- hiroshi (2/5): 詐欺です - 宿の位置が募集表示とは全く異なります。 ビーチまで徒歩５分とありますが20分は必要です。 特に夜間は毎回タクシーでも呼ばなければ外出が出来る環境にありません。 とても楽しめるロケーションに無いので泊まらずにセブに引き返しました。 同伴者が４月から国を離れる予定であったので高目でもビーチの近くでと選んだのですが最低の思い出になりました。
- Ryan (6/5): - The security guard was awesome, super friendly and helpful. However, the woman who prepared breakfast was rude to my wife and they let flys on the food. Room was dirty and the air conditioning was old and not enough to properly cool the room. They complained when we asked to have the sheets changed they laughed because they changed them the day before. If the room had been properly cleaned we would not have dust in our bed and room. I cannot recommend the place as it is ~30min walk to the busy part of Alona. The pictures are deceiving, and WiFi doesn’t work in the room.
- Malin (4/5): Inte prisvärt, tyvärr. - Hotellet ligger inte där kartan visar, det ligger längre bort. Ac låter som att en traktor står i rummet. Duschen och bidé slangen hade knappt något tryck. Inga handdukar på rummet. Det fick vi be om. Ingen städning alls under vistelsen på 5 nätter. Ena rummet, som barnen bodde i hade trasigt fönster i badrummet, det fanns inte heller något dricksvatten där, det fick vi be om. Frukosten var 3 skivor bröd, deras söta biff och ett ägg. Vi har tyvärr en ägg allergiker och en gluten känslig så det var ingen höjdare. Fördelen var att när man fick dricksvatten så fick man en stor dunk. Personalen var trevlig.
- Gary (4/5): - Rundown. In their annex building. No power recepticals, all the outlet adapters (bipin to spade) were missing. Got the night watchman, he went to an another empty room and got me to plug adapters. Watched a leech crawling around the annex pool. Free breakfast was a joke, first customer of the morning was only asked if I wanted bread or rice, I said bread, 3 pieces of cold toast and a lump of rock hard margarine 1 cold egg and three grape sized and shaped 'chrizo' which tasted like mystery hot dog meat.
- gary (6/5): Not recommend - First this should never be called a resort it has no beach and not walkable to alona beach. We were not at the property we booked. They have another property far up the road. One of our rooms had no towels.

- yoonyoung (10/5): 리조트를 또 이용 살것 같아요 - 한국에서 여행 많이 가는 날 여행을 했습니다 알로나 비치 근처 리조트는 전부 예약이 되어 해당 리조트를 예약을 하고 갔습니다 한국인들은 한국의 민박을 생각하면 됩니다 생각했던 위치와 시설이 아니라 실망을 했지만 앞에 수영장이 있어 아이들이 놀기 좋았습니다 해변까지는 걸어가기는 어려웠습니다 그렇지만 톡톡이라는 바이크 이동수단을 저렴하게 이용 하여 이동하는데 문제가 전혀 없었습니다 직원들이 친절하며 이동 수단 필요시 상주해있는 직원들에게 요청하면 잘해줍니다 이동수단도 5분이내에 옵니다 투어 서비스 이용 했는데 다른곳과 가격이 통일되어 리조트로 하였습니다 리조트 비용을 줄인만큼 다른곳을 더 여유롭게 돈을 사용 한 만큼 대체로 만족합니다
- Faress (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Nice pool area for kids. Inside our rooms was not great. Breakfast was acceptable. We didn’t get a choice of what to eat. You eat what you are served.
- Niina (2/5): Not worth it - Awful place. A narrow road with potholes leads to this “resort”. Very poor lighting in the room, and a/c is very loud and not strong enough. Surprisingly good water pressure in the shower. Many tv channels. Please do check electrical appliances before using them, the cord of my water boiler was broken and burnt. Luckily it was replaced immediately when I took it to the reception. Beach is about 10-12min walk away. Breakfast is rice or toast, one egg and a couple of sausages. Plus coffee or tea.
- Adventure114479 (2/5): Extremely Disappointed - Unless you are looking for a quiet, out of the way, inexpensive hotel in Panglao, stay away! First the positives. The rooms are very large and easily accessible. It has a refrigerator and 5 gallons of drinking water. It also has a very nice large pool to enjoy during the day. Security was on duty throughout the night and the staff of only four people was extremely friendly and helpful. However, I encountered too many problems during my recent three night stay to give this hotel a better rating. The hotel is approximately 1 mile from the town and only accessible via a dark and narrow partial dirt road. Transportation from the hotel is not readily available. Walking is not recommended due to several large, water filled potholes. Although the hotel advertises free WiFi, it was not connected to the internet for two days. The hotel offers a free breakfast, but it only consisted of one fried egg, rice, a small pork or chicken sausage, a slice of watermelon and a cup of coffee. No other choices are offered, and there is only one other restaurant within walking distance. I room amenities were sparse, lacking even a stirrer for coffee. Only the shower provides warm water, making shaving a little cumbersome. I recommend visitors look at the many hotels and resorts in town and near the beaches when booking a stay in Panglao.

