• Nina (7/5): Prima - Je kan fietsen pakken om over het terrein te fietsen en kan citroenen en sinaasappels plukken uit de bomen. Ze mogen wel is stofzuigen onder het bed en ze zetten geen schoon servies neer in de kamer als je iets hebt gebruikt. Het ontbijt was basic, je kon koffie zelf uit een apparaat halen maar niet bij de bar bestellen zonder betaling. Daarnaast vragen ze je om het met een 10 te beoordelen zodat het gemiddelde hoog blijft, wat wij het totaal niet waard vonden want voor een 10 verwacht je perfectie in alle opzichten. De fitness met 3 apparaten stelt ook niks voor en ze zijn nog bezig met het terras opknappen dus daar miste ook enige sfeer.

• Mark (7/5): Lovely location, nice building, poor furniture in rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. - The setting is beautiful, the pool was nice, despite the weather. The room was poorly equipped for making hot drinks. also, the website states that all the furniture is "finest furnishings and highest comfort". This is very much not the case, the sofa in our room was almost completely unusable, uncomfortable, covered in vinyl, way too small, especially considering how vast the room was, no arm chair also, there is so much opportunity to improve the furnishings because the building is no nice and well executed. Breakfast was ok, but only ok, often the fresh bread ran out because all the cyclists ate it all early in the morning, the toaster was ridiculous, super slow, low capacity there was always loads of people waiting to toast their bread, it would be so easy to install proper toasters - and a few more of them, I cannot believe that the staff in the restaurant cannot see and report this to the management. The coffee was terrible, please get some beans from a good local roaster like Mistral Coffee. Finally, the chickens, why are there chickens roaming around the property waking you up at dawn (0600) EVERY morning, it was impossible to sleep in. It would be acceptable if there were fresh eggs at breakfast every day, but this was not the case. The gym is not a gym, just a couple of cardio machines, there needs to be some free weights as a minimum

• Sabine (9/5): - Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvolles Hotel mit Personal, das einem die Wünsche von den Augen abliest. Obwohl es nicht in den Bergen liegt, hat man einen unglaublichen Weitblick. Das ganze Gelände ist sehr weitläufig. Wenn man abends im Restaurant auf der Terrasse sitzt, kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Restaurant ist nicht überteuert und was wir gegessen haben, war sehr lecker. Ich hatte eine Massage gebucht, die fand statt in einem weißen Zelt auf einer Wiese mit Naturgeräuschen und es war mit die tollste Massage, die ich je hatte. Ich hatte viele andere Bewertungen gelesen und war "vorgewarnt", dass es hier viele Kinder gibt. Ich hatte aber nicht geglaubt, dass es wirklich so ist. Vielleicht lag es an den Herbstferien, aber es waren auch viele nicht schulpflichtige dabei. Wer Adults Only-ähnliche Verhältnisse wünscht, wird hier nicht fündig. Wir waren auch als erholungssuchendes Paar dort und hätten es ohne Matze, Lili und Anton auf der Nachbarterrasse oder im Restaurant noch etwas romantischer gefunden. Aber insgesamt war es trotzdem sehr schön und die Kinder sehr nett. Und: Sonntags, also an unserem letzten Tag, hatte das Restaurant geschlossen. Das fanden wir sehr schade, da es dort sehr schön und lecker war und nichts anderes fußläufig in der Nähe zu erreichen ist.

Rezeption) wirklich extrem freundlich, Preise der Selbstbedienungs-Bar sowie des Essens absolut in Ordnung. Haben einmal zu Abend gegessen im Hotel - Plumba iberica höchst empfehlenswert. Lage für Ausflüge auch sehr gut, wobei es sich auch gut im Hotel aushalten lässt :-) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und werden dieses Hotel unseren Bekannten wärmstens empfehlen. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Um Ei-Gerichte beim Frühstück zu bestellen, muss man manchmal etwas proaktiv auf das recht beschäftigte Personal zugehen. Salzstreuer im Restaurant haben teilweise nicht richtig funktioniert.

