• Scott (10/5): Overall it was excellent, great value, and would return if I’m ever back in Osaka. - Awesome location, right next to Kintetsu Uehommachi station so easy to travel anywhere. Also, in the temple district so beautiful temples wherever you walked. Wifi went out in the building and was more than just a router reset issue and came to fix it quickly. Family mart 2 min walk for basic needs. Loved the stay so we extended for an extra 4 days. Onsen style tub onsite. The mugs, plates and bowls are not microwave friendly. Made of Enamel. Camping gear. Made it a bit of a challenge to reheat food. Simple change to ceramic would make this place perfect. But do not let this steer you away as there is a toaster oven.

• Kevin (7/5): - Place was decent for the price. The staff were very responsive. The apartment layout was a bit odd. We booked for 4 adults and 1 child and there were two seperate rooms with the hallway and elevator seperating them. Only one room had a kitchen area and bath area. You would have to keep the doors open for everyone to access the washroom and kitchen.
• Hayley (1/5): Can’t comment as we did not stay due to cleanliness and safety. - Nothing It was very dirty, poorly cleaned, the only access was via lift or outside fire escape. We checked in and checked out the same day and stayed elsewhere due to these issues.

• Watanabe (5/5): 清潔感がない - 駅から近い 全体的に汚い。 ホコリが凄かったし、お風呂はジェットを押したら汚れが沢山出て来るし、ヌメリが沢山ついていた。 歯磨き用のコップが無かったので、置いてあったコップを使おうと手に取ったら、飲み口の部分にホコリがついていて、ゾッとした。 雨が降ったら、浄化槽が凄く匂い始めて2日目は昼から翌朝まで臭くてたまらなかった。 部屋の鍵が番号入力式だったので、2部屋の行き来が大変だった。 ゴミの分別は当たり前だけど、最後に体退室する時に、全部ゴミをエントランスのゴミ箱に入れなくてはならなかったりして、素泊まりなのに割高な気がする。 お風呂も椅子がないのに、ヌメリ汚れが凄くて不快で仕方なかったし、もう使わない。

• Ryoko (9/5): ちょっとびっくりしたけど次からはもう大丈夫です！ - ・ロケーションが非常によかったです（大阪市内へのアクセスが良い駅に近く、コンビニにも近い） ・設備が清潔で、とても快適にすごせました。お湯もわかせるし洗濯機も便利！ ・タブレットの無人チェックインでしたが、スムーズにできました。チェックアウト作業不要というシンプルさも◎ ・ワンフロアだったので、他の部屋の騒音の心配がなく、とても快適でした。 ・エアコンの効きが◎ ・間取りを確認していなかった自分が悪いのですが、エレベーターホールで部屋が分断されていたので、最初に見た時びっくりして変なテンションになりました。くつろぐ場合はどちらかの部屋に寄せた方がよいです。 ・土足厳禁なのですが、どこから土足が駄目なのか、目印があったほうがよかったです。 ・室内の利用マニュアルを更新した良いと思いました。実際の手順と違うものがあり（チェックイン時にタブレット越しに人と話す（実際は話さなかった）／チェックアウト時の作業要否がわかりにくい（タブレットチェックインの場合は作業不要の旨の注意書きがあったが、タブレットにはチェックアウトメニューもあり、本当になにもしなくていいのか迷った）／鍵の記載がある（実際は暗証番号））ちょっと緊張しました。 ・冷蔵庫の上の冷凍ゾーンの霜がすごかったのでちょっと取りたかったです（冷蔵庫自体はきれい◎でした） ・チェックアウト時に室内のゴミをまとめて、入口付近の共有ゴミ箱に入れる、と利用マニュアルにあったので従ったのですが「本当にこれでいいのかな。。」となったので、室内のゴミ箱のところにも張り紙があったほうがいいと思いました。

The rooms themselves were quite run-down, with stains on the carpet and an overall layer of dust throughout. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the building. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it

• Hai Ly (10/5): Tuyệt vời. Hi vọng cơ sở kinh doanh được lâu dài. - Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi và rất sạch sẽ, mọi thứ đều mang manner của người Nhật. Yên tĩnh. Gần ga tàu, ngay trung tâm. Xung quanh nhiều combini và quán ăn mở muộn, gần đó có siêu thị. Phòng 4 người thì chỉ có wc, không có buồng tắm.

