Chris Luwa (1/5): Lieber nicht. - - der Garten ist schön - es war alles dreckig -es hat gerochen - die Spülmaschine war verschimmelt - Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser dreckig Wir sind um kurz vor Mitternacht angekommen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, weil der Boiler nicht eingeschaltet war. Warmes Wasser hatten wir somit erst am nächsten Tag. Die Unterkunft hat nach Schimmel gerochen und alles war dreckig. Die Schwämme in der Küche waren auch so dreckig, dass wir nicht mal irgendwas sauber machen konnten. Wir haben dies gleich nach Ankunft reklamiert via Mail und um Lösung bis 11 Uhr gebeten. Ich war den ganzen Tag damit beschäftigt, mit Booking und der Verwaltung des Hauses zu schreiben. Der Eigentümer kam dann um 17:30 Uhr. Er fand das Verhalten von uns sehr deutsch musste aber eingestehen, dass das kein Standard ist. Wir durften dann ausziehen und haben ein Hotel gebucht. Leider ist dadurch 1 von 5 Urlaubstagen hops gegangen. Wir haben den Preis vollständig erstattet bekommen, was noch positiv anzumerken ist.
thorsten (1/5): - Es war dreckig, Dusche stand voll mit alten Schampoflaschen usw..Es war kalt. Eine Heizung im Erdgeschoß reicht nicht aus , im ein ausgekühltes Haus auf erträgliche Temperaturen zu bringen. Wasser war kalt, da Stromausfall durch brennende Sicherung. Hausverwaltung war aber sehr freundlich und bemüht das Problem des Stromausfalls zu lösen. Wir sind ausgezogen
