Michael (5/5): Alles in allem ein knapp befriedigend... - Gute verkehrsgünstige Lage und dennoch abgeschieden. Entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Geschirr und Kochutensilien waren ausreichend vorhanden. Fazit nach einem 10 tägigen Aufenthalt auf der Finca: Der erste Gesamteindruck war ganz gut, mit der Zeit kamen dann jedoch einige störende Dinge in den Blickpunkt die den Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst haben. Die Finca ist ganz klar mallorquinischer Standard, die Türen klappern, die Türgriffe quietschen, Ameisen und anders Ungeziefer finden Wege unter den Türen um ins Haus zu kommen. Die beiden Bäder kann man mit abgenutzt oder veraltet beschreiben. Im Pool lösen sich, vor allem im Treppenbereich die Fliesen. Die vorhandenen 4 Liegen gehören bis auf eine auf den Müll! Bei 2 Liegen, wie man sie vom Strand kennt, sind die Streben unter der Liegefläche gebrochen und man liegt sich den Rücken durch. Die 4. Liege im Bunde habe ich nur einmal angefasst und hatte die Hände weiß vom Kunststoff, die ist so alt das sie sich auflöst. Was wir sehr schade fanden waren die großflächigen Betonflächen im Außenbereich. Während in Deutschland auf eine geringere Flächenversiegelung geachtet wird, ist bei dieser Finca (für mein Empfinden) im großen Stil betoniert worden. Zu Info, dies war unser 3. Aufenthalt auf einer Finca, die beiden vorherigen Finca´s hatten einen höheren Standard.
