• Máté Novák (9/5): Good apartment close to the center. - 10-15 minutes walk to the center, the pedestrian street. The building is in good condition. Everything was good in the apartment. Easy to enter the apartment. The coffee maker is a bit difficult to operate.

We also had a small private fridge for our food, as well as space in the kitchen. The bathroom was clean, but shared with three other rooms so it depends on the guests of course. The host was very responsive and made sure we felt right at home Although the room had shutters and closing windows, the traffic noise from the big Via Dante woke us up every morning and kept us awake at night. The host kindly provided earplugs but unfortunately this didn't work for us. So this is good to know for future guests who are light sleepers and/or not used to city sounds.

Gemeinschaftsbad bei einer 7 Personen-Belegung ist morgens recht sportlich... und es ist höllisch laut, meine Fenster im Gartenhaus haben eine bessere Qualität. Die Küche hat ein super kaltes Licht und einen seltsamen Ostblock-Charme.

The room included a fridge, kettle, cups, and glasses. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Good location. The kitchen is averagely equipped.

• Tadachika (10/5): 素晴らしい！ - オーナーさんやスタッフさんのお人柄が、素晴らしいです。 初日は、オーナーさんによる空港までのピックアップサービスを受けられました。 交通遅延で連絡手段も無く、1時間も遅れてしまいましたが、無事会えました。 それでも気持ち良く迎えてくれました。 車内で、パレルモの見どころについて、話が盛り上がりました。 設備も、ゆったりとしたバスタブに風量のあるドライヤー、冷凍庫内蔵の冷凍庫、共同キッチンに共同洗濯機があります。 立地も良く、近所にタバッキ、美味しいカフェやパン屋さんがあります。また、品揃え豊富なスーパー（ばら撒き用のお土産も買えます。）で、美味しいチーズやハムを量り売りして貰えます。 少し歩くと、銀行のATMがあり、安心して両替できます。 オーナーさんの観光情報で、土地勘がなくてもバスツアーから楽しめ、その後は、色々なところを散歩できました。 歩き過ぎて脚の調子が悪くなりましたが、幸運にもホテルの一階にマッサージスタジオがあり、助かりました。 帰りは、ホテルの横にある駅から、空港まで移動できました。 バス路線も色々あります。 とにかく、何もかも素晴らしいホテルです。 ありません。

If you stay there, have some breakfast at "A merenda con rollei" "A Merenda con Rollei" https://maps.app.goo.gl/UuCDRtYp2vD3GsdX6. It is a beautiful place with great breakfast for little money. The area outside is very dirty and smells. But that's often the case in Palermo. Loud dogs barking in the neighbourhood.

Everything is great except for the noise of car horns in the morning. However, when staying in Palermo, I think this is an unavoidable problem no matter which hotel you stay at! In any case, this hotel is well worth staying at, with easy access to the train station.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, very close to the city center on foot, and a few minutes from the train station Palermo Lolli, which easily takes you to the airport or other towns (like Cefalu). Very nice owner let us leave our luggage before check-in so we could start exploring the city in the morning. The room felt cozy, clean and comfortable. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen which were also well maintained. There is even a (free) water machine since water in Palermo is non drinkable. Also in the kitchen you can find small packaged snacks for breakfast free of charge. We loved everything and will definately come back here when we return to Palermo! There was a slight issue with flushing the toilet one day, but the next day it was fixed.

• Sofia (5/5): Nice property but late check in fee is a rip off - The room itself is very comfortable and clean, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was good. The kitchen and shared areas are always cleaned. The property is very close to the metro and supermarkets I never give bad reviews but this was very disappointing. We were supposed to arrive at 7pm but our train was delayed 3.5 hours. I gave the property heaps of notice, telling them of this delay before we got on the train. I was aware that if you arrive later than 10:30 you have to pay a fee. After running from the train station to make it on time we arrived 15 minutes!!! Past 10:30. After a horrible day with delays they still make us pay which was very upsetting as the time was completely out of our control. I understand that it was to pay the staff member but 15 minutes late? Come on. 20 euros is almost 40 Australian dollars so it’s not cheap for us. This was a shame because if this didn’t happen we would’ve really liked this property but because of this reason I can’t give a great review. Another thing is that the bedroom has practically no sound proofing onto the street so you can hear everything and the cars are very loud.

They provided a bottle of wine as courtesy, coffee, some cookies and croissants... and were willing to assist at any time. We arrived 10 min before midnight and we were charged the extra 20 euros indicated for arrivals after midnight. My room was a bit noisy due to traffic (possibly not the other 3).

The housekeeper changed the towels every three days, it was so comfortable! 🥰 There was no thing what we didn’t liked!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti e non era prevista nessuna colazione, pertanto le foto sul sito che certificano la colazione non sono realistiche. In bagno abbiamo trovato 3 mini bustine di prodotti da bagno ed un dispenser con del detergente mani, ma durante il soggiorno non sono stati riforniti. Dei due phon, uno non funzionava e l'unico funzionante era piccolo da viaggio. Non ci tornerei.

They even came to the airport for a nominal fee, waited for a very delayed flight arrival, stopped to pick up a snack, gave us a short Palermo by night tour before arriving by midnight when public transportation from the airport was no longer available. • Vicky (10/5): Just brilliant! - I can’t recommend enough this place. Right from the start when we were picked up from the airport by Ettore, we were welcomed warmly to his and Gabriella’s B&B. The hotel is very clean and in a central location. We walked everywhere and managed to see all the main sights that on offer in Palermo. Breakfast was great and tipical continental with freshly prepared Italian coffee! For anybody thinking about booking this hotel my recommendation would be to not to think twice, get booked and see for themselves how fantastic the owners are and to have a very comfortable stay in the heart of Palermo!
