- Karin (8/5): - Excellent location and service of the staff. Cute Hotel and includes breakfrast. We stayed in the "yellow" room. It's spacious and overlooks the parking lot and the street. It has a refrigerator and a place to hang clothes. What it needs is a mirror, so you can get up close and have good lighting all around. The cold-water handle on the sink kept coming loose, and on the second day, the bathroom smelled like sewage.

- Jennifer (10/5): - The staff were super friendly and patient with us as our Spanish is quite primitive. The room was clean and the AC was cold, just how we like it. The lot guys were very attentive to ensure we always had a spot and guided us into spaces when it was tight. The servers at the restaurant were friendly and prompt. They also have the cutest shop inside with trinkets and other souvenirs to purchase as well and regret not buying anything. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, we'll be back đ
- Bessy (10/5): - I absolutely loved my time at Cinco Hotel. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful. The first night I slept 10 hours. The location is ideal. I arrived via bus and the station is about a block away, less than a 5-minute walk. I was also able to walk to multiple restaurants, shopping centers, and museums. The health store on site was a game changer and the restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious and it is so healthy that I felt fantastic as a result. The included breakfast was a la carte with delicious options. My favorite part was how amazing the staff was. I felt looked after and cared for. I am definetely returning whenever I need a break.

We landed late so I reached out to them for transportation from the airport to the hotel and they were very accommodating. They had someone pick us up in a nice air conditioned vehicle. The location was convenient to good restaurants, the mall, museum, and short uber to main attractions. The ladies who worked there were very nice and quick to use translation when they didn't speak English well. I also used translation quite a bit. Only problem and reason I can't give 5 stars is because we had a roof leak during our stay. They were eager to fix it but we weren't there long and just dealt with it until we left. They did everything to make us comfortable though.

- John (10/5): - This is an attractive, eco-friendly Bed and Breakfast facility, in the heart of the Zona Rosa - a part of the city that has many excellent restaurants, shopping opportunities, and very safe. There is a little health food store on premises and a good restaurant. Our room was comfortable, large, with great hot water shower, and excellent maid service. a great place to stay for a reasonable cost.

I also love that they have a small market and restaurant onsite that serves healthy dishes! The room was somewhat dated but it was clean and had enough space. Also our room said garden view, the view was of a wall with three plants. Hotel sits close to a major street and itâs loud. You can also hear everything because of the small building. The only plus is the beautiful restaurant and shops.

The beds are very comfortable as well. Opportunities: There is only 1 place to hang your towel, and there are no shelves in the bathroom. They have a basket with toilet paper over the toilet which makes it hard to flush. The room also needs more outlets, the public spaces need more tables and chairs.

The great breakfast selection is a mix of typical Salvadoran and international dishes. There is a pretty little tropical garden. Lots of eateries and shops in walking distance. By the number of bites I ended up with I would have to disagree. Those bugs traveled back with me and it took almost 2 weeks to finally stop getting bitten. Other than that the place was nice

- Vanity (8/5): - Loved this property. Its right next to the new google building which had more security than usual so it made it feel safe. So many restaurant options and the restaurants inside the property are so lovely. The jungle like dining area really made it feel like a luxury vacation. The only issue I had was with the shower. Hardly any hot water and the shower head wasnt the best but other than that i highly recommend this property to anyone!

The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and bambĂș center plaza. Cinco Hotel is a great option if you do not want to stay at a regular hotel atmosphere. We wanted to feel like we were in El Salvador and this hotel is the perfect spot for that. They pack you breakfast's if you have to take it with you. They also have a Japanese tea place inside the hotel; that we liked very much.
- Natasha (8/5): - A beautifully clean hotel with great facilities. The included breakfast was particularly good, with a range of choices available. Our room (anarajado) was spacious and peaceful, even though it was closest to the street and hotel entrance. The bathroom was modern but the shower struggled to deliver hot water. The WiFi connection in the room was great, but didn't seem to be available in the common areas of the hotel. The kitchen upstairs was available for guest use which was very helpful, although it would be nice if tea was available (stated on website). Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again if in San Salvador.

The one thing that I have to mention is that our room had a very spotty warm shower. The front desk was really attentive and tried to have maintenance fix it right away. It got warm once, and the rest of the time it was cold. We didnât really mind since we were only there for two days. But, overall we would come back and stay there again.

