• Rosemary (5/5): Spacious warm property to spend a birthday celebration with family. - Property about 1/2km up concreted steep & narrow lane from road. Well stocked village shop for a good walk before breakfast Every morning. €14 of electricity for central heating each day was worth it. Spacious for 4 adults. Quirky crockery sets made in Sőller. Banana tree with hanging bananas in the front garden. Walking and cycling routes from the front door. Renovating building works in neighbours property started 8am to about 3pm. No preparation of property before we arrived- shutters to all windows closed, no heating nor lights on. Key code access only given 15mins before checking in 4pm. Realised oven control switch already broken prior to our meal on our first night, thus unable to eat our prepared meal. New oven installed by owner on our 4th evening, thus incurring restaurant costs of €240 for the 4 of us. Not good enough.

• Billie (9/5): Beautiful villa in a great location . Pool and outdoor area being our favourite spots - Gorgeous property in a beautiful peaceful location . 10 minutes walk (hilly) to Fornalutx and short drive to Soller. Property was spacious and floor plan of main bedroom and bathroom upstairs with other two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs worked well for our family . Whilst we knew at the time of booking - there is no air con at this property . This was the only thing that we would change about this property .

• Aemelia (8/5): Lovely location for peaceful mountain retreat, good size villa, and comfortable stay. - The area and setting in the mountains was really nice, with lots of nature and fresh air. The pool was a great size, and the garden full of colour, with a mix of sun and shade. The beds were very comfortable and overall the area was very relaxing. We used the villa as a base to explore the mountains and we did lots of good walks. The local bus service was very reliable and made easy connection with Soller and Port de Soller. There were a few broken items in the house, including an issue with the oven, a broken juicer, and a leaking toilet. The staff at Homerti were easy to contact and quick to respond, but when the owner visited they didn't care too much about the issues, this made us concerned having paid a damage deposit in advance. There was also no welcome pack, simple extras such as a small amount of toilet paper, a spare bin bag, a little washing-up liquid and cooking oil (even if just for the first night) would have made our review higher; if the owner paid a little more attention to details this would have made us feel welcomed and more relaxed. The walk from the bus was a bit tough with luggage but ok without.
