- Руслан (8/5): Good - The villa looks just like in the photos. It is spacious, cozy, and quite modern. Inside, there is a good kitchen with quality appliances. The grill area definitely needs improvement, as it is practically nonexistent. I would recommend the hosts to make it at least properly equipped. Overall, this area looks poorly maintained — there are old, dirty cushions that should be replaced. Also, the bathroom door needs to be fixed, and the guest towels should be replaced as they are very old.

It has a great kitchen with everything you need. It has a well-maintained and beautiful tropical garden. Juan Carlos is a wonderful and dedicated host. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended.

- Ruslan (10/5): Exceptional - Just perfect, very authentic and modern the same time. Nice garden, pool, area around villa. all you need in the kitchen. The parking on the street always available and free. 15 mins to Palma and 40 min to Alcudia, Soller and other towns by car, very convenient.

- Luca (10/5): Really wonderful - The structure is wonderful and very clean, the owner is very helpful for everything With about 1 hour you can reach all the best place in mallorca thanks to the central position of the house There is a little piece of street that is ruined enough but really nothing to worry about
- Anthony (9/5): just what the body and mind needed to relax and enjoy our time in Palma de Mallorca - everything was really as expected if not better. The owner was exceptionally nice and the house very romantic and beautifully decorated. Plus, had a playstation for the kid too and a Ping Pong table... very unique The only thing that we didn't like.... but this was in general in the area.. were the mosquitos... they were killer mosquitos... kids were eaten up alive every night unfortunately.
