- Verified traveler (10/5): Definitely recommended! - Our overall impression was very good. About the room: the balcony had a nice view for enjoying some fresh air, the room was clean, the fridge was big and powerful and we really enjoyed our jaccuzzi bathtub, though the shower head was not very convenient for shower. The location near a school didn't bother when we were there. About services: the staff was very helpful and didn't hesitate to take the scooter to show us where the bus/mini-van stop was. The breakfast was pretty decent (tasting good and offering variety, salty dishes changing everyday) About the surroundings: it's pretty convenient, not too far from the bus/mini-van stop for Pattaya and Bangkok. In the neighborhood, there were a 3C mall and a 7-11, we could also find some good and cheap places to eat. For shopping, the department store Robinson was 15 mins away. There were also some nice temples to visit few steps away. About what we liked the least, I would say that the bed was too soft and on wheels, and the pillows were too high.

- Alex (10/5): High quality hotel to budget price - Arriving for the first time in Sriracha I had no idea what kind of hotels they had here. I was looking at more hotels in the budget and middel price segment. Most hotel was not as advertised. Beautiful pictures taken with wide angel lenses made everything bigger than in reality, and the rooms was not as on the pictures. The exception was Cityview Residence. High quality on everything from lobby, beds, bathrooms, food and breakfast. Cheap price on food and drinks. A varity of drinks and snacks for use in the rooms was sold for normal shop price. Big combined new 3 star freezer with ice cube facility and frigde in the rooms Big safe for camera/laptop. Bubble bath. Big balcony for relaxing in the evening. Very helpsome,well dressed and polite staff. They even helped me to get time consuming transport information to distant tourist attraction, time tables and option free of charge. I don't need to search any more for my favorite hotel :)