- 812sanna (6/5): Ok hotel for ok price - The hotel was ok: quite clean, nice pool and terrace. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms could be improved a bit, some parts there were either broken or dirty. Breakfast was included but it was 1/5. We could eat only eggs and coffee. Did not even know what the “meat” was that was served. Could stay again.
- Richard (2/5): Ants infestation - We arrived late because of delayed flights in Manila. The hotel arranged us a van pick up at the airport as soon as we arrive the check in was a breeze although they don’t have a machine for credit card payments so we have to pay cash. The location of the hotel is not walking distance to the Alona beach you would have to take a tricycle or a van to go back and forth. Since we arrived late we decide to leave our suitcase and go find food in Alona when we get back to our room we found out our room was infested with ants. Like ants crawling everywhere on the ceiling and on our suitcase. We didn’t notice this as first as we got our keys out our suitcase and left to find food. We tried to be transferred but the only worker available who was kind to assist us was the security guard we could not transfer rooms as there is no hotel worker except the security guard who can’t transfer us to any of the rooms. We left and find a different hotel despite paying this hotel for 3 nights for 2 rooms.

- kathymcpaul (10/5): Great central place to stay in Panglao - We really enjoyed our stay at Conrada's Place Hotel and Resort. The room was really spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs when we needed a scooter, or a ferry to the island. The food at Conrada's was very delicious and we enjoyed a dip in the pool every day. would highly recommend anyone to stay here as it will be a great experience. Thank you for having us.

- Thomas (4/5): Greit nok, men ikke igjen - Da vi ankom så samsvarte ikke rommene og hotellet med forventninger. For det første så er rommene mørke, kun 2 små lys i taket. Var også veldig skittent da vi kom og vi valgte å ta inn på annet hotell 2 netter. Da vi kom tilbake så hadde de vasket og ordnet rommet slik at vi så det likt å sove de siste nettene her. Obs! Om du/dere skal bo her så sørg for å få rom på motsatt side av resepsjon. Dette fordi de har en stor generator stående bak rommene på samme side som resepsjon, og den bråker veldig mye når den startes opp. Jeg sover normalt gjennom det meste men denne ble for mye selv for meg. Ikke ha for store forventninger til frokosten, er ikke dårlig smak men kanskje litt liten porsjon. Var rundt og så på andre hotell i samme prisklasse, og da var Conrada's i toppsjiktet av de som vi var innom. Om jeg skal tilbake til Bohol så vil jeg nok øke budsjettet mitt for overnatting da det totalt sett ikke frister å komme igjen. Om de hadde fått bedre belysning på rommene og gjerne malt litt så hadde nok helhetsinntrykket vert betraktelig høyere, men som det er nå føltes det litt som å bo i en bunkers.

The food was affordable and delicious and the staff were great. Their pool is clean and well maintained. Although the resort does not have a beach front you can just walk a few to go there.

