I was never bored between the music playing, the beach and navigating the places to eat/drink around the area. I like to beach comb and walk and the area is made for that. I’d def stay again and will.

• Natividad (8/5): - Lugar muy precioso, limpio y seguro. Staff muy amable. Se nos quedó un celular en la habitación y lo recuperaron y guardaron hasta que fuimos a buscarlo. Lo único incómodo es que al quedar en el segundo piso de un restaurante, hay mucho ruido al cerrar el mismo cuando están realizando la limpieza. Por lo demás lo recomiendo para un fin de semana espectacular y tranquilo. Las opciones de comida alrededor no ofrecen desayuno por lo que hay que salir y el estacionamiento en un poco complicado.
• Charles (10/5): Very beachy with a party vibe - Found this place at the last minute and it worked out great. Close to Cabo Rojo and good for the area. Great beach with good eats around and right at Annie's. The shower water pressure was the only bad thing. Hot water heater on the line so it just trickled out. Otherwise we were very happy. Close to the Pink salt flats and the Rojo lighthouse. Traveling to buye bay beach was amazing. Combate is good but buye is the best ever. Clear and like a bathtub with zero waves.

• Serkan (2/5): - We are so lucky because we had refrigerator * No hot water for shower * No cleaning * No front desk * No Fresh Towels * No Trash Service I really disappointed in there because every day I have to wait 2 hours for fresh towels , room isn’t good condition noisy, dirty , even isn’t possible hot water for shower every time , when you go outside of room the restaurant which is same owned with room has huge trash dumpster and smells unbelievable, if you want to eat something at restaurant( same owner ) you don’t have any exclusivity you should wait min 30 min and they employees talking , laughing with laudest voice you can hear them In conculation I don’t recommend this , if you want to try your chance it up to you

We booked balcony rooms as shown on the photos via Expedia and received no balcony rooms (makes a world of difference at this property!). Owner's were the most accommodating and made the balcony rooms available to us (extra charge added to Expedia $ - NOT the owners problem! Expedia add is misleading) Advice: Book directly with the property owners. You are not saving money booking via Expedia

• RAFAEL (10/5): Passover Weekend at Annie’s - Amazing location at steps from Combate beach and pier. The in house restaurant is excelente and the attendants particularly Gabriela provides an outstanding service. Although the area has a great night life, the room we had was very quiet and confortable. The check it service with the attendant was spotless and timely.

SHE WAS A HIGE ASSET DURING MY 4 DAY STAY , EVERYONE @ ANNIES TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY , WILMA MY SERVER FOR 3 DAYS WENT ABOVE & BEYOND IN ACCOMMODATING ALL MY REQUESTS LIKE A WAS A LONG TIME FRIEND , THANK YOU BOTH FOR MAKING THIS TRIP A FULFILLING / RELAXING EXPERIENCE.

Parking is on the first floor of the house and staff is onsite to help you get to the spot. It was a very busy beach and the noise is loud until about 11.15 PM. The garbage dumpster is in the front door so there is some smell but not too much as you stay in the back of the house..

• Rosemarie (4/5): - The property would work for 1-2 nights is horrible for extended stay. There is no staff present and no real contact person. The TV and internet were down we were only given 2 large towels and if you need clean ones you had to go to the restaurant downstairs with your dirty towels to receive more you are right on the beach but you cant go into restaurant wet the attendant at restaurant with the pink hair is rude. The only redeeming factor about my stay was the parking attendant for the restaurant she couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating if it had not been for her allowing us to park in her blocked parking spots we would have had to park 3 blocks away she also allowed us to borrow her lawn chairs as this property did not provide beach towels or chairs even being located on the beach
• Veronika (8/5): - This spot is unique who likes gorgeous wild beach. The restaurant is great (location/food/stuff/clean). Hotel is located on the top of the restaurant, it is 4 rooms only on the 2nd floor, very close to the bar (literally next door). Rooms are clean and it was a safe an enjoyable stay. I never had check-in/ check-out, key left in the door (worked really well, cos i arrived at 3 am), just spoke with girls from restaurant and got fresh towels. Cleaning at additional cost - $40.
• Mario (8/5): Oct 2021 - Struggled with check-in since the bar was closed for remodeling. Contacting the owners was also a hassle, after knocking on room doors and calling multiple times we were finally able to get ahold of the management. There was also some construction going on, so it was a little noisy in the mornings. Aside from the struggle at first the room was amazing, we had a great time.

• Roberto (6/5): Attention - Horrible to get parking, the lighting in the bathroom very poor, the shower dirty, the entrance to the rooms dirty, with a bad smell and many flies since the garbage container gives to the rooms. The entrance door to the room is very noisy, every time the guest enters, he pulls the door. In short, the point for access to the beach is very good, the restaurant excellent food. But the points that I mentioned above have to be worked on urgently
• Cielo (6/5): Good location - not confortable beds - Very good location ... in front of the beach ... Only two things that I will say were not good ... the mattress was terrible and no odor extractor in the bathroom ... We bought an inflatable mattress to be able to sleep and be comfortable .

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This property was super clean, smelled fresh, which is my number one priority on a place to stay. great room decorations and comfortable. The only down side was there was no specific parking for hotel guests. We had to park in surrounding areas, which was hard as ut is a busy local area and restaurant. So we parked where we would fu d space, walk, then had to go late to change the car to a closer parking space. The bed was not very comfortable and the shower water flow was weak, so took longer to wash my long, curly hair. But not a deal breaker for a fun, beach weekend. Also, the staff was very nice.

Other than that, it’s a nice, updated, comfortable room. Just watch stubbing your toe on the step into the bathroom! I think I broke my toe.

The area to access the room was really dirty and smelly. The restaurant was amazing, along with the staff. The beach area, really pretty and has many accesible restaurants and bars.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - There was no parking other than down about 2 blocks, the room was clean and we were booked for 8 nights, no communication, one roll of toilet paper, three towels, but the restaurant down below had great food, and it was a great view on the other side right on the ocean, the stairs leading to the rooms was right wherevthe kitchen door was where they dumped their dirtyvwater and who knows what else...nevertheless we left early and chalked it up as a loss and got another hotel

Just at the entrance of the beach so the location couldn't be better. The food at the restaurant is very good also. Very important to know; this place does not have a reception desk 24/7 (the reception is at the restaurant and has restaurant hours).

• Verified traveler (4/5): No front desk. Hard to check in and out. - Beach front hotel. Good restaurant under the rooms. But they open from 10am. If you wanna eat breakfast early , you need to go to the combate beach resort hotel which is 5 mins away from this hotel. No front desk. You need to go to the restaurant and find someone available to check you in. The restaurant is always very popular and busy . You will need some patience and luck to check in and out. If you want your room to clean you need to pay 25dollares additional when you check in. We stayed room #2. One night I felt water drop on my face. It was rainy day. My pillow got wet. I could not sleep until my husband put some paper on the ceiling panel. I was gonna call to the emergency number but it was a new year eve so I did not bother anyone.. So I am writing this review hoping the hotel will fix the problem. It locates such a wonderfull beach. Please make a front desk for the hotel guest in the future and fix the shower and air conditioner.

What an awesome way to enjoy some of your time on this Earth 🌏 Go to Annie’s Place & buy the senior man who parks the cars and controls the parking beers at night if you want some extra special treatment. What a great and friendly man!!!!! He made our stay over the top!!!!
