• Hadzhieva (3/5): Make refresh. - Only the garden. Outside area. ⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS: DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS, POOR HYGIENE, AND RUDE STAFF. ⚠️ OUR STAY AT THIS VILLA WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. THE PROPERTY IS IN A TERRIBLE, NEGLECTED CONDITION — EVERYTHING IS WORN OUT, DIRTY, AND FAR FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. THE FURNITURE IS OLD, THE SOFA IS IN A DISGUSTING STATE, DOORS AND WINDOWS SQUEAK, AND BASIC ESSENTIALS ARE MISSING. THE STAFF WERE RUDE, DISMISSIVE, AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. THEY SHOWED NO RESPECT OR PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIX ANYTHING, THEY KEPT MAKING EXCUSES AND BLAMING US FOR NOT WRITING “ON THE FIRST DAY.” WE DID NOT COME HERE TO SPEND OUR HOLIDAY WRITING EMAILS AND COMPLAINTS — ESPECIALLY WHILE TAKING CARE OF TWO SMALL CHILDREN. THE BED SHEETS WERE OF POOR QUALITY, AND THE SPARE BLANKETS HAD YELLOW STAINS. I EVEN WASHED THEM MYSELF BEFORE USING THEM, AND THE STAINS WERE STILL THERE. THE KITCHEN KNIVES WERE SO BLUNT THEY COULDN’T CUT A TOMATO, AND SOME LIGHT BULBS IN THE KITCHEN WERE BURNED OUT. THE TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN. EVERYTHING IN THIS HOUSE IS OLD, DIRTY, AND BADLY MAINTAINED. WE WERE ALSO ASKED TO PAY A €300 DEPOSIT FOR THIS KIND OF PLACE, WHICH IS ABSURD. THE ONLY NICE THING WAS THE GARDEN, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE WEATHER DIDN’T ALLOW US TO ENJOY IT. I HAVE TAKEN PLENTY OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS THAT WILL BE SHARED ACROSS EVERY POSSIBLE PLATFORM. I COME TO MALLORCA EVERY YEAR, AND THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND ITS MANAGEMENT.
• Reinhold (6/5): Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt mit viel Lift nach Oben. - Die Lage war gut. Vom Bad bis Schlafzimmer alles sollte renoviert oder erneuert werden. Das gilt auch für die Terrassenmöbel. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind zu erneuern.
• Margarida (1/5): - Venho por este meio expressar a minha profunda insatisfação relativamente à estadia na propriedade que aluguei através do Booking. As condições do alojamento estavam muito aquém do anunciado e do esperado, apresentando diversos problemas graves: 1. Falta de limpeza em todas as divisões: a casa encontrava-se suja, com pelos no chão e na casa de banho, e utensílios de cozinha em estado absolutamente deplorável. 2. Câmaras de vigilância no interior da casa, o que representa uma grave violação da privacidade dos hóspedes. 3. Instalação elétrica em péssimas condições, com o quadro a desligar constantemente, tornando a estadia desconfortável e insegura. 4. Piscina suja e bomba avariada, o que fez com que a água ficasse imprópria para utilização em poucos dias. 5. Interior da casa deteriorado, com evidente falta de manutenção. 6. Entradas não autorizadas na propriedade durante a nossa ausência, sem qualquer aviso prévio ou justificação, algo completamente inaceitável. Estas situações representam não só um incumprimento das condições anunciadas no Booking, mas também colocaram em causa a segurança e a privacidade do nosso grupo.

• Susan (4/5): Great when sitting in the garden. - The grounds and pool were lovely The gardeners arriving just after check on our first day and spending 2 hours there. We had been refused early check in so cleaning and maintenance could be completed. They did not let us know they had arrived and just appeared from the shed. They did not introduce themselves or let us know who they were. I let the letting agency know and also complained as I felt the garden should have been done before we arrived. They merely said they were making it nice for us. They returned the same time two days later. The lady gardener sat on a sun lounger by the pool on her phone for around 30 minutes. The villa is badly in need of an update. The bathroom had rust on the taps and the grouting on the tiles both wall and floor was brown in places. The waste bin in the bathroom was broken and there was a broken ornament on show on the shelf. The kitchen did not feel clean. Most of the cutlery you picked up felt sticky. The electric kettle was full of limescale. The bits floated on your coffee. It was unusable. The only cleaning materials were some dishwasher tablets and a bit of washing up liquid. There were no spare bin bags. The mop was broken and dirty. I asked for a new mop and was told (after having to send a picture of the broken one) I could not have one and that cleaning materials were not included in the price. I had to go and buy cloths and cleaning fluid. This seems very odd as you are warned you may lose your deposit if you don’t leave the villa clean. Also the villa was advertised as having two bathrooms. It had one. The other loo was in an outside building and the other shower was I presume a pool shower which was outdoors. There was a very loose electric socket in the bedroom we were staying in. Some of the wardrobes smelt of damp. The doors and window covers were all hard to open and very noisy. The indoors was very disappointing. It felt pointless complaining to the agency while we were there as they just didn’t seem to be interested.
• Vitaly (9/5): Awesome private house with a small garden in a great location! - Great location. Very close to the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants. 30 min walk to the city center. Furniture, equipment, kitchen appliances are heavy weared. A bit dangerous for a little baby (1-2yo) due to a lot of small things kept around the property.