- Lukeysarbear (6/5): Average, nothing more - Having stayed in 3 hotels in Alona area this is a generous average. Positives Reception staff are friendly and helpful - they booked ferry tickets for us and transfers quickly and easily. The rooms are large and spacious The pool is a decent size, though small for the size of hotel. Negative Breakfast is below par, no ham is a pretty simple instruction, we got our ham chopped up and mixed into our egg (helpful) breakfast area is very small for the number of guests and service is slow though it was Easter weekend and may not always be like this. The rooms are in desperate need of a refurb, the bathrooms are alright, but nothing spectacular. One of our plug adapters broke after the plug socket loudly arked out. There was a disconcerting noice of something dropping onto the ceiling, on investigation it seems to be from birds nesting in the roof. It is quite a long walk back to town, maybe 10 mins, a tricycle would maybe cost 50 or so PHP. But we walked. There's a nice bar on the way if you get thirsty!! The TV in our room was a 15" CRT from about 1985. There is nothing major wrong here, just a lot of small niggles that could easily be resolved with a small investment. The hotel is OK, but nowhere near as good as photos make out. It needs a refit and generally modernising.
- mithca_yam (6/5): Stay was AVERAGE - Had 18hrs stay to Panglao and the place was just assigned to us by the company I'm working. The place was okay, if you're a tourist-you will not stay the whole day in room anyway. Big rooms but it was just like all the bed n breakfast place. With hot shower, toiletries, water heater for coffee and such. Water in the shower was lil bit off honestly.. understandable for an island destination--sea water. Food for breakfast/lunch/dinner at their own restaurant were salty for everyone in the group.. Good thing they have a pool that you can just use and all.. Its a 5/10 for me.
- Katerina (8/5): Good stay for a reasonable price! - The stay was great! Great customer service and great food, and the aircon and the pool were used the most by us! However we highly recommend getting some non-slip areas as you exit the pool as myself and another person fell over exiting the pool which had the potential to ruin our holiday. Also have a shower mat out the front of the shower in the rooms for the same reason. Richie was great and really looked after us!
- michaelbS8246HK (8/5): I will certainly come back - I was in this Resort with my Girlfriend for 5 Days. In addition, at Least 10 Times on Bohol. I liked This Resort. Clean, well-groomed and also quite nice with the large Pool. Conradas Place is a bit removed from the real Hustle and bustle. So a quiet Area. You can reach the Mile by walk in about 8 Minutes and the Beach in about 15 Minutes.Stores for buy somethings are very near in the neighborhood. New 125 Scooters for 400 pesos are available (trade). I particularly Liked the Atmosphere at Breakfast. Richie, the Chef from the Restaurant has everything fully under Control and is always on Hand. one can see he likes his Job. Clean and Food is tasty. What I haven't got so far, the Lady wasn't ready to go into the Agoda Prize. She stubbornly wanted her Prize and just didn't get the result that she would lose another 17% of the already lower Price at The Agoda price. I Can't understand. So if you go there, Agoda Booking (about 2650,-Pesos including Breakfast for the so-called Luxury Apartment is just ok) is required. I'll probably go again. A Word about the Employees. - HWAYOUNG (8/5): 중심가에서 거리는 조금 있지만 숙소 컨디션은 괜찮습니다 - 숙소 컨디션은 괜찮았습니다 만약 성인들끼리 간다면 위치또한 나쁘지않습니다 아이들이 있다면 숙소에서 걸어나가는데는 조금 무리가 있습니다 4박동안 일요일 하루빼고는 공사소음이 매우 심합니다 (8시~17시) 숙소에 픽업요청을하면 웃돈을 받고 차량 또는 트라이시클을 불러주는듯합니다.

- darkoj326 (8/5): Nice, not expensive hotel - We stayed at this hotel and I was positively surprised by the comfort of the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space to move around. The bathroom had hot water and good pressure, there was a cleaning service every day, the towels and the bad sheets were also changed daily. This is not you typical 4 star hotel but I gave it a 4 points anyway because everything went well, the personnel were kind, and all the structures were in place, including the nice swimming pool outside which was cleaned every morning. The breakfast service starts at 6 am but if you’re up for an early excursion you can request breakfast service even at 5 am (!) The hotel it’s not beachfront, so for visiting the beautiful Alona beach nearby, a 10-15 minutes walk is necessary.

- eleonorh2019 (10/5): Great place, clean, good service with nice staff! - Really nice and cozy place! Good for groups with friends and family. Clean rooms, pool and facilities! We got help with transportation, laundry and other hotel bookings, they where so friendly, especially the manager, we met her every day, she also helped us with a lot of different things and great tips.

- 8Ignacio8 (2/5): Never again - Everything was going ok in our 4 days stay. Nevertheless, the last 24h were a complete disaster that made our stay horrible. Good points: Swimming pool is ok. Personal is ok, polite at least. Rooms are big enough. Bad points: Water preassure is low. Shower temperature is cold. We found glasses in our breakfast!!!! In the rice!! Luckily, I bite one of the pieces, but what about if I would swallow It!!?? We found a huge cokroach in our room (even tough they say over and over that there are not cokroaches in the hotel) We paid for the breakfast and last day we left at 5am, they told US they we Will have it to takeaway, but noone knew anything about It by the time we left. Finally, and probably the worst, I tried to Contact Conrada in order to discuss all of these problems before leaving any comment in the internet, but the manager just didnt let me Talk to her. To summarise, one of the worst experiences of my Life (talking about hotels), I recommend to avoid this place.
- ianasido (10/5): Good Value and perfect for family and friends. - Really enjoyed our time staying at Conrada place the service is great. Services that was included was boat pick up and drop off. The property was spotless when we arrive and spacious. It 10 minutes walk to the main area and 5-minute tricycle. Or you could hire a scooter from then which make travel easier. The restaurant food is great and totally recommended. The pool is nice and clean n and relaxing. If you're looking at getting a massage they also offer that.
- V3652LGchristopherl (10/5): GREAT STAY HERE AT CONRADA'S PLACE!!! - It was an awesome 4 days in Bohol, specifically at Conrada's! They picked us up, you can book tours through them, and the best part is the food was delicious! I would highly recommend to stay here if you're a budget traveler or looking for something affordable. Just off the beaten path too which is nice.
- Wander19562985808 (2/5): BAD BAD BAD - They placed us in a different building, swimming pool is not peasant or nice, not nice views or surroundings. Alona Beach is at about 2kms away. It is a 15-20min walk Generally, we do not complain about this but when we have our kids, it makes it difficult. Trike is between PHP 50.00 - 100.00 from Conrada to Alona Beach.
- marklee712002 (4/5): Hotel From Hell - The family room is spacious with a couple of beds for people to sleep in the same room. Air-Con was not that strong, the electric fan can do a better job. Don't expect soap and shampoo, bring your own or prepare to wash with nothing. No hot water for anyone who hates to wash with cold water. The main pool was big and clean and only mins walk to alona beach. Don't ask for a tricycle ride if you don't want to get ripped off with 400-600 peso a ride, better just walk. Also, island hopping tours are also over priced, better do some research or negotiate with the locals.