• Pescara (3/5): Dopo una notte abbiamo cambiato sistemazione - Zona tranquilla ma palazzo non di facile accesso, self check in fatto con un tablet. Dovevamo spendere 4 notti in una camera familiare che si è rivelata due stanze separate di cui una inagibile, in quanto una non è dotata di bagno. Affinché la famiglia potesse usare il bagno era necessario lasciare le porte delle stanze aperte sul pianerottolo dell'ascensore, a cui chiunque dalla strada può accedere. Il portone e l'ascensore non hanno codici né chiavi. Il cosiddetto angolo cottura era un semplice lavandino e non prevede nessun piano di appoggio neanche per prendere un tè. Oltre a questo disagio abbiamo trovato il palazzo e le stanze sporche, tra polvere, capelli e moquette lurida. Abbiamo finito per passare lì solo una notte e abbiamo prenotato un altro appartamento last minute.
• christian (4/5): Deludente - Là vicinanza a la stazione metropolitana La camera era molto sporca , dopo essermi lamentato della sporcizia incontrata , il giorno dopo mi hanno inviato un’altra persona per la pulizia però non ha risolto molto, la stanza era piena di capelli, l’acqua della doccia non era calda, l’aria condizionata non freddava molto e alcune prese dell’appartamento non funzionavano

• Smithfield (7/5): Comfortable apartment and great location - The location and well equipped with furniture and appliances. Building security and layout is a bit awkward. Anyone can access building from street. We booked as two rooms but the lift lobby opens up between the rooms, so anyone else can access your rooms if you need to Keep doors open like we did with our two kids.
• Azeem (6/5): Good Location …but needs some work - Hotel is located in a very convenient location, however the hotel has most likely seen better days. The property is in dire need of a renovation and or full cleaning. We found the room have dust corners, dusty and dirty floors , broken and chipped walls and dirty carpets. This hotel does require a major update and or renovation very soon. I suspect the pictures that are on the booking site are very old.
• Cabrera (7/5): For the price it was very good accommodations. - The 2 rooms were comfortable for our family of 6. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Dark and limited lighting, particularly in the bathroom. Staircase was small and tight.

• Michelle (7/5): Good for a small family, not for friend groups or two couples - I really liked the location. It was a 5 minute walk to Uehonmachi Station and easily connects up to the multiple subway lines. Shops, cafes and restaurants were all within walking distance! I also loved that we were one stop or an easy 20 min walk to Osaka’s Koreatown. Thankfully the hotel had a lift, and the check in process via tablet was easy. Asking for housekeeping and for the bins to be empty was super easy via the booking.com app. Also there’s an airport pick up stop just next door to the station so getting back to Osaka Airport was super easy and only took half an hour. Unfortunately I booked this hotel as it stated it was a two bedroom apartment. It was in fact two seperate rooms on the same floor. The newer room had 2 beds and a toilet no shower. The room we ended up just staying in had one big bed but it was the room with the actual bathroom/shower, washing machine and small kitchen. As we were two girls we ended up staying in the one room together. Sometimes we would leave the doors open to access the other room but because everyone can go up and down the lifts we felt a little unsafe. If the lifts had a guest password access only or something we would have felt more safe. The room was clean enough although a bit old, but the bathroom was nice and new. But both rooms the tv didn’t have any Netflix access or screen sharing which was a bit of a shame as we stayed for over a week.

• koh (4/5): Disappointed expectations - Disappointed. Rooms had a weird layout separated with a lift landing and no attached shower room. Inconvenienced shuttling between 2 rooms with a lift landing in between. The shower room need much caution when entry and exit due to the height elevation step which can cause slips. Checkin timing was much later than other establishments offered and early checkout required. Low lighting which hide the dust and dirt and the cleanliness of amenities offered by the unit. No safety grills when windows are being open which is not a safety feature when travelling with kids.
• Catherine (9/5): Comfy beds - The location is minutes away from main station. Entire floor is 1 apartment. Bathroom is comfortable to use. Bed is comfy. Clean place. The door lock on our room was not working, it keeps on saying "low battery", so our room was kept unlocked. Nothing was lost but made me uneasy to leave our personal belongings, so I have to carry it with me.

