- amirh601 (2/5): Terrible experience. - Terrible experience I was there on Labor Day weekend with my girlfriend came from Colorado we checked in Sunday 3 PM. We decided to go out. Came back home at 1 AM. Went to bed. Woke up at 2:30am shower was overflowing and toilet was Clogged. 7:30 AM two guys from maintenance came and they tried unclogging the shower in the toilet for almost 2 hours, but no luck we had to leave waiting for a manager to contact me. I tried calling no luck

- Paula Jean (10/5): - This place was incredible. So clean with modern amenities and stylish furnishings. Bed and pillows were almost better than home. After 4 very full days of touring sometimes 12+ hours, what a welcoming bed to sleep in. The AC was quiet, the room was dark, really quiet. Super convenient to walk around the Main street in Hyannis. Felt safe even at night. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Also walking distance to the Hy Line Ferry,which we rode to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Staff was super friendly. The pool was immaculate, nice option being indoors in case of weather changes. Would highly recommend.

- kbranthoover (2/5): Staff is Terrible - We stayed for 2 nights over the past weekend and had a terrible experience with the staff at this hotel. We encountered a maintenance issue our first evening, which happens- I get it. Go down to the check in desk and they don’t have any housekeeping or maintenance staff on duty. We are told they will come first thing in the morning to clean the mess. In the morning we leave for breakfast, and when we return we have fresh towels so we assume they must have cleaned as well per our request. We leave again for a few more hours, and when we return I go to the bathroom to take a shower. While I am in the shower housekeeping comes knocking on our door insisting they clean the bathroom “right now because we are leaving”. The person I am staying with tries to tell her “no. Someone is using the bathroom to shower” housekeeping is not taking no for an answer and continues to try and let herself into our room to clean the bathroom. After who I am with says “no” many more times she finally leaves. When I am finished I went down to the front desk to tell them of the situation and that housekeeping could come back. I am told “this is a language barrier and now housekeeping has left for the day” 1. “No” is a universally understood word and trying to let yourself into our room while someone is in the shower is at the very least, an EXTREME invasion of privacy and inappropriate 2. As the front desk staff told me that housekeeping was gone, the housekeeping staff who tried to let herself into my room was not gone because she walked into office. Front desk staff lied to my face then did not say anything when housekeeping walked in. This again was all because of a maintenance issue we did not cause. The room itself after that issue was fine, but the staff that works here was unprofessional, not understanding, and did not give much effort for accommodation or trying to help solve the problem. I’d never stay here again for this situation alone.

Walking distance to all of downtown Hyannis and the Harbor Housecleaning. You must alert front desk by 10a for them to clean it same day. You won’t know what time it’s being cleaned, so it can leave you having to find something to do

- Catherine (10/5): - The desk clerk was phenomenal! We got stranded in Hyannis - due to hurricane Erin we couldn’t get a ferry to Nantucket. Found this hotel on Expedia and booked it - I thought for the night we needed - turned out I accidentally booked it for the next night. When we arrived and I was told the booking wasn’t until the next night, the desk clerk found us a room for that night, gave us a discount, and assured us if we got stranded another night we would be in the same room and wouldn’t have to move. The room was clean, and quite larger than I would have thought. While experience with the Hyannis Inn was so pleasant in such a stressful situation.

There is a bar in front of the property that opened this summer. The Hyannis Inn is also close to the harbor Island boats. The property is near everything.

While the problem was EVENTUALLY remedied, nothing negates the horrible attitudes of this motels personnel. The motel films everything at the front desk. Let em post the full & unedited video of the interaction. If you have no need for interaction with personnel, the motel accommodations themselves are adequate.

- Marina (2/5): - This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom ceiling had huge disgusting stains, and the sink was clogged from the moment we arrived. We immediately reported it, but the staff completely ignored our request. The next day, the toilet also became clogged. It took over two hours for anyone to fix it, during which time we could not use the bathroom at all. This delay caused us to be late for an important event. The combination of unsanitary conditions and poor maintenance made this stay a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale apartments in 2026. I hope not because we would love to return for another stay.

- Curt (8/5): - The pool area is extremely hot, not enjoyable even my room on the second floor the door that would go down to the pool. You can feel the heat as soon as you get in the hallway as I am a contractor I would suggest instead of having all fixed panels of glass, you should have windows or sliding doors. They can open up. Also the blue all around the pool just falls in it if you even touch it slightly.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not planning on returning - The room was dirty, i.e. floors and walls and the window blinds were broken. We've stayed here numerous time this was the first time we experienced such an unclean room. I will say to pros was the woman who checked us in was very personable and hot water pressure in the shower was very good

- Colleen (4/5): - We were very disappointed in this stay. We opted for this Inn because it had an excellent rating. The bed was very uncomfortable. The TV and one of the lights did not work. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The floor lamp was missing a shade. The walls were very thin we could hear everything in the rooms around us. We would not stay here again.

- Catherine (6/5): - -All of the office staff were very friendly and helpful! -Housekeeping was subpar. First day not enough washcloths, bed unmade. Second day was good, third day NO housekeeping, even after calling the office. We went down and fetched our own towels and toilet paper. Mini-waters were not replaced any of the days. Floors were not swept, very sandy and dirty. -No water pressure. Had to flush the toilet multiple times every time. If someone in another room flushed the toilet, the shower would all but turn off.

- Timothy (10/5): - The location couldn't have been more convenient. I was looking for a hotel that was in the center of everything on Main Street, as well as a short walk to Hyannis Harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pristine. The bathroom was a bit small, but worked. The water pressure was strong, which was appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- TheTinyTeam (8/5): Nice place - Last minute reservation - we really like the place. Location - perfect; centrally located / right on Main Street Room - looks brand new inside; very clean Pool - indoor pool; very pretty Parking - easy parking I definitely recommend this place. We will go back
- Kelly (6/5): - The property wasn’t bad, location is great. For the price would expect better. Pool area too hot to swim in but probably good in cooler months, the rooms lighting was having issues, at 8am in the morning someone tried to enter the room with a key but didn’t announce themselves and continued to try and open the door after I was stating that we were in the room. Let the front desk know and they said they were coming to fix the light but seemed odd to me that they didn’t say anything at all.

- Annette (10/5): - We asked for towel change and never got it. So we had to reuse our hand towels as washcloths over and over. We couldn’t work the air conditioner. It was at 69 F all the time. We could not raise it to 72 degrees where we wanted it.