- Shaliyah (10/5): Sheer perfection - Cinco hotel exceeded all expectations. The photos does not do it justice. As soon as you step onto the property, your nervous system is de-stressed. The tranquil garden is unique and calming. If the rest of El Salvador wasn't so interesting, I would have spent all my time in Cinco's garden. The staff are extremely helpful, providing excellent service and advice, and organising our tours. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day to a high standard. Facilites are unrivaled and the food was delicious. The on-site health store was too tempting, selling original and organic products. I would stay at Cinco Hotel again on my next trip. Sheer perfection.

Service was great and they gave us breakfast to go even though we were leaving too early for breakfast hours. Their merchandise and boutique were very good as well and I admittedly spent more than I should. Wanted to stay longer. Only downside is that hot water is limited at night.

Dennyâs is across the street and the night life is extensive. Everything is a short ride to get to and uber is cheap.

- AlejandrainChrist (10/5): I enjoyed staying here - Cinco Hotelâs Soya restaurant area is like a Botanical Garden with the peaceful sound of running water and lush plants. The complimentary breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice and very delicious capuccino coffee. I had the granola with yogurt and fruit which I really enjoyed. The dinner menu is filled with healthy organic options and not too expensive. I had read that they were slow, so I just asked what was a quick option and the â bowlâ took less than 5 minutes and it was truly delicious. I had âGuanaco Bowlâ one day and âKi-Noa Bowlâ the next day. I found the room comfortable. Iâve read that the âblancaâ room was noisy, but thatâs the room they gave me and I found that it was quiet. I had no issues with that room, except I killed a couple of mosquitos that had sneaked in. The staff is always smiling and very friendly. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Making you feel at home since the moment you get there and having a kitchenette with a coffee maker lets you wake up at any time and enjoy a delicious cup of hot coffee. Restaurant is INCREDIBLE very tasty and clean. Only place Id like to stay at when coming back to San Salvador.

The included breakfast was delicious and the scenery in the common areas was amazing. The staff reached out to us after making the reservation which was a month earlier to see if we had any needs for our stay. We informed them that we would need help to arrange transportation to the airport. Prior to checking out Amparo, reconfirmed our needs and we were on our way. We were so pleased with our stay that we booked a return visit next year! We canât wait to return!

- Anthony (10/5): Little Paradise - This a cute boutique hotel. It is a hidden gem. Breakfast is included and you have ina. Little jungle garden. The rooms are very nice. A little small but very comfortable. It is very well located walking distance to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and a dollar store for any items you might need. Also at this hotel they have a little organic grocery store and souvenir store.
- Edgar (10/5): - As a tourist in my own country, I needed to find a central location where I could be close to family and still get around town. The hotel is very clean, the room spacious but what I enjoyed the most was the friendly service and laid back atmosphere. Whether youâre in San Salvador, for Business or Pleasure, this hotel is a very inexpensive alternatives to the big chains and you get a lot more room and privacy for your buck. I was sad the other days I needed werenât available but I was happy I found this little gem to decompress and get rid of my jet lag. Iâll stay there again⊠for sure!

- Loyda (10/5): - Great little hotel with great food, and a very cute sitdown area to eat! Location is great dor communiting to major shopping centers and perfect to walk around to near fast food areas and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the country. I was travelling alone and felt safe at night, i had access to wifi so i could get some work done on my laptop.
- Scott (10/5): Near everything - The front desk person was very informative about all the hotel.The hotel is perfect location front everything in the city.The only thing we did not find atractive was the breadfast they offerd.But the place were it takes place is really relaxing .

- Bruce (10/5): Excellent Hotel in San Salvador - My wife and I stayed one night. We checked in early and was able to explore area. There are countless restaurants and three malls are nearby. The hotel is small, but absolutely beautiful. Our room was spacious and very clean. Service was excellent and the breakfast in the garden was a stunning and refreshing. The breakfast was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

They also have laundry service and a restaurant. The place always has security and everyone is helpful. I love how boho and earthy this hotel. When I come back to El Salvador I will be staying here. In the heart of restaurants and clubs too. I highly recommend staying here.
