. Also the room wasn't cozy, it felt like lack of furniture or decoration. Bathroom has a sliding door on the rail (not much privacy), curtains can't be closed (just no rails in the middle, they are just decoration on the sides). The portrait of a man near the bed was a bit creepy, I tried to not look at it.

- Anne (10/5): Hotel #5 - Location and size of the room quite comfortable. Breakfast has a great selection indoor pool perfect to flat and relax. Wedding party full of party and obvious vacation. Lots of kids out of control the breakfast buffet looked like a food fight had taken place and it was so loud. Kids touching food with their hands. Not the hotel fault just bad parenting. The staff at the front desk we not very forth coming with the pool facilities everything had to to be asked 2 x to clarify.

Not much else It takes some special training to get a whole team of sftaff whether it’s bar, reception, house keeping, breakfast, even the car park when the management walked past us, to consistently ignore your actual presence. The only time tge staff acknowledged we were real was when we checked in and out, and 1 lovely young woman serving coffee at breakfast. Otherwise it was like we were ghosts. Totally ignored no eye contact no acknowledgement that we were even there, barging past at breakfast. Ignoring us in car park, even reception when we walked in at 10pm at night didn’t even look at us to see if we were bona Fide guests. Quite the experience. And the room brown brown brown. No tea/coffee, limited daylight, questionable carpet that thee is no way I would step on, thank you for the hotel slippers much needed. And also and dangerously my husband is tall and a door on way to reception has a loose bar that should have been part of the door furniture sticking out that could easily hsve taken a lump out of his his head. If the staff could see us instead of us being Bruce Willis in that film we’d have told them . Hopefully no one else will find out hard way. Oh, and when we tried to get into the hotel car park, the receptionist hung up on us. She did deign to open the gate but I kind of wish she hadn’t
- Claudia (9/5): Top ! Sehr schönes Hotel - Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet! Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr großes Zimmer und Bad mit großer Dusche. Sehr schöne Gestaltung des Innenhofes mit Brunnen. Super Lage zur Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal Rezeption sieht primitiv aus. Auf zwei Tischen Laptop. Viele Leute kamen auf einmal zum Einchecken, da war der Empfang mit zwei Angestellten überfordert. Die Tür zum WC schlägt dermaßen laut zu, hier gehört ein Stopper gemacht. War nicht nur in unserem Zimmer so, dieses Geräusch geht locker durch viele Wände. Frühere Pool Nutzung (gerne vor dem Frühstück) wäre schön

O serviço da receção é muito lento a fazer o checkin/out e obter uma fatura-recibo foi um processo muito demorado. O referido SPA apenas tem um piscina e com tanto espaço poderia ter um turco ou sauna

- Noriko (8/5): スタッフの皆様に感謝 - スタッフのホスピタリティ 立地、施設設備 アメニティの充実 オペレーションに改善の余地 15:00着でチェックインのため受付に並び、部屋に入れたのが15:50でした。ロビーには行列ができていました。また、チェックアウト時、チェックイン希望者のアテンドを同時にしていたため30分待つことになりました。別の宿泊者は、相談事があり、受付電話しても電話に出ないため仕方なく部屋から出てきたと話していて対応が後手になっていました。オペレーションの改善をぜひお願いしたいです。
- Nili (10/5): מלון ייחודי במרכז ההיסטורי של בראגה - מלון יפיפה במרכז ההיסטורי של בראגה עם חנייה. המבנה שלו מאתגר, כי יש בו 123 חדרים וסוויטות, ובעבר הרחוק שימש כבית חולים וכמנזר. העיצוב שלו עתיק, אך לא כבד והוא מודרני לחלוטין. ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת.

In the attached photo church is the center, hotel to the right behind the Braga logo. Located on the edge of the pedestrian zone with a large free, gated parking area. Staff was amazing all around. Room was in the old section of the building. Remodeled and very large. Swimming pools inside and outside. Nice gym for a workout. Beauty everywhere. Everything was PERFECT! If you stay here you will leave feeling relaxed and revigorated. My compliments to the staff and manager.

Desde o momento do check-in, fui recebida com simpatia genuína, profissionalismo e dedicação, que me fizeram sentir verdadeiramente bem-vinda. O quarto superou as expectativas: espaçoso, impecavelmente limpo e decorado com muito bom gosto, criando um ambiente acolhedor e relaxante. A cama era extremamente confortável, garantindo noites de descanso perfeitas após dias de passeios fantásticos. As áreas comuns do hotel são igualmente memoráveis, sempre bem cuidadas e convidativas. Destaco especialmente os jardins, áreas exteriores e o pequeno almoço, que oferecia uma variedade deliciosa de opções frescas e de qualidade — perfeito para começar o dia com energia e boa disposição. Outro ponto alto foi a localização, ideal para explorar a região, permitindo aproveitar ao máximo tudo o que as férias da Páscoa têm para oferecer, numa cidade linda, histórica e que me soube conquistar. Em suma, foi uma experiência maravilhosa que superou largamente as minhas expectativas. Recomendo vivamente este hotel a quem procura conforto, qualidade e um serviço de excelência.