• Liam (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and value. The beds were a little firm and not overly comfortable, the 'apartment' felt like a refurbished love hotel due to some strange room setup; one room didn't have a bathroom, kitchen, or mirrors, but the other did?
• Rachel (8/5): Very good - Great location - short walk to convenience stores, less than 15 minute walks to find metro and restaurants. It was great to have washing machine in the bathroom. It was a bit difficult to leave our luggage before check-in. As there was just a tablet to enter our details in the small (very hot) foyer we were trying to find out where to leave luggage, we sent a message thru booking.com and luckily a prompt reply came back. We did end up leaving it in our rooms as we could get in. Otherwise we were going to leave it in the stair well but we weren't sure if that would be safe.

• Stephen (1/5): Very disappointing - The rooms are very modern, there are a lot of kitchen supplies. Easy check-in, staff is friendly and quick over messages. Location is good. - The biggest upset for us was the fact that when we arrived, that we were surprised that it is actually 1 floor with 2 different rooms. The listing is showing 1 apartment with 2 rooms, which should mean 1 entrance door with 2 rooms. It would not be a big deal normally. But, the elevator arriving at the floor can be entered by anyone using the elevator and we had people coming to our floor, so we could not keep the doors of the rooms open. It was not an apartment at all, and this was very disappointing. What is even worse, is that only one of the rooms has a bathroom! So in order for the second room to take a shower, always the door of the first room needs to be opened which was extremely uncomfortable. - The 2 double beds in 1 room were huge, the "double" bed in room is very small, uncomfortable to sleep with 2 people. The pillow is extremely small and uncomfortable too. - The doors of the elevator closed after 0.001 second of nobody in front of the sensor. Even when stepping out of the elevator we were hit by the elevator doors multiple times, and it actually hurt as they close so quickly.

• Jin Seok (8/5): 대체적으로 좋았습니다. - 방이 두개라서 5가족이 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 매트리스 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 낡은 벽, 먼지가 가득한 선반, 깨끗하지 않은 그릇류 등이 불만족스럽습니다.

• Jackie (10/5): - Loved our stay here. We traveled with teenage children and the family room was perfect. Clean rooms, great showers and we could walk to anything we needed. Train station 5 minutes, grocery shop 5 minutes even main tourist attraction 30 minute walk away. Room was very large for Japanese size. Will definitely stay next holiday to Osaka.

• Cameron (8/5): - The rooms here are spacious Nothing like this anywhere else in Japan. This being said, check in was a nightmare as the tablet didn’t work, and having booked through a third party, it was irritating contacting the owner as its message the booking agent, to message them, then back again. Good location, great room. Not safe for young kids as windows open fully, so easily fall 5 storeys. Clean, well presented. Perhaps having a coded elevator to prevent others coming up to your floor would be nice, as you have to have entry open on both sides to speak with your travel party, which makes you vulnerable to be caught out having randoms walk into your room.
• Ellis (6/5): Good value but needs better cleaning - Close proximity to main subway station and lawsons Cleanliness was lacking, room itself needed a vacuum and wipe down at a minimum. Bedsheets were the cleanest thing in the apartment fortunately.
• Yuliya (5/5): doable - Location is very good. Close to the shops, restaurants and underground. There is a lift after the initial set of stairs. The flat heats well, good wifi thought. The check in was not clear at all. The keys were nowhere to be found, the communication a bit slow. My biggest issue was that it is not suitable for the family because you live in two separate units, so from one bedroom you have to walk across the hall where the lift is to get to the bathroom or the sink! really inconvenient. So in one bedroom you have kitchenet, bathroom and two sinks, and in the second bedroom nothing. That caused a lot of issues when you are trying to get ready in the morning as a family of 4...