Amabilité du personnel Localisation centrale de l’hôtel qui permet un rayonnement par de bonnes routes. La piscine non chauffée reste froide. Nous ne l’avons pas trouvée plus chaude que la mer.
• Sofie (8/5): - Het was onze huwelijksreis dus ze hebben onze kamer fijn versierd. Het personeel was vriendelijk, en de locatie prachtig. Voor ons was het ontbijt ook in orde, alsook het diner bij het hotel. Hoewel het personeel enorm vriendelijk was, waren ze soms wat nonchalant maar dit kan een gebrek in opleiding zijn. Als je een lichte slaper bent zou ik ook oordopjes aanraden voor de hanen die kraaien, maar dat heeft ergens zijn charme. Daarbij waren er veel jonge koppels met kinderen, dus het was niet volledig een rustoord, maar daar kan het hotel niet aan doen.
• Anna (10/5): Traumhafte Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal - Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Sa Franquesa Nova, das Personal war sehr nett, die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gibt alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht, und die Lage ist perfekt, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Was man beachten muss sind die vielen Familien mit Kleinkindern, das stört aber nicht, weil es genug Raum für alle gibt - sei es am Pool oder im Restaurant. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

• Caroline (9/5): Excellent stay, would go back for sure. - Dinner was delicious. Spa treatments were fantastic. The whole place is beautiful and super peaceful which is just what I was after. Breakfast also great, although see below for my comment about coffee! The coffee! There were three different machines and unfortunately the quality of the coffee in all of them is poor. I would highly recommend just putting out large pots of filter coffee at breakfast rather than the machines as the quality would be so much better. Also, the gym is very small which is fine, but you could maybe add some more weights.

• Michele (9/5): Mooi hotel op rustige prachtige locatie! - Heel mooi hotel op een rustige en prachtige locatie. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en hartelijk. Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en gevarieerd! Lunch is ook lekker. Ik zou het zeker aanraden als je op zoek bent naar een echte hotel - ervaring op een locatie van waaruit je veel kan doen. Als je meer op zoek bent naar een agroturismo in een huiselijke sfeer, dan is dit eerder een echt hotel. Hangt ervan af wat je zoekt natuurlijk! Niets op aan te merken, enkel het avondeten vonden wij niet super: het is handig in het hotel te kunnen eten en je hebt veel keuze maar er zijn betere plekken op Mallorca om te eten (wij aten er 2 keer). Verder alles in orde!

• Florian (8/5): Sehr gute aber sehr schwere Mankos - Schöne und saubere Anlage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Großer und sauberer Swimmingpool. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Willkommensdrink und die ersten Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank gehen aufs Haus. Reichhaltiges aber manchmal jedoch lieblos aufbereitetes Frühstuck. Sehr gute Abendkarte. Viele Tiere wie Hühner und Zebras auf der Anlage. Größtes Manko des Hotels ist der ungenießbare Kaffee (falls man ihn so nennen kann) aus dem Vollautomaten beim Frühstück. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal nach einem Kaffee aus dem Siebträger wurde eine Möglichkeit verneint, da es zu viel Aufwand bedeuten würde. Auch auf Bezahlung ist dies nicht möglich. Leider schaffen dies auch andere Hotels. Zweites großes Manko waren die vielen Kinder beim Pool bei unserem Aufenthalt. Es gibt nichts gegen Kinder einzuwenden aber wenn Eltern und der Bademeister den Kindern den ganzen Nachmittag ohne Einhalt erlauben rumzuschreien und in den Pool zu springen und dort rumzuplantschen passt das nicht zum Relax Image des Hotels. Ein Großteil der Gäste war deswegen verstimmt. Eine Entspannung war kaum möglich. Leider gewichten die Mankos so schwer dass ein weiterer Aufenthalt nicht mehr im Raum steht.

Der Weg zu den Parkplätzen von den Suiten ist mit einem großen Auto O.k. zu erreichen, mit einem Kleinwagen eher schwierig bzw. unpraktisch, da auf dem Weg sehr große Steine und Schotter liegen