- Kay (6/5): Easy hotel in the outer Ring of Alona Beach - It was a nice little Resort in the outer ring of Alona Beach (still not too far from the beach) with maybe a 15 Minute walk. It may be a little complicated to find at the beginning but no big deal after a while. In comparison to others you’ll rest comfortably as it its nice and quiet. The Resort is cute with standard amenities you would find in a small Budget hotel. However you should keep in mind that it’s a Budget hotel so don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed. The staff are easy going and have a great sense of humor, but need a little time to react if anything. The rooms are big and simple, not too much and not too little, still better than others i have seen in Alona. Cleanliness was ok and the Air Conditioner worked without problem. Bathroom is a little small but no issue at all. The infrastructure is comfortable, cute little bungalow for Breakfast and standard choices which are pretty good for a quick meal. The pool is great and also pretty Clean. I can definitely recommend it for someone looking for a quick stay or Budget traveler who doesn’t shy away of staying among the local homes.

- Clive (8/5): Good value for money - It's a nice hotel I would stay there again. They are having a problem with a person that wants to buy the hotel putting very bad comments on this and other sites trying to disrupt there business, but when we where there they were almost full so ignore the resent 1 star reviews they are far better than that. Further from the beach than advertised more like 1.5kms. Breakfast is great for Phillipinos but not Europeans. Needs some upkeep our shower only had 3 jets, I used the complementary toothbrush to clean it and most then worked. It's the Phillipines this is not a flash 5 star hotel in Cebu, relax and enjoy yourselves, it's great for what you pay.

- Michael W (2/5): Extortionists - This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. Booked on Hotels.com, told them what I wanted as far as number of nights, number of rooms, and number of people (adults, children, and ages of children). I booked late for the holiday weekend and this was the only hotel on Panglao that could accommodate us for both nights, so I was kind of stuck. After the first night, the owner told my wife there would be an additional charge for "over capacity". When I checked out, she tried to charge me an additional 4,000 pesos (app. $80.00). Too many people in a room (5), and too many adults. Hotels.com listed children 17 and below, while their policy is 11 and above. She called the police, but for some reason they never came. They tried to extort money from me, but they didn't get it. The air conditioning worked, but was undersized for the room, so it stayed hot. Probably why pictures of the rooms also contained fans. The Wifi worked the first evening, after some trouble logging in, but didn't work at all the next day or the last morning. Initially, there were no towels, toilet paper, or remote control in the room. Staff told us the beach was 8 minutes away. It's 20 minutes, by tricycle, don't try walking. We only tried the restaurant for the free breakfast, it wasn't too bad. The staff is very friendly, just poorly trained.
- Mildred (4/5): I don't want to go back... - The service is not so good, we have a problem about the clogged toilet, no housekeeping come up to unclogging the toilet, we did it ourselves...the door knob is not working, they change it once but the doorknob has the same problem we cannot get out the room without struggles opening the door...the TV channel is too limited... One good thing about this hotel, is they give us a young coconut to drink and eat before we left the hotel...the workers are friendly...

- Verified traveler (4/5): Huge disappointment - Poorly maintained and serviced in every aspect. Cleaning is extremely poor; the room as well as the cups are not properly cleaned. Breakfast is not really edible. Wifi is weak and is very sporadic that you can't do much. TV is antiquated and small and the remote works with difficulty. The price is not competitive compared to others in the area. The owner seems to really care, but she has not hired the right staff and expertise and she probably has not figured out the way to make a good hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Mediocre at best - is already a generous review. - Our stay was simply put mediocre. A long walk from the beach. Nice pool with mismatched chaise lounges that looked bad. Our room itself had space potential but lacked taste in design. Old TV and poor lighting. Incompetent management. Hotel staff greatly lacks initiative to respond to clients' needs proactively. From check-in until checkout, it was a disappoinment. No one knows anything to make simple hotel management decisions. We received excuses for a fully booked hotel when we asked for a different room but it was clearly pretty empty until we left. Our late check-out was denied which was a hassle as we needed to change for our flight after our island tour (only to find a lot of rooms unoccupied after.) Just a very transaction-based mindset for a small boutique hotel. We would never come back.
