Guest Reviews
- Melinda (4/5): - Water is leaking ( floor)inside our room, door knobs are broken not safe guest will be lock inside the restroom, sheets are not clean smelly, no toilet paper, AC is not cold enough, wifi is not working, complimentary breakfast need some improvement in quality, otherwise hotel is fine but need some upgrades in facilities.
- Jimson Neville (2/5): - At first they assigned us to the main old building because they said the rooms in annex where I made reservations thru expedia was reserved for VIPs. The rooms were not ready, smell so bad and pathway going to the building is filthy, rocky and lot of mosquitoes and flies as we passed by. I went back to the office and contested for my actual reservation at the annex building. Finally they gave us our 2 rooms reservation. As I went to the room, it smelled like a toilet exhaust. I asked for an air freshener which they did and smelled better. As I washed my hands in the bathroom, the pipe was leaking and water was flowing to my feet. Someone came to fix it and showed him where the leak was coming from. He said it was because of the food stuff that got stuck in the sink so he removed and said it's now working well. We just got in the room and nobody else among my family has used the sink except me to wash my hands after using the toilet. Before bedtime, I used the sink again to brush my teeth, still the leak is there. I have to report it again for second chance to fix. My experience here is a nightmare, first time ever to have this disgusting experience, so far. After the staff checked my reservations online, they probably realized that I deserved a better treatment or service. The staff apologized several times to me but the relaxing vacation mode has been ruined. I just hope they will do better with their other clients.
- Ben (10/5): - It was fun and amazing experience at La Casa Teresa Annex.
- Francis (10/5): - Need an upgrade on the washrooms.
- Darlene (8/5): - Loved the people. They was great and worked very heard to serve all quest. The place was being updated. Buy i enjoyed my stay.
- Jonelh (6/5): - We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff were friendly, but upon arrival, I noticed that the surroundings in the annex were dirty. They provided towels only once during our entire stay, and the beddings were never changed. The complimentary breakfast included rice, three very small pieces of fish balls, a small piece of meatloaf, soup, a pancake, and coffee or juice. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the annex was terrible, and the water pressure in the shower was very slow.
- Jan (8/5): Simple Hotel near the beach for a cheap stay - This Hotel had a pretty simple standard. The bathroom was better than the previous Hotel I stayed at in El Nido. The staff was nice and it was a nice view from the public spaces on each flor. Good space for hanging and storing your clothes. The bed wasn’t that great and there were no decorations or things to do in your room (no TV). Wifi and celluar phone didn’t work in my room. Nowhere to hang your wet towels. The breakfast was so-so (Phillipino). Mostly phillipinos in the Hotel. a lot of noice earlyein the morning when breakfast starts.
- salvador (6/5): - Needs to improve Wi-Fi
Hotellissa pieni uima-allas.
Tekstiilit siistit, yleisilme siisti.
Aamiainen ilmainen, mutta heikko klo 7-9. Esim. Juomana ainoastaan musta kahvi ja vesi. Muusta täytyy erikseen maksaa.
Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Tapaturmia kävi omalla matkallani, henkilökunta vei omalla autollaan sairaalaan (ilmaiseksi) ja keittiöstä valmistettiin ilmaiseksi ystävälleni ruoka mikä sopii kun ruokamyrkytys yllä.
Hotellin sijainti ja palvelu tuovat kokonaisuudeksi viisi tähteä.
- Lad (8/5): - Great helping staf and nice facility with reasonable clean and look after accommodation
Marimegmeg beach on melko lähellä.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Unhappy - If you would to visit this hotel think about it. Food - very low choice, no fruit and vegetables. You have to pay for the eggs.
Room was very dark. Photo of the view wasnt the real view. Swimming pool was just a joke. Next to hotel is beach but yoh cant swimm there while sea is dearty.
I dont recommend this hotel at all.
- Anamie (8/5): - Staff are all good.
- Audrius (2/5): - no
- Elimar (8/5): Good value for the money - Very clean and staff are at a top notch service
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable and affordable accommodation. Complimentary breakfast buffet is great!
- Arval (6/5): Strict on Hotel Policy - Traveler beware, with this hotel the staff will adhere to all hotel policies and enforce them. The staff leave no leeway for an early morning check-in when your flight arrives early 0630 into El Nido and you arrive at 0715 at the hotel. They will not accommodate you for breakfast when you arrive on the day of your arrival.
Little to no water pressure and do not expect hot water. The staff did try to rectify and put us into a different room when our door knob seized shut and we were unable to get out of our room.
Enough of the cons, Rashal does provide admirable service within the guidelines of hotel policy. Breakfast is great, coffee not so good. Eggs to order with a minimal up charge. Expect a traditional Pinoy Breakfast. Lower your expectations and you will have a great time at this hotel.
- Stephen (6/5): - Literally no wifi and the water was smelly. Breakfast was not good. They didn't clean my room unless I asked them. However, they were friendly and responsive when I spoke to them about issues.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Got very dark room (no sunlight at all) and rooms lights were very poor. Had to use own camping light in bathroom to get sufficient light for makeup etc.
- Johan (2/5): Hell in paradise - This Hotel was the worst Hotel during our trip.
The food was terrible, the breakfast was not included with egg (you have to pay extra for that) Only one breadtoaster with room for 2 breadslice, that made a long que each morning. At 23.00 they made reperationsjob, changing lock to rooms in our hallway. We had to tell them that we tried to sleep.... a lot of noise all the time through the Wall. You can hear everything.
- Anita (10/5): Last Minute Surprise - Last minute booking on New Year's Eve, gave us an unexpected surprise! Breakfast was a delight with the variety of Filipino and Western options. The front desk secured us a truly last minute tour island hopping. Besides the lack of WiFi in the rooms, the location a bit apart from the hustle and bustle yet close to everything, was a major plus too!
- Margie (10/5): Clean and hospitable. - Even though I got sick from nearby restaurant the staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean and affordable.Jen was very helpful and accommodating.
- YOLLIE YOLANDA (6/5): Family vacatio in Elnido - When i made a booking it says propety is by the beach. It is but theres no beach really, the beach they have infront is just wide enough for people to walk during high tide, on low tide you’ll see rocky sand and not good for swimming, you have to walk to find a good place to swim. We left the property and stayed in a didferent hotel. The hotel is very clean though and staff are nice. Breakfast is ok, their chicken adobo is mostly bone, can’t really enjoy eating it
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean, nice and quiet hotel - The hotel is clean, nice and quiet. The bathroom is clean but the water's cold. Hope someday they would install heaters. It is also kind of the staff to let us check-in earlier than 12noon because we arrived early. We find it difficult to get cellphone signals. We have to get outside to send a message or make a call. The breakfast meal also has to improve.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Breakfast poor experience only 2 choices. And the food the tour they booked is also poor
- Verified traveler (8/5):
- Carl (4/5): Last option hotel - We got the deluxe room with balcony sea view. Room was still new. Price of the rooom is quite expensive for the hotel. We paid about $85 for a 1 star hootel. Food was very bad! They gave us 1 pc of longganisa( like a hotdog) about 2 inches long and a rice. I feel bad for the people who stayed there. I was with my sales team and we all had same complaint. The worth of food was maybe $.50 they need to improve their breakfast or better not to give to people. We feel very bad for the food. We would rAther pay brefaat instead of getting the free breakfast. Price is n the hotel is expensive.
- William (8/5): Beautiful Sunset View - Quiet place as it is away from the town center. If you enjoy any of the El Nido Tour A, B, C or D, you can waded on the low tide beach to the tour boat. Can see the beautiful sunset from my beach room.