• Ghislain (6/5): This should be a sensational property but it is not ...... - A stunning finca location in the heart of Mallorca away from the beaches and tourists surrounded by the hotel's vineyards and olive trees. A lovely large swimming pool is set in the centre of the property looking out across the beautiful countryside. Unfortunately for a four star property it just didn't hit the stars. We stayed in a suite which were all located in a separate block away from the property. All the suites were next to each other with their seating area in front of each cottage, which meant there was not much privacy as everyone walked past. Size wise the room was fine with it's own bedroom and living room, but it was void of any luxury. There was one picture hanging in the living room - the rest of the property bare white walls. No mini bar. No products to put in the bath. A kettle that would look happy in a Holiday Inn. It's the little things that matter ... the worse part of our stay was the restaurant. Breakfast was great, no grumbles, but lunch would have been better at Holiday Inn. For lunch it was burgers, pasta, pizza or salad. The pizzas and burgers were frozen, and the salad dressing from a bottle. Very disappointing. Dinner was better but certainly not to four star standard. One silver lining - their own white wine was very good. Finally, the reception staff: we only visited for three nights so came by taxi & planned two dinners in the local town Manacor to visit friends who live there. We asked if they could arrange taxis and they just shrugged saying it was very difficult to organise .. so we organised ourselves through our local friends. Overall: this should be a sensational property but it is not ......

• Vivian (10/5): Wunderschöner, liebevoller Ort zum Runterkommen! - Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels - sehr ruhig, sauber, perfekt zum Runterkommen. Es war traumhaft idyllisch. Die kleine, familienfreundliche Anlage ist mit viel Liebe gepflegt, und von jedem Punkt aus genießt man eine wunderschöne, weite Sicht, besonders abends beim Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf die Weinfelder. Die Zimmer sind genau so schön und liebe eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer freundlich, bemüht und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Wirklich jeder Einzelne hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein - vom Gärtner, Reinigungs- und Servicekräfte bis zum Rezeptionpersonal! Auch die anderen Urlauber inklusive Kinder waren nett und zuvorkommend, was die Atmosphäre zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Auch zu betonen: Essen war sehr lecker, mit einer tollen Auswahl, dazu guter Wein und ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! :) Ein besonderes Highlight waren die Tiere auf dem Fincagelände: die süßen Katzen, die Hühner und natürlich die Zebraesel, die dem Ganzen eine besondere Stimmung geben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! <3 Es gibt wirklich kaum etwas zu meckern und unsere Anmerkungen sind marginal. Dennoch wäre es schön gewesen ein Kaffeemöglichkeit/Kaffeemaschine direkt im Zimmer zu haben. Außerdem hätte das Servicepersonal im Restaurant etwas schneller und aufmerksamer sein können. Sie waren aber immer sehr bemüht und freundlich!Insgesamt aber nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt getrübt hat!

• ELODY (10/5): - Les chambres sont grandes, très bien équipées. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Je n’ai pas aimé le dîner. La paella noir n’était pas bonne trop salé, les crevettes semblaient surgelés. On en a mange dans des restaurants pour moins cher et nettement meilleur. Les pâtes étaient trop cuites et la sauce à la crème quelconque. On n’a pas pris le poisson je pense qu’il aurait été meilleur. On a demandé la spécialité à la sobrasada et à 19h30 iln’y en a avait plus. Dommage

• Nicole (10/5): - Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir können nur die Suite beurteilen und diese war großzügig geschnitten, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Aber was das Hotel wirklich ausmacht, sind die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bekommt von uns eine 10 von 10 und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Lage: Ein Auto zu haben ist von Vorteil Summa summarum: Wir kommen definitiv wieder, aber außerhalb der Ferien ;-)

Die Lage ist traumhaft idyllisch, das gesamte Anwesen strahlt unglaublich viel Charme aus und bietet die perfekte Umgebung zum Abschalten. Alles wirkt unkompliziert und entspannt, sodass man sich sofort willkommen und wohlfühlt. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen! Mekern auf sehr hohem Niveau: Der Service am Abend dürfte etwas aufmerksamer sein ansonsten wirklich alles super!

• Enrico (10/5): Für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Für uns eine der besten Fincas und wir - Die Unterkunft war wirklich außergewöhnlich und wunderschön. Vom Empfang bis zu den Zimmern hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Schon beim Empfang wurden wir bestens Willkommen geheißen mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk und den wichtigsten Informationen. Danach wurde uns unsere Unterkunft gezeigt, welche sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet war. Für uns gab es hier keinen negativen Aspekt. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Terrasse mit zwei separaten Liegen, sowie Tisch und Stühlen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Blick von der Terrasse, über den Pool und die dahinter kommende Landschaft. Auch zu erwähnen ist das Personal und der Service, welcher immer wirklich alles gegeben hat und versucht hat es einen Recht zu machen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen definitiv wieder! Wenn ich die negativen Bewertungen wegen zu lauter Kinder lese könnte ich echt zu viel kriegen, denn die am Pool sich aufregenden Leute waren meistens Deutsche Urlauber, die aber nach Ihrem dritten Aperol Spritz die Kinder von der Lautstärke weit übertönt haben. Dieses ständige „boah die Kinder nerven“, „ wann können die Kinder mal einen Mittagsschlaf machen“ blablabla. Prinzipiell bucht euch ein Adults Only Hotel wenn euch Kinder so stören! Kein Kind der Welt kann was dafür, wenn Ihr eventuell in eurer Kindheit zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit bekommen habt und auf die in eurer mitlive krises nicht klar kommt!

