Ullrich (5/5): Die Unzuverlässigkeit des Technikers (Besitzers) hat den Urlaub negativ beeinflusst. - Gute Lage mitten in der Natur, mit einem wundervollen Blick in das Tramuntana-Gebirge. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Pool nicht gereinigt. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation wurde dies erst nach 9 (!!) Tagen behoben. Ärgerlich: ausgemachte Termine wurden nicht eingehalten und erst auf unsere Nachfrage mehrfach auf den nächsten Tag verschoben. Der Backofen in der Küche hatte keine Kennzeichnung mehr und es gab auch keine Beschreibung dazu. Auch hier, erst nach Tagen eine Reaktion um dann festzustellen, das der Backofen doch defekt ist. Bei 6 Personen war der defekte Backofen ein echter Mangel der bis zum Ende des Urlaubs nicht behoben wurde. Im Haus gab es keinerlei Info-Mappe.