• Williams (10/5): Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful. - What a lovely place to spend a week in Mallorca. The hotel is set on a very large estate full of olive trees and surrounded by miles of countryside as far as the eye can see. The rooms are spacious and clean and everything works as it should. The pool is large and never too busy. It is not particularly deep at any point so good for families, and there was a lifeguard present during the day. The breakfasts are beautiful and the restaurant food is very good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole place has a lovely peaceful vibe. I would really recommend this hotel as a lovely place to stay. Nothing really - it's about a 30 minute drive to the nearest beach so you will definitley need a car.
• Noemí (10/5): Una vez más, una estancia de 10 - Era la segunda vez que íbamos, esta vez con un bebé. En esta ocasión estuvimos en una de las suites, maravillosa. En cuanto al personal, limpieza y confort, lo encontramos una vez más de 10 , y lo que mejoró, que incluso vemos en las fotos de hace dos años, fue el aspecto del césped sobretodo y la vegetación…estaba todo muy bien cuidado. Otra punto positivo que vimos fue que ahora puedes comer en el restaurante, no tiene una carta demasiado amplia pero sobra para comer algo, antes solo era cena y desayuno (excepto los domingos que solo hay desayuno). Lugar perfecto para desconectar y conectar … Como sugerencia aunque se lo dijimos a los trabajadores del restaurante, hay gatitos por todo el recinto que por las noches acuden al restaurante. No tengo nada en contra de los animales, de hecho me encantan y tengo, pero sí que tuvimos una experiencia un poco agridulce con ellos. Estando mi hija en la trona sentada, la arañaron los pies. A mí se me subieron varias veces pidiendo comida también y vi cómo se subían en alguna mesa de otros clientes. Realmente la culpa de que esto ocurra es porque los mismos clientes les dan comida, por lo que es normal que los animales acudan.. pero creo que hay límites que no deben pasarse.. de hecho vi a alguno que se cruzaba delante de algún camarero y tropezándose , supongo que para ellos tampoco es agradable trabajar así.

• Marc (10/5): Wundervolle Oase mit Weitsicht! - Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, aber das ist in Mallorca ja sowieso der Fall. Dafür hat man bei der Ankunft im Hotel das Gefühl man ist in einer anderen Welt. Überall sind Zitronenbäume, Hühner laufen frei herum und die Weitsicht ist der Wahnsinn. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zwei Punkte waren zwar nicht schlimm, hätten aber zu einem noch schöneren Erlebnis geführt wenn sie etwas besser gewesen wären: 1. WLAN dürfte schneller sein, da man praktisch keinen Empfang hatte ansonsten übers Handynetz. 2. Während den ersten 5 Tagen war die Anlage sehr ruhig. Dies änderte sich jedoch als in der zweiten hälfte praktisch nur noch Familien mit zwischen 1 und 3 Kinder im Hotel waren. Entsprechend laut wurde es dann auf der Anlage und vor allem am Pool wurde konnte man nicht mehr relaxen. Uns ist Bewusst das es kein Adults Only Hotel ist. Entsprechend kann auch das Hotel nichts dafür. Deshalb auch die Gesamtbewertung 10! Im Grossen und ganzen war es wundervoll im Hotel!

Oltre ad essere un posto meraviglioso, ciò che di più conta per noi è la gentilezza e la professionalità di tutte le persone che lavorano in struttura. È stato come tornare a casa! La colazione e il ristorante propongono una cucina davvero ottima, e i camerieri sono tutti super gentili. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. La zona in cui si trova l’hotel è comoda per chi vuole tenersi aperte tutte le possibilità per girare tutta l’isola, perché si trova in una zona abbastanza centrale. Sicuramente la posizione è perfetta sé si vuole stare in mezzo alla natura, nella più totale tranquillità! Insomma tutto perfetto!!
